Fantastic experience: I came to Anub with TMG, neck and lower back problems that I had for years. I am only after a few sessions in and I feel much better now and my lower back pain is gone. I paid to go again for Menna as her massage and needle therapy was the only one that I actually felt relieved after. Don't think, just go, ask for Menna, worth the money! Fantastic experience: Menna is a champion, magic thumbs! Active in my 40’s I carry more than a few niggles. After surgery on my knee ACL, I have been visiting Menna for several weeks now and I have noticed significant improvements. I have often found sports massage left me wanting, never quite hard enough to release deep tissue issues. Not the case with Menna, her titanium thumbs and artful dry needing have both broken and rebuilt me. Back on the bike and running consistently.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Perfect Balance for nearly a month now and I can’t recommend Nathalia enough. I’ve always been hesitant to start physiotherapy but going to Nathalia has completely changed my mind. She was able to pinpoint the main problem which none of my doctors were able to and she explained it to so well. She’s very meticulous with her plan of treatment and is very vocal in terms of how well you’re doing and what you need to do in order to improve. I was able to improve by 90% by the time I reached my fourth session. I can without doubt say she’s the best women’s health physiotherapist. She’s extremely professional and understanding. She has been so accommodating in terms of appointments I’ve had to reschedule a couple of times and she’s always been very nice about it. I don’t think there’s anything I can say that can do her justice honestly.

Fantastic experience: Diagnosis: adhesive capsulitis aka frozen shoulder. Symptoms: inflammation, significant loss of range, mobility, and pain. Cause: repetitive motion injury exacerbated by improper musculoskeletal form. I’m an avid believer in physiotherapy. Having recently moved to Abu Dhabi from the US, I was concerned about finding post diagnostic care that would align with both my US healthcare experiences in sports medicine and practitioners that would take a wholistic approach to recovery. I found it, therefore, look no further! I’m currently seeing two rehabilitation professinals: Eamon Mangan and Menna Alseminy. Eamon by trade is specialized in sports injuries. In the short time I’ve seen him, he provided me with a focused Home Exercise Program, tailored and recorded (on video for home use) that I know has me on the accelerated path to recovery. His attention to form, knowledge of major sport movements, and encouraging attitude has gotten me back on the golf course and allayed my fears of a typically prolonged recovery of 12-18 months to 3-4. The glide path he provides gives tremendous assurance and mental alleviation, “mind and body”, which is integral to recovery. Menna is specialized in muscle recovery, what I’d call sports massage therapy, dealing with both deep tissue and myofacial release. She is also highly skilled in dry needling, locating and releasing knots that hinder mobility and trigger pain receptors. Employing her services has been breath taking, literally and figuratively… know going in, this is not your standard massage, she will administer focus on the affected areas which are often tender to begin with, applying her skills to enhance blood flow and regeneration. Her knowledge of the human anatomy along with its movements, coupled with strength and technique, has alleviated much of the deep seated pain associated with my adhesive capsulitis primarily in the scapula, dorsi lattimus, and pectoral minor, areas famously known as hard to reach and often stubborn. In the few times that I’ve seen her, my range of motion has significantly increased and post massage recovery, significantly improvement in pain. She also has a great disposition, explains thoroughly the course of action, and provides encouragement and comfort both during and after the procedure. Perfect Balance: great facility and great staff. Can’t thank them enough. On the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: I saw Hiten after I dislocated my knee cap, and he patiently, professionally, and cheerfully coached me back to full function and confidence to use my knee. I can chase around my toddler and go jogging with my pup. I also have a set of exercises (99% of which I can do at home) to keep building my strength and balance. The sessions were hard work, but I never felt overwhelmed or intimidated - Hiten is encouraging and funny! I'd highly recommend seeing him if you need any PT.

Most importantly he knows how to handle a little baby, my daughter always laughs with him because he is very friendly. She enjoys exercising with him, and see it as play time instead of therapy. He is so knowledgeable about how the body works, and is like a detective at discovering the underlying reasons why you might be experiencing pain... He fixed at least 3 different issues for me, including a partial shoulder tear with bone bruise that is now back at full capacity. He does dry needling and other manual therapy as well as works with you in the gym to teach you exercises that will help strengthen and stabilize. Hiten's vibe is so positive... he really makes you feel important and well taken care of. Go see him, you won't regret it! :)

Fantastic experience: I came to PB towards the end of my first trimester during my last pregnancy as I was suffering with severe back pain. Thankfully I found Nathalia, whose expertise in this field helped me cope with all kinds of discomfort common during pregnancy through exercises to fix my posture and strengthen my muscles and ligaments. She looked after me until my 40th week and also went through stages of labour and breathing exercises to ensure I was both physically and mentally prepared for delivering my baby. I cannot recommend her enough pre and postpartum. She’s definitely one of the best in her area in Abu Dhabi.

Fantastic experience: I visited Primrose at Perfect Balance for a few months to recover from a shoulder injury. I appreciate how we tried physio prior to expensive imaging that was unnecessary. Primrose was the ultimate professional and diligently worked with me to find the root cause and which exercises my body responded to rather than routine therapy which was ineffective for me. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hiten and Perfect Balance. I was experiencing pain from an old shoulder injury that had never been properly treated and had gotten so bad that I was unable to perform basic daily tasks or even sleep without pain. I saw an orthopedic specialist who recommended Hiten by name. I saw Hiten weekly for about four months and experienced almost immediate relief with his manual manipulations and massage on my shoulder. He worked with me in the gym and prescribed daily physio exercises, which have strengthened and stabilized my shoulder, allowing me to not only go about my day to day life pain-free, but also to return to exercise, lifting weights, and playing sports, which I had missed terribly. As I neared the end of my treatment with him, my 14 year old daughter sprained her knee playing rugby and required six weeks of physio. I came to Perfect Balance by the referral from a professor from Health Point looking for relief from post ankle surgery pain and chronic back/hip pain which had been bothering me for almost 2 years. and things have improved significantly since my first visit. I visited the center in horrible pain for a problem at the neck and shoulder and Eamon, not only helped me but was able to explain to me exactly what was happening. When you know and understand what is going on and why your body reacts like that, it is much easier to avoid putting your body in difficult position so you don't feel pain anymore. Better, he taught how to re-educate my body to make it forget years of bad habits! Fantastic experience: I live in the UK and had been suffering with low back pain for about 6 months which left me barely able to walk and in severe pain. A trip to a UK physio had seemed to make it worse. Then in November 23 I visited my daughter in Abu Dhabi and she suggested I see her friend Primrose for a consultation. I was sceptical at first but I'm so glad I agreed... that visit has pretty well changed my life. After a thorough examination Primrose gave me some exercises to do and a plan moving forward, taking exercise slowly and incorporating swimming and walking. More than anything she gave me the confidence and positivity to do the things I'd become afraid of. During my time in Abu Dhabi I was able to swim every day and built up my walking with the result that now I'm back in the UK and almost back to where I was before my injury. Fantastic experience: Eamon is the best physiotherapist I have been to (and I have been to many). A true professional, with a positive and pragmatic approach. I had been experiencing pain in my knee when running so saw a number of doctors who told me I should stop running. Eamon identified the issue through one session and through simple exercises and a change of technique, got me running again after years of not being able to. Not only am I running, but I am surpassing all my personal records. In addition, Eamon has also addressed lower back and shoulder issues that I had experienced. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience working with Primrose. I came to her in absolute agony with a sore neck and shoulder. Primrose worked on me using several techniques include myofacial release and dry needling. She also gave me lots of advice on how to manage the pain and exercises to rebuild my strength. 4 weeks later I feel 100% better and in no pain! Would thoroughly recommend Primrose and Perfect Balance if you are looking for a great physio.

Fantastic experience: Erika is simply amazing! I can't recommend her enough!! I started seeing her during my pregnancy when I had a lot of pregnancy related hip and back pain. Initially I was skeptical on seeing a physiotherapist as I wasn't sure of how helpful it would be. But im glad that I saw Erika. She is very quick to understand the cause of the pain and quickly gets down to solving it. I believe that her knowledge and experience in manual therapy (not commonly known by many therapists I've previously seen) was a blessing. After the birth of my baby I had even more issues as I had severe diastasis recti. One of my legs wouldn't raise at all, not even an inch. I was told by my doctor to keep trying to lift it and excercise but I didn't know how to lift something that wouldn't even move an inch. Long story short I walked in one session unable to lift my leg and I walked out of Erika's room with the issue sorted. She performed some manual therapy along with scar massage and excercise and that seems to have done the job. This happened many times where I walk in with an issue and walk out pretty much healed and happy. I would highly recommend Erika, especially any pregnancy or postpartum ladies. Ladies, the pregnancy pain and postpartum wobbly walk can all be healed so please take the time to see a phsyio. Even though my insurance doesn't cover Perfect Balanace, I still go there just because of Erika.

As a highly committed and competitive basketball player, my son wanted to recover and rehabilitate as fast as possible to return to court. With two weekly sessions, Hiten mixed up the exercises and balanced the speed of progress with profound strength. He has a great credit for my son’s successful recovery.

Fantastic experience: I came with a severe pain on my back, from my neck through my waist that I had to take paracetamol to go through my day. Went to a physiotherapist the day before to nothing and decided to try perfect balance. The registration was very quick and Hiten, the physiotherapist was very attentive and asked thoroughly about my health history and condition, life style and what happened that I had the injury. He then proceed with the massage and acupuncture not to forget to share me alot of good exercise to do while on-the-wheel (as I need to do a trip by car that same day) to ease my pain from the injury and to recover. Fantastic experience: I have been attending perfect balance rehailitaion center in Marina Square for a number of weeks now and have found the service ultimately professional and efficient. The reception staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant, and efficient. My therapist , Valentina Tura , is a gift to rehab therapy. I have been attending her sessions for TMJ pain, neck and shoulder pain. Every session gives lasting relief and I am a different person thanks to her expertise and attention to detail. She has such an understanding of the mechanics of the human body and her knowledge of how the body systems interconnect is remarkable. Her command of physiology training alongside her absolute intuition , places the client in caring , knowledgable , competent and extremely capable hands. I highly recommend Valentina for anyone experiencing pain. She is truly a wonderful caregiver and compassionate therapist. My life has been improved beyond measure due her healing expertise and I am truly grateful.

Fantastic experience: I am working with Hiten at Perfect Balance for the past 7 months to non surgically rehabilitate my left ACL rupture. I began with a lot of uncertainty approaching this without surgery especially as I wanted to get back to OCR and running. Fantastic experience: Having had a long lasting lower back pain (as a consequence of a former gym injury) I finally visited Erika at Perfect Balance for a treatment. After a thorough investigation she identified the root cause as having improper movement during certain lifts due to the relatively weak lower core muscles. She applied cupping therapy and suggested specific exercises to develop the subject muscles. After months of re-occurring lower back pain; finally I am pain free! I would recommend Erika and Perfect Balance to anyone; she managed to fix my back issues in 2 appointments!

Fantastic experience: I was having problems with my achilles tendon for months and I just couldn't shake the recurring injury. It was causing me daily pain and it prevented me from doing any exercise. I was recommended to go and see Hiten in Perfect Balance and I am very happy that I did. Fantastic experience: If you want the best treatment go to this place. I have been treated by Hiten for several injuries and he is a truly excellent physiotherapist. If you have a sports related (or other) injury I recommend him without reservation. His impressive background as a physio to top sports teams has obviously given him a deep understanding of the nature of injuries and the solutions to cure them. I am particularly impressed with his diagnostic powers - he will calmly assess your problem and get to the root of the issue very quickly. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Jeanne, the dietitian several months ago. She helped me address my health issues in a way that always felt like I could keep up long term. I went through decades of dieting with nothing sticking or lasting very long. Since I started seeing her, all my blood work has been improving steadily and because of her approach setbacks don’t feel as daunting or upsetting as they would have before. I’ve become more confident about my ability to take control of my health. She’s also helped me step out of my comfort zone, connected me with people and communities that have helped address other things to help with my overall health in the same gentle way she approaches nutrition. With her help, I am enjoying a much more balanced life.

Fantastic experience: Hiten was my physiotherapist and I would thoroughly recommend him to be yours! This was my first ever experience with physical therapy and I I was very sceptical originally but Hiten's expert knowledge and approach far exceeded my expectations. He first spent a good amount of time asking questions to find out about my exercise routine and physical condition, then proceeded to very precisely diagnose/isolate the troublesome area by doing a series of mobility/strength tests, finally he taught me a series of exercises to practice daily. I continued seeing him weekly and saw major progress to full recovery. It is very reassuring to have an expert diagnose the problem and then address it specifically and conceptually, explaining exactly which kind of pain occurs during which movement and why. I am sure that if I just let the problem 'heal itself' it would have negatively impacted my shoulder's mobility.

I appreciated the attention to whole body and lifestyle in determining what would be best to support me. Fantastic experience: I went to Perfect Balance for my lower back pain a few weeks ago. I was seen by a physiotherapist, Erika, who was very attentive and thorough in our first consultation. She asked very detailed questions to understand the root cause of the pain and over the course of the first session and whilst doing the exercises at home that she recommended she helped me gain back mobility in my lower back. Followed up with two more sessions where we practiced more exercises and actively worked on my form and core stability. I was worried and fearful to get back to my regular training routine but Erika helped me get over that fear and today I’m back to training (gradually working my way back to my pre injury strength). Erika has been very attentive and continues to be even after I’ve completed my sessions with her. She always gave me honest feedback and pushed me when I was worried and helped me gain my confidence again in my training. Overall I definitely recommend Perfect Balance!

Fantastic experience: Hitten Maisura had been my physiotherapist well before he joined Perfect Balance so, naturally, I followed him when he started to work at Perfect Balance. Of course, I highly recommend Hitten. He is a great professional and a very likeable person. He is available and super helpful. During our first session, he managed to identify the issue and, above all, the cause and came up with a plan to fix it in the long term. He also helped me integrate the therapy in my day-to-day routine. The issue is now fixed but, whenever I feel a discomfort due to my sport activities, I go to Hitten.
