He greeted warmly, and when he saw I was doubtful, he offered his help and provided concise knowledgeful answers to my questions. I was very impressed. Then out of the blue provided with a complimentary bottle and some protein bars and nice conversation. What a service, the best customer service I ve seen in years, they definitely got a loyal customer during all my time in Dubai, and if asked, I will recommend the shop just because of him. I dont usually leave reviews but this guy definitely deserves to be recognized. Owner, treat him well or I ll steal him for my hotel!

Negative experience: It’s supposed to be Black Friday. So I get chocolate and caramel powder and the normal price is normally 275 AED but now it’s 375 AED and the workers say that it’s a 20% discount. Like how?

Positive experience: Today after visiting the IBN branch to pick up my usual two X 4lb laperva triple zero protein which usually costs me 275AED which I've been paying for a while since the new 4lb came out. It's now black Friday and has been marked up as 375AED and then when going in to buy it they saying it's only 275AED after discount! So I mentioned that's strange as I usually pay 275AED and given its black Friday I would have thought it would have been cheaper. Not marked up only to be sold at the original price. Unfortunately they claim there's no management in the shop and don't seem to bothered about getting in touch with someone at HQ. Ive always supported Dr Nutrition and Laperva but if you're going to mark up the product only to sell at the original price I feel like that's slightly unethical.

Negative experience: I am very very dissapointed from the team - they are incompetent liars ! I have followed strictly all of their instructions - no change in my weight, whenever i ask a question about the suppliments i get different answers , i was promised to have follow up calls- nobody called me. They told me i will have good results otherwise they will give me back my money - 3 months later no change and they are refusing to pay me back. It isn't so much about the money but they way they treat you as a customer - you are being lied to and once you start questioning them they show you their rude side. You are better off without, dont go to this nutritionist !
