Fantastic experience: On the second day of my holiday I unfortunately hurt my back. I found BounceBack about a 10minute walk from my hotel. I made an enquiry with them over whatsapp and they got back to me very quickly and were able to offer an appointment the next morning. I had booked in two deep tissue massages with Kyle and he honestly worked wonders on my back. Going from hardly being able to walk upright to pretty much normal in the space of two days was phenomenal. Kyle applied the necessary pressure to release the tension in my back. He made me feel very comfortable during both sessions and also gave me some yseful exercises to do between the sessions. I would definitely book in again should the need ever arise. Fantastic experience: Best physiotherapy in Khalifa City and Yas Island! After a riding accident with several fractures, I was looking for physiotherapy. Tim and his team convinced me right from the start. They immediately recognize the problem and tackle it. Whether it's knee pain or back pain, chronic or acute pain, Bounce Back has an immediate solution and you feel better after the first treatment. It's hands-on the entire treatment time instead of “dumping” the patient on gym machines. Michelle and Renalyn at the front desk are very friendly and remember your name and appointment preferences. You can make appointments by phone, in person or via Whatsapp. Tim and his team also help you to submit claims to your health insurance company and know the best way to get reimbursed. The 20% co-payment is worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I started visiting BounceBack in mid-December when I was diagnosed with a tear in my SLAP. Making an appointment was very easy thanks to the amazing receptionist Michelle. My appointments are early in the morning and Michelle is always there to great me with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I was assigned to Lia for physical therapy and am continually amazed by how quickly she is able to give me pain relief during our sessions. Lia seems to have a sixth sense when it comes to finding tight muscles and the causes of my pain. Through soft tissue work, strengthening exercises, and stretches, Lia has been able to decrease my pain and improve my mobility. She has also been able to help me identify what activities are triggering my pain and preventing my SLAP tear from healing. I will be honest I am not the best patient between working at a desk, thinking I can do more than I should, and sometimes forgetting to do my exercise homework properly. Lia is always patient with me and is able to recommend modifications to my activities and exercises. When I have previously been referred to physical therapy for other injuries it was nowhere near this level of care or benefit. It was such a relief and comfort to know that Lia cares and is invested my recovery. Because of all of this I can strongly recommend going to BounceBack if you ever need their services. Not to mention that they are located at beautiful Yas Marina so you can enjoy that as well.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Tim for almost 2 years now starting after my ACL Reconstruction. Tim has not only helped guide me through the intense process that is ACL rehab but has also helped me understand the root causes of the various aches and pains I feel (trust me, there are many) rather than only addressing the symptoms. I have been given the tools to take care of my physical well-being but I still come by regularly for a chat. :)

Fantastic experience: Being treated for plantar fasciitis, Simon has been doing a great job so far with explaining the underlying problem and working a treatment plan.This injury is related to the calf, hamstring and glute muscles on that leg side not being engaged the same way as the other leg. After 2.5 months I can say that pain is almost gone. I am still continuing with the physiotherapy. Their frontdesk, Michelle in particular are doing a great job as well.

Fantastic experience: One of the best physio practices in Abu Dhabi, if not the best. Tim and his staff are experts, especially treating sports injuries. My advice is get a hospital or doctor referral to here, don’t go to the big label provider. It’s a proper hands on physio practice. Reception and admin is always super efficient with insurance paperwork. 9+ years in AUH and I’ve yet to meet someone who has a bad word to say about this business. They really care about their clients.

Fantastic experience: I visited the BOUNCEBACK Centre suffering from a calf injury playing tennis. As I was visiting Abu Dhabi and I was time constrained the reception staff called me back and had an appointment the same afternoon. I was treated by the physiotherapist Lia which made a through diagnosis informing me that I had pulled my gastrocnemius and soleus muscle. Lia treated the calf muscle with the outmost care and recommended some exercises. I felt some relief the same evening. Lia followed up with email offering further assistance. I can strongly recommend the BOUNCEBACK PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTER .

Fantastic experience: Dealing w pain and discomfort in my back for 5 month. One session with Simon and with in two days my pain/discomfort was reduced 90% and range of motion increased 85%. That was one session. He is knowledgeable and will work to diagnose and solve the issue. Only regret I have is that I didn’t go to Simon months ago. Would have saved a lot of discomfort and frustration

Fantastic experience: I've been to many physio therapists here in Abu Dhabi and I've had a hard time recovering from my injury until I found Bounceback. I have been seeing Simon for a while and he has been very professional and always teaching me the best techniques for me to apply during the session and at home. Also the sessions are very personalized and that you won't get it at other general physio clinics. I recommend Bounceback to anyone who has an injury and wants to be treated well and seriously from the very beginning. Also, I'd like to mention that I got Daman insurance. And at first, it can get scary the reimbursement process. However, Oliver and Michelle helped me for the first claim and I found out that it was easier than buying food at Talabat.

Fantastic experience: Simon is helping me with my shoulder issues. After many years, finally found someone able firstly to diagnose the problem and then to pave the way to recovery. Six star rating.

Negative experience: Great physiotherapists but unfortunately if you have Daman insurance you will have a very difficult time getting your claim reimbursed. I was referred to physio by my doctor but the invoice that was provided to me by Bounceback was not detailed enough for Daman to reimburse my claim for the cost of the physio session. After Daman rejected my claim I asked Bounceback to provide a more detailed invoice but they just sent me a copy of the same on again, so I'm stuck paying (490 aed per session) out of my pocket for the physio that I need.

Negative experience: Tried to book an appointment but the staff personnel who took my call told me they do not offer consultations and I must book an appointment for physiotherapy right away. When I tried to understand how their procedure works, she shut me off asking if I wanted to book or not. After I respectfully addressed her hostile attitude, she became defensive by raising her voice and immediately ended the call. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and discouraged me from even booking an appointment. Such impatience and intolerance displayed over just an inquiry over the phone.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is thank goodness I’ve found my go-to place for all things physio/strength and conditioning related here in Abu Dhabi! Tim worked wonders on my neck after long stints of hunching over my desk. A combination of hands-on treatment, dry needling and strengthening techniques have really helped manage the pain. There’s no doubt he knows exactly what he’s doing! Simon really helped me out for a knee injury with some great exercises to strengthen it before hitting the netball court again. The team are friendly and accommodating and never fail to follow up and check in which I found not only professional but genuinely caring too. Definitely recommend Bounceback to anyone looking for quality physio services in Abu Dhabi!

Positive experience: Today was my 1st session with jennifer and iam already feeling the difference in my neck and shoulder and the pain started to ease .. she is good at what she does,, The prices though are too expensive.. follow up sessions i think should be cheaper than the very first session.. other than that, the centre is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Tim Fletcher at BounceBack for getting me back on the road. I started seeing Tim for weekly sessions at the end of 2019 when I was struggling to run for more than 10mins without tweaking a calf muscle. Tim gave me a simple routine of exercises to work on at home in addition to the weekly treatment. By early 2020 I was back running pain-free and even built up to train for a marathon - regularly completing runs over 2hrs - and absolutely loving it.

Fantastic experience: I can’t rate Tim and the team at Bounceback highly enough. I’ve had several running injuries over the past three years and each time Bounceback have got me to the start line of my next upcoming target race - most recently enabling me to win my age category in the Oman by UTMB ultra marathon just six weeks after tearing my hamstring. I’d also recommend the Bounceback gait analysis session for all runners, at any level.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for an Abu Dhabi Physio, and found BounceBack Physiotherapy at Yas Island, which was near where I am and was incredibly convenient. I came to BounceBack Physiotherapy Treatment Centre with a sports related shoulder problem. I had the best physio, Tim Fletcher, who worked on my shoulder with some massage and dry needling. I have been to other Sports Physiotherapists in the past, however, this was the best experience and treatment I have received by far.

Fantastic experience: Physiotherapist that offers several kinds of treatment options beyond the standard stuff. I tried the acupuncture with Adam and the results were amazing. Very professional and great customer service. Only downside is that most health insurance wont accept them.

Fantastic experience: About a year ago I was in a traumatic accident that required surgery and physiotherapy for my back. I was quite nervous trying to find a good and credible physio, but I was recommended to see Tim at Bounceback. It’s been a year and I’m so glad that I made the initial appointment. Tim, Jennifer and the wider team have gotten me back to near perfect physical condition, still a little bit to go, but the professional, friendly and knowledgeable approach from the team is a huge relief and I’ve ended up enjoying learning about my progress and development. Fantastic experience: Having tried many physio and chiropracters I finally found BounceBack in Abu Dhabi. This is the best physio in Abu Dhabi and UAE. I had an old shoulder dislocation from volleyball which I aggravated surfing and was so painful and i could not lift my arm. Got recommended Simon who was amazing! After a in depth assessment of my shoulder he explained my diagnosis and over the next 6 weeks we progressed my treatment. I was recommended surgery originally which I now don’t need to have!! I have regained full movement and am back doing weighs and Yoga. Thank you so much 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Been having problems with shoulder and neck pain for sometime. Have tried many physio’s, osteo’s and chiropractor’s but no one has managed to solve it. Came to Bounceback following a friends recommendation and couldn’t be happier with the results! Saw Simon and following a thorough assessment he explained the treatment plan and we implemented it. After surgery I went to Bounceback and met a gentleman called Simon who helped me build my strength up in the wrist and helped me to return to the rugby pitch within 12 months after being told I would likely to be unable to return to playing. Fantastic experience: I do long distance triathlons and have been seeing Tim at BounceBack for several years. He is always incredibly helpful and professional, regardless what new injury I turn up with, and, as a triathlete himself, knows that it is not always realistic to just prescribe rest and makes sure that the treatment program he recommends will fit with what I need to achieve running up to races. He has managed to get a slightly broken body over the finish line of at least one race that I had absolutely no right to be at the start line of given the injury issues I had; great treatment. Also, Eileen on the front desk is great; she knows the importance of early treatment and has often called to offer me cancellations at times that she knows from experience will be more convenient for me, without me even mentioning this in advance. That level of service is massively appreciated! I wholeheartedly recommend BounceBack for any physiotherapy requirements.

Highly trained physio's who listen and are very focused on achieving improved long term results. The physio is spotlessly clean and conveniently located in Yas Marina with ample parking.
