Positive experience: Beautiful and their materials are effective and clean, even though the prices are a bit high, but the materials are worth it, especially with Dr. Bara'a.

Positive experience: I had cosmetic surgery with Dr. G and her work is meticulous and she is pleasant to deal with. The nurses are very helpful, but the downside is the high prices and exploitation, as I paid 800 dirhams for an extra night in the hospital, and they charged me for medications. They gave me a large amount and injection vials that I don’t think I need all of, and this was not communicated to me at the time of booking the first appointment. The food in the hospital needs improvement, unfortunately, as it is below standard, especially breakfast. I do not recommend the center, and I wish Dr. G would open her own center or move to a place with reasonable prices because she is an excellent doctor, but the prices set by the center’s management are unfortunately high.

Negative experience: Zero respect for client’s time, I had to wait 40 minutes from the original time I booked for hydra-facial treatment as if I don’t have other responsibilities later. Zero time management from this branch is not new, my sister had prior experiences to a similar situation. Not coming again

Negative experience: I had a suction treatment and I wasn't happy with the result. I had suction and skin tightening with a device called J Plasma. The important thing is that I wasn't happy with the result, and after 6 months, my skin started to sag again even though I exercise and weigh 63.

Negative experience: The worst branch after the Karama branch. I went to exchange a girdle and I swear I paid 400 dirhams!!! For your information, I did not pay because the girdle was mine and the changing patch was mine. When she saw me shocked, she said she would leave it at 200!!! After I paid, because your limit was 50 dirhams, and that was generous of me. + Lack of respect from the Iraqi manager, I don’t know what her name is! When I called Sahar, the manager of all branches, she disrespected me, and she is an elderly woman, so she should have more experience and know how to handle the situation and deal with professionalism. What I got from her was hanging up the phone in my face.. She thought she could silence me, I swear I will reach her in person and we will confront each other about the lack of respect that occurred. In our country, they take our rights right in front of us.

Negative experience: Botox for sweating, I always get it done by Dr. Salwa for 4,000 dirhams and I used to get a discount, so it became approximately 3,200 dirhams without tax. Today when I went to get the injection and asked them about the prices, they told me the same prices they always give me: 4,000 dirhams, and the best discount they currently have is the 'Happiness' discount. After I finished the procedure, I asked the doctor how much it costs, and she said 4,000. I told her I have the 'Happiness' discount, and she said, 'No, I can't give you the 'Happiness' discount; if you want the 'Happiness' discount, the price of the session will be 5,000.' To make me happy, she said she would give me a 10% discount. So the amount became 3,600 dirhams! Without tax. They are raising their prices and not being clear, especially if they know you have the 'Happiness' discount, which means they don't actually apply the discount.

This is not how clinics operate; they should be the ones calling and promoting themselves. It's impossible for me to go to this branch. People pay money to get services, not for free.

Negative experience: My wife did a surgery with Dr. Rosalie more than 2 months back. we paid 40K as a full package surgical service including 6 months follow up. After surgery, there was no follow up from the surgeon and the nurse only did dressing. we requested reception many times to see the physician and they used to give excuses that she is not available. then finally they said she left the facility and you can choose another surgeon for follow up !! how come this happen ?? I prefer a female surgeon for my wife and no one can force us to change our selections !! Moreover, how the new surgeon will do the follow up for a surgical procedure done by another one ?? be careful from such negative behavior and service after sale. governmental authorities must monitor such bad quality service and take serious action against them. Update. Useless call to my wife and they referred us to a GP instead of a specialist or a consultant !! No lab result discussion for biopsy as well . No single ultrasound done as well since operation done !!!

Negative experience: I had a liposuction and arm lift surgery there along with back liposuction, supposedly using the well-known G-Plasma machine that tightens the body. They quoted me before I saw the doctor, and the price was fifty thousand dirhams. The operations manager lied to me saying that they would use stitches from the inside and glue from the outside. They only suctioned 3 liters and 400, and on top of that, my skin isn't tightened and there's still fat left. The actual price for the arm lift and liposuction was 35 thousand, and any additional area would cost five thousand more. However, I was exploited and paid 10 thousand extra, and the hospital rooms were less than average considering the amount I paid. Additionally, the operations manager's behavior was not good; she was screaming at the nurses because I was discharged the next day. However, the nurses were very cooperative and elegant, and the stitching was very poor. I will repeat the procedure at another center, meaning the fifty thousand went down the drain.

Negative experience: Imagine that my mother can't sleep because of what happened to us today at the Al Karama branch in Abu Dhabi. We had a mix-up with the appointments and got upset. One of the staff members broke down and shouted, saying, 'I'll stand in front of any car so you can relax,' and we stood in the street in shock, silent. My mother is an elderly woman, and from that moment she was scared. We gave her blood pressure medication and took her to the hospital to get an injection. She's a sick woman who can't handle these situations!! I'm still in shock and psychological trauma; I feel like I was dreaming. I feel like my mental state is ruined; I can't sleep and get over the incident. I wish I hadn't gone there; I regret it so much.

Negative experience: It was last time when I visited this branch and had any treatment done with doctor Batoul who seems to have some mood swing issues. When i visited branch in Al Ain she was very polite, but when I went to Karamah branch for appointment, she was acting like she is doing favor for me that she is there. I would understand if her knowlage abot dermatology is at least on some decent level, but this doctor has no basic knowlade about laser treatment. When my husband wanted to give her some questions regarding treatment, she shortly replied with 'your wife already asked' doesn't even bother to listen what his question is. How she can operate laser machine when she doen't know which wavelengt supossed to use for each colour? I can understand having hard day due to being overwhelmed with work (if your are great specialist in your field) but not when your best speciality is just taking niddle and inject botox. If not fact that I went all way from Al Ain, I would give lesson for this doctor how to not give attitute to clients.
