Fantastic experience: One of the best hijama experience we’ve ever had. I booked hijama for my mom and grandma and can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. Special shout out to Neha she is so lovely so professional and so knowledgeable she was so patient with my grandma and gave her so much advice. I’ll definitely book other services with them again. They’re also very professional, always exactly on time, all equipment sterilised and super clean. They’re licensed by the DHA as well. So happy with them and on a personal level, Neha. She’s all amazing vibes and just so lovely! Can’t recommend her more!

Fantastic experience: I did Dry needle therapy with Neha. I was apprehensive and a little scared at 1st as I am not a fig fan of needles. But, neha was very quick to put me at ease. 1st session yoday and I can already feel less pain in my neck and shoulder area. Can't wait for the second session

Fantastic experience: I've never done a Google review before in my life but am doing it for Salamati - if I could rate 1000 stars I would. I've been in Dubai a very long time, and service here can be very frustrating, even more so for something as sensitive as healthcare. Salamati absolutely is the best company I've dealt with. Sarah who I've been speaking to for a month to help coordinate with home care nursing for my elderly mother (who doesn't require very complicated care) is one of the most professional individuals I've ever come across. Her responses are quick, her problem solving is excellent, her communication is top notch. The nursing staff are absolute gems. We've had Nurse Nora for my mother for the past month -- she is caring but firm without being aggressive. When Nora was unwell they sent Nurse Jena for 3 days who slotted right in with the exact same demeanour. This is THE BEST COMPANY to deal with for home nursing. Trust me we've worked with a few. Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR POST OP LIPO CARE they are not trained the lady had no clue what she was talking about and the nurse has ripped my tape off my incision scars and put cream when I asked not too and I now have an infection and need to be back on medication when I tried to contact this company they have blocked me

1. the feedback shared with our team yesterday was dissatisfaction that betadine was not used on the wound which is a company policy as we don't use betadine unless we have a Doctor's prescription to avoid masking infection.
2. we received a request for 4 services on your behalf and we rendered 4 services not only one
3. you used 2 hours of our service and expressed satisfaction and feeling of relived to our staff without any complaint or stopping the service
4. you requested money from our team or else you will give a bad review
5. you informed our clinical team that you had another company serving you and they were very bad, and you didn't feel as good as after using our service, yet they didn't get a bad review
