Fantastic experience: First of all, and what i feel is most important, The staff are amazing always checking up on you great customer service, I have never experienced that before. They are very detailed with what you dont like to eat and make sure its not part of the meal plan. Prices are amazing and affordable and the best part is the food is delicious!!! Calories are as per required for your goal, flavour of the food is amazing, well cooked, great portions. I highly recommend trying Nutri.

Fantastic experience: My meal plan has honestly been the first time in my life I've enjoyed eating healthy! The feel of healthy home-cooked food is brilliant. I have reached a point of getting so excited to get my food delivery on a daily basis. The great thing is you are not limited by a weekly menu - there are options available every week which are exceptional (such as the steak, chicken quesadillas, the mloukheih and kibbeh). The desserts are wonderful too (tiramisu and lazy cake are personal favorites). I've just signed up for a 5-month meal plan and may extend as well. The dietitians are wonderful (especially Jessica) and motivational.

Negative experience: FOOD POISONING - RUN AWAY !! Of course they don’t take responsibility, even when you complained several times about the fact that they are breaking the cold chain every single day for several hours, with fresh milk and meat in it… sometimes we no ice pack at all in the box ! They invested all in marketing, none in Food Safety and none in client service. No need to say I am not reachable, we are in touch !! Yet it’s not improving your food safety process. If meals arrive at room temperature, it’s named a cold chain break.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, food is ok, but always there is a problem in communication , they dont value old customers, they charge for everything extra ( if you want your food delivered to other location they make charges,which other companies dont do,plus if they deliver 2 bags in 1 day they want to charge twice). Always get disappointed with their customer service.

Negative experience: Bought a forty day plan and got severe stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting after the third day, missed work the following day. They don’t have a refund policy, only way to get my money back was to find someone and sell the remaining days off to them, had a really truly horrible experience.

It all started when she met with the dietitian Leen who asked her all the right questions to learn about her eating habits.
