Negative experience: تجربة سيئة مع فرع دكتور نيوترشن قمت بشراء باقة مكونة من 10 منتجات مكملات غذائية بقيمة 2025 درهم بتاريخ 20 ديسمبر 2024 بناءً على عرض من موظف المبيعات، والذي أكد لي أنه يمكنني استبدال أو إرجاع المنتجات خلال سنة كاملة من تاريخ الشراء، حتى في آخر يوم من السنة. حاولت الإرجاع من احد الفروع داخل ابوظبي ولكن تم الرفض بحجه انه يجب الإرجاع من فرع الشراء بعكس ما تم اخباري به يوم الشراء. و عندما حاولت إرجاع 5 منتجات فقط من فرع ياس الذي تم به شراء العرض .. أبلغتهم بمعاناتي مشاكل صحية أثبتها تقرير طبي (حموضة وارتجاع شديد في المريء)بسبب المنتج المستخدم ، وتم شرح الحالة للبائعين، تم رفض الإرجاع تمامًا بعد التواصل مع الإدارة، رغم أنني لم أطلب استرجاع قيمة المنتجات بل فقط استبدالها بمنتجات مناسبة لحالتي الصحية. للأسف، تم الإخلال بما تم الاتفاق عليه عند الشراء، وشعرت بأن الثقة التي منحتها للموظف والعرض الذي قُدم لي تم استغلالها بشكل غير مهني. لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذه الشركه بسبب غياب المصداقية في التعامل مع العملاء بعد البيع، وعدم احترام الشروط التي تم تقديمها عند الشراء.

Negative experience: "تجربتي معاهم كانت مخيبة للآمال للغاية. يبدو أن تركيزهم الأساسي هو المال وليس رعاية العميل، حيث شعرت أنهم يحاولون استغلالي ماديًا بكل الطرق الممكنة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، الأدوية التي وصفوها لي أثرت سلبًا على صحتي وتسببت في زيادة وزني بشكل ملحوظ بدلا من نزوله. كما أن موظف الاستقبال كان غير مهني تمامًا في التعامل ، مما جعل التجربة أكثر سوءًا. لن أوصي بهم لأي شخص يبحث مركز محترف وصادق."

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have purchased a personalized program. Motivated by the results obtained by my husband with Dr Nutrition, I decided to do it too. I'm very satisfied with the service and attention they permanently provide me. Although I have not yet completed my program, I am very pleased with the diets and supplements, they take into account my preferences and based on that, following the program is quite easy and without unbearable sacrifices as with other drastic diets that are impossible to sustain over time.

They test you and give you an amazing diet package with supplements & they follow up with you until you reach your goal. They also cater & deliver the specific food to you. The food is tasty and fulfilling yet very healthy.

Negative experience: اتمنى من الجميع مشاهده الاسعار على الموقع قبل شراء اي منتج ⚠️⚠️ امس سرت الفرع وعطاني سعر غير الموقع وقلته في الموقع سعرة غير وكان السعر مبالغ عن الموقع وقلته السعر غير عن الموقع الرسمي لدكتور نيوترشن بعدها ماعرف شو يقول غير انه يقولي بعطيك السعر الي على الموقع يعني لو ما تكلمت كان بيعطيني السعر من عنده اتمنى توضيح هذا التصرف ؟

Negative experience: I bought applied nutrition protein bars (two full boxes) but when I reached home I found that few bars were missing!!! I don’t know how does something like that happens!!! Even the staff their where not helpful and they don’t have communication skills. When he was scanning the items he was talking and not concentrating.
