Negative experience: I have invested money for my laser and place is temporarily closed without any notice need my refund back

Negative experience: Tried to contact many times since they have my money, no one is answering since months ig this was a rip off or atleast contact your customers about whats going on. Do not recommend what so ever.

Negative experience: They ripped me off. They agreed they would refund me as I wasn’t happy with their service. They agreed to the refund they said it will be done within 1 week… Then they just stopped answering to my calls and blocked me on WhatsApp lol… Here we are. Waiting for my money. Understanding staff yet bad, poor communication , bad scheduling appointments with the customer service Skilled Labour, good offers but DO NOT GO!

Negative experience: It's been a week since I wanted to make an appointment and no one is answering. Why such negligence? At first, I thought I was calling at an inconvenient time, but it's not reasonable that for a whole week, there's been no response, even the last time I called 5 times and there was no answer.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, there is no professionalism in the service. Each employee gives different prices for the sessions; you book at one price and end up paying a higher price than agreed upon. Regarding the sessions, there is no care; you will need to redo the sessions often because they only care that you had a session.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the worst center I have dealt with. There is no follow-up, it's difficult to get an appointment, and they don't answer the phones. I've been trying for two months to get an appointment, but the technician is never available. I paid money, and when I want an appointment, there are no available slots. I do not recommend this center at all.

Negative experience: The receptionist has no style or respect, and the laser staff have no experience.

Negative experience: The worst clinic in terms of scheduling appointments and there is no privacy at all. They knock on the door while I'm inside the laser room to the extent that the person working doesn't even know how to focus on their work 100%... It's chaotic.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the dermatologist and cosmetologist at the Wil Health Medical Center in Al Nahyan Camp, Abu Dhabi. Dr. Lamma Abdel Wahab is a pinnacle of ethics, manners, and high professionalism. Mashallah, she focuses on many important matters that a customer may overlook and alerts them to important issues to maintain their health. I never felt the needles; the anesthesia was excellent, and the needles are very light, Mashallah. I thank her very much for her support, her clean and professional work, her good treatment, her elegance, and her valuable, useful advice. I hope this thank you reaches her. Positive experience: Sorry to say that but the clinic doesn’t prioritize their clients. They let you out of the room while in the middle of the session when you already started just because some rude client is already late for her appointment. No respect for the clients. Not worth it. Edit: i visited the clinic again.. the receptionist is understanding and it is worth it taking the offers

The process of booking an appointment is simple; you can call today and get an appointment for tomorrow. The ability to change appointments is very nice and flexible. The staff is completely respectful and they don't make you wait for your appointment; on the contrary, you often go in before your scheduled time. Let's set aside the flattery, and the prices compared to other centers, along with the offers they have, are fantastic. I give them a big salute from all aspects.
