Negative experience: Ignoring delivery instructions which lead to get the first day of meals were spoiled and wasted. Misleading Tabby options and they don't offer monthly installment which defeat the purpose of using Tabby, the customer care avoid explaining the Tabby payments and they just mentioned that they have Tabby payment options, because if they did explain it to the customer, it will expose that they don’t offer a monthly installment The meat used for "Meat Kibbeh" had a bad meat smell and barely edible. After experimenting with several others, and I must say, their meals are both delicious and healthy. However, I found the Ramadan meal plan to be somewhat disappointing in terms of value. Priced at 1700, the plan offers just one main course, a soup, a small salad, a small appetizer, and detox water. Additionally, it's only available for five days a week. Considering the limited offerings and frequency, the pricing seems overly steep. While I appreciate the convenience and thoughtfulness behind providing a tailored meal plan during Ramadan, I believe the pricing structure needs to be reevaluated. Customers would likely benefit from a more reasonable pricing model that reflects the actual value of the meals provided. By revising the pricing, FitLab could make their Ramadan meal plan more accessible and appealing to a wider range of customers, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their delicious and healthy offerings without breaking the bank. I was far more comfortable with their meals and pricing outside of Ramadan.

Negative experience: The food itself is decent and I was planing to continue using them. I have a wife coming in a week, so I wanted to order 1 week just for me and then 4 or 8 weeks for both of us. But, their representative contacted me, and like robot, without reading what am I saying to them kept repeating "4 weeks offer", and then even told "for now i can offer for you the 4 weeks". Lol really? So you won't sell me the amount I want? Ok, I'll go to another company then, maybe they will sell 1 week of food for me

Negative experience: Do not recommend to order food plans from this company. It does not cost the money. They ask 600+ $ monthly, but food mostly tastes as a dead mouse. Better order from any restaraunt daily - you will spend a little more, but food quality will be times higher.

Negative experience: Went on 1-week trial. Value and Food taste and presentation is great. However, administration has significant issues. Despite clearly mentioning allergens when ordering and following up with a call and message, almost every meal had the allergens I highlighted (lactose), even after calling and raising the issue after the first delivery, I was promised that the issue will be fixed alas the balance of the still had cheese or yoghurt products. On Sunday, I didn't even receive my meals until the next day at 7 P.M. despite my meals being breakfast and lunch, which forced me to eat outside the meal plan for a day. Switched the delivery timeline to 2-7 AM to receive my meals in time for breakfast, received the pack on my door at 4 am with no dry ice or cooling in the pack whatsoever which might have rendered my meals inedible by the time I have woken up at 8 to pick them up 4 hours later. On the fat content, I have my doubts when it comes to the dietary labels, however, I cant prove it. generally some meals feel too "fatty" for them to be diet friendly. The mobile number assigned doesn't pick up and in many cases it was just switched off. One final tip, it would be more sustainable to use more environmentally friendly packaging instead of plastic. The company has a lot of work to do if they are serious about competing with the myriad options of meal plan delivery option in Dubai for now customer service and customer dietary safety should be taken seriously.
