Fantastic experience: I had a very enjoyable, relaxing and therapeutic stone massage with Donna. She is amazing! What impressed me most was how intuitively she worked, not just following a routine, Donna responsed to my actual needs adjusting pressure and technique with real sensitivity and awareness. I felt that every move had a purpose and she was completely in tune with the areas of strain and imbalance. Highly recommended if you are looking for true bodywork with intention and expertis e.

Ooh Sara she has proven to be an exceptional dietitian. I think she is the best among all. She goes above and beyond for everything I ask her for. Kind and super intelligent person. Fantastic experience: It’s been a week and I am already seeing good progress. Thank you to Ms. Mireille who is a blessing and she is great at answering any of my queries. I am also grateful to the receptionists who are always prompt with their replies and to pass any message.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful choices! The food reminds of home-cooked meal while also as a 5-star restaurant, I love the fact that although it’s cooked in a healthy way, even their croissants, it’s still delicious! The creativity of the chefs from the salads to mains and desserts are wonderful! Everyone on the team is delightful, the welcoming front office and the sincere caring nutritionists. After the first few days I could already feel a boost in my energy, thanks to the variety of vegetables and fruits, as well as low fat and healthy dishes. While reheating I’ve found that sometimes using a pot on heat instead of microwave is better for the soups, and heating chicken or meat dishes on a grill toaster works better for me, especially the sandwiches. But if you don’t have the time nor place for it then all you really need is to heat up in a microwave oven and enjoy!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my meals. I didn’t feel like it was a meal plan. I felt like I was just having normal meals that were really tasty. the dietitian did follow up however, I was unable to meet with her as frequently as possible due to me, leaving the country frequently within this time. However, she did her absolute best to keep me on track and customize what I ate and how I approached the meal plans on a weekly basis customer service was excellent anytime I have an issue or anytime I would request a certain type of meal plan or any assistance. They were very prompt and very professional. delivery was always on time or even early and the delivery guys were very nice Overall in excellent experience between the Dietitian customer experience, follow up meal plans at a bargain price

Negative experience: i tried before it was better, the food not nice some times the chicken was dry and hard to chew, food delivery was good, i want thank the Nutritionist Dr.Raghda for her assistance in prepare dite program, But the customer service was ignoring my messages and until now i didn’t receive my refundable money for cooler bag since Nov9 they told me will refund it within 10 days and still am waiting for that !!!, first time i faced this issue inside UAE !!! for refundable money 10 days inside UAE !!!!!

Negative experience: كنت حامل واشتركت بسبب سكري الحمل كان هدفي واضح جداا لكن الدكترة كانت مصرة اني بادية الحمل بأربعة كيلو زيادة واني لازم اضعف ! عندي مب فاهمة الهدف مع انه تخصصها سكر!!! سكري الحمل اللي عندي وراثي كنت 62 ونزلت وزني بالحمل بالوجبات ! وهو اصلا مب صحي غير انها ما عرفت تتحكم بالسكر ابدا وكانت تعطيني اشياء مب مدروسة ولا تتناسب مع حالتي .. مستشفى الكورنيش قالي انتبه لانه كل زياداتي في الصباح بسبب وجبه الافطار غير المدروسة.. كنت أتدخل في كل وجبه واعطيها بدائل والمفروض العكس ! يعني انا دافعة عشان هي تفيدني مب عشان اراقب اللي هي تسويه حقي.. الوجبات بالمجمل مب لذيذة ابدا وتكرار الوجبات عندهم ممل للغاية.. كانت تحط لي سويت في الدايت ! السعر كان ٤٠٠٠ شهريا لمدة شهور الحمل ما عدا اخر شهرين .. ما انصح فيهم ابدا ابدا

Negative experience: The delivery of the food is not on agreed time the first week they deliver my food at 5:00 even I said to deliver my food between 7-9 , today until 9:40 pm they haven’t deliver the food , we are live in houses , you should respect people time not a night club , so please the respect contract and delivery the food on times , this will be last time I will renew my contract with in slim n light I’m not ordering food from talabt or delivery , I think I’m dealing with respected company who should respect clients time as agreeed
