Negative experience: I went to get a blood test. Was escorted to a room full of sick patients and 3 days later I have the same symptoms. At least separate the sick and the well.

Negative experience: The manager from the Levant has inappropriate language with the employees and puts pressure on the female staff. I have seen her mistreat the employees and prevent them from exercising their rights. This made me hate visiting the center even though the center is beautiful, the doctors are more beautiful, and the employees are lovely, except for the manager. I hope you change her because she puts pressure on the employee and keeps them under constant psychological stress. No morals or humanity, God forbid.

Negative experience: The worst hospital for services and for taking blood tests. We waited an hour and a half to see the pediatrician, and she didn't have any patients, and the ENT doctor had no approach with the children.

Positive experience: The center is very upscale and organized. The medical staff is experienced and their interaction with the patient is very refined. The lab is very fast in issuing test results compared to other medical centers. All procedures are easy, comfortable, and excellent at the center. The reception staff is excellent, and I particularly mention Ms. Samar for her refined interactions. Overall, all services are excellent except for a problem I always face regarding the nurses, as the nurses, after my experience with everyone, lack sufficient experience. I always suffer when drawing a blood sample because my veins are small, and none of the nurses have the necessary experience to find the vein, causing me severe pain that lasts for weeks due to their lack of experience in handling cases like mine. Sometimes I have to go to another center or hospital because of this issue. Therefore, I hope that those in charge of this center address this issue and employ experienced nurses, as all departments of the center are excellent except for the nursing department.

The nurse who did the triage was great. Since I was carrying my father, who is 84 years old, she handled him with great professionalism.
