His intensive swimming lessons while I was visiting UAE helped me with my asthma and my inflammation. Fantastic experience: It was such an amazing experience learning with coach Donee! He made it so simple and broke it down into easy targets for us to achieve. I am in my forties and have chronic pain in my arm and shoulder. Despite that he helped me learn how to exercise those muscles and swim so that the pain was contained . He also taught my kids 13 and 6 to swim. Within the week they were able to do freestyle swimming and back floats and somersaults! They went from being scared of the water to fear less in a couple of lessons under his guidance! I would highly recommend working with coach! He understood all our different needs and learning styles and accommodated us accordingly!
