Fantastic experience: A small centre that cover so much. Whether you have an appointment or walk in for care, you won’t have to wait long. I was able to take my children and get in and out with check ups, diagnosis and medicine in under 40 minutes. The doctors are wise and have great bedside manner. They know how to speak to people. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and cheerful which is all the more reason to visit when you are unwell. Everyone knows what they have to do to get you the care you need. There is a small pharmacy right outside of the center that typically carries just what you were prescribed.

Negative experience: الصراحه تجربه سيئة مع دكتوره الاسنان مسويه تنظيف حرفيا اخذ منها ٦ دقايق بس شو هالتنظيف الي سريع سريع مافي اي بروفشنل حرفياً جرحتلي لثتي من كثر ماهي مستعيله حتى التعامل سيء انا مو داقه درب عسب تسويلي اي كلام

Negative experience: التأخير في الموعد حيث انني دخلت على دكتورة الاطفال بعد مرور 35 دقيقة من الموعد مع انني كنت متواجدة قبل موعدي بربع ساعه ادخال مواعيد اخرى بدل موعدي وعدم تقديم اية اعتذار من الطاقم الطبي او الاستقبال ،، لا يوجد اهتمام بالمراجعين I took tooo much time to see the pediatrition, I booked appoinment and came before my time even No any appologize or explination from the team about what gappened and no one is caring about the patients

Negative experience: الدكاتره ممتازين بس الفلبينيه الي في الاستقبال ماعندها اسلوب مع الناس ولاستقبال الي تحت الحريم ماعندهم اسلوب بعد

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the dental department. Specifically Dr. Asmaa. She handled all my concerns with great professionalism and answered all my questions appropriately. She explained all the procedures in details and made me make decisions in my own medical care. She was swift and made sure to treat me appropriately for all my dental problems. She was patient throughout my sessions although I had asked sometimes too many questions. She was also diligent and didn’t delay my care as I was in a hurry to get everything taken care of. She tackled multiple dental issues in a single visit while also being very accurate and precise in her treatment. The nursing team was absolutely wonderful as well and treated me with respect and a smile. I would come back again and would suggest everyone else to try their care. Thank you from the deepest of my heart!

Negative experience: Went on the 21st to see the working gynaecologist there that day I'll call her Dr. A. I was in extreme pain because of my condition and was polite but curt when I told her of my pain. She started joking around that I was being too speedy. This was not a social visit. I am there for a prescription no more no less. Instead of prescribing me an antibiotic to treat my pain she decided to play power games and prescribed folksy medicine of mix this powder with water to lessen the pain. It ended up being completely useless it did not lessen the pain even 1% and it was a waste of Thiqa insurance money unfortunately. She wanted me to do a urine test first and then have me wait for the results before prescribing an antibiotic "because giving you the wrong antibiotics will make it harder for it to fight disease in the future." Complete power game for no reason other than her ego was hurt in that I was in a hurry to get out of there. Fortunately I got Augmentin from my mother who had a box leftover at home and ended up treating myself by myself. I got relief in about an hour after taking the first pill. If you're a woman going to this clinic I would honestly steer clear away from this egotistical 'doctor.'
