Positive experience: if you have the coriander soap gene you will hate most dishes here. they filter out some dishes for you but you get one that contains coriander almost every day. the meals are as tasty as healthy food can be. no complaints there.

He reassured me that my current plan was suitable and even adjusted it to avoid ingredients like shrimp. Fantastic experience: I joined kcal cause I had the last few kgs to lose after my 3rd kid - what made this an amazing experience is Orbille’s amazing customer service. He contacted me from day 1 - followed up multiple times - helped me navigate and ensured my comments were taken into consideration! Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Kcal from the desire to eat proper meals and take the amount of protein needed. Since I have a hectic lifestyle their meal plans and the flexibility was a lifesaver. I enjoy the meals and whenever I feel that I might want something else I can always change it from their app. My account manager Treni is always very nice and responsive and whenever there is something he finds a solution for me. At work whenever I eat my colleagues ask me where is it from because it smells and looks delicious and I always tell them that it’s from Kcal. I am very happy with my choice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been on the Kcal Gluten free meal plan for 4 months and it was a lifesaver for me! The meals are well prepped and taste really good. I got 3 meals and 2 snacks per day and I never felt hungry. The app is very user friendly and you can amend meals or move meal days as many times as you want without any issues! Negative experience: I used Kcal’s meal plan service for three months, and while I initially lost weight due to the calorie deficit, the overall experience was disappointing. Firstly, the plan was not tailored to my specific needs. I lost a lot of muscle mass, leaving me fatigued and unable to continue my gym routine. The calorie levels were poorly adjusted, and during my last renewal, the plan left me so hungry at night that I ended up overeating, causing a 7 kg weight gain in just one month — a massive setback. The way they calculate a “month” is misleading — it’s only 20 days of meals, not a full month, which isn’t clearly communicated upfront. Additionally, the food is repetitive and uninspiring. Chicken and fish dishes taste unpleasant when reheated, though the beef dishes were okay. Kcal needs to address: 1. Tailoring meal plans to individual fitness goals and needs. 2. Transparency about their offerings, especially the “20 days = 1 month” issue. 3. Improving food quality and variety to make the meals more enjoyable. 4. Providing proper support and adjustments for customers throughout their plans. For the premium price, I expected far better service and results.

Fantastic experience: I’m incredibly pleased with both the service and the support I’ve received from my account manager, Orbille. From day one, Orbille has been supportive, helpful, and always responsive to my questions and needs. As for the food, it’s been fantastic! With so many options to choose from, I never feel bored with my meals, and more importantly, I don’t feel bloated or hungry. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with KCAL and I do not recommend it at all. Despite the supposed variety of meal plans offered, they are all identical. The meals are always the same, no matter which plan you choose (low kcal or max kcal), and they don’t even change from day to day. Additionally, there are no carbs included, even in the plans that are supposed to be higher in calories. Where are the pastas in international plans???Overall, a huge disappointment.

Negative experience: Another overpriced hype rip off. Most meals came with absolutely no sauce i was literally choking. Overcooked dry meat and tiny portions. Few times i had to go back to the app to read what i was supposedly eating as there was no taste at all. So much useless packaging also. Bad customer service. Bad all round.not worth a single penny

Positive experience: I have been using KCal for 2 weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised at the portion size and meal options / variety. I look forward to every meal. The snacks are particularly amazing and a life saver. I had to question the protein portion: Sizes vs the mentioned calorie intake , as I was surprised at the actual size of the meals. I love food and it was my main concern to have horrible food in small portions. This is not the case. My account manager Mahith is on hand and haloed me with any questions I might have. The ease of having everything ready and prepared really takes all the efforts , thinking and planning out of trying to follow a diet plan. I definitely feel a difference already. I am terribly spoiled now, it would be hard to go back to ‘normal life ‘

Their meal plans are equivalent or even cheaper than your usual meal delivery ONLY much, much healthier! Plus if you don’t like a particular meal, you can always change it to your preferred one via their app. Did I mention their meals are all very tasty? Fantastic experience: The meal plan is rich and its good value for money. Saad was very helpful and always responsive. Seafood items were superb.

Positive experience: I needed to lose a little weight and to control my carb in take. I also didn’t need the hassle of thinking about grocery shopping and menus and prep etc. kcal to the rescue…With their set plans I achieved all of the above. Not only that, the means surpassed expectations, with good variety, good taste and even better if I wanted to I could even change the set menu with alternatives. The only “down” side was that my son would sometimes want what was in “my” kcal food bag, so I occasionally had to share :)
