I really appreciate that you can see the calories and the reasons behind each smoothie choice—it makes it easy to pick what’s right for you. I definitely plan to return to try some of their food options too. If you’re looking for a spot with delicious, health-focused drinks, Protein House is a must-visit!

Negative experience: Was there last night for dinner, the place was not busy at all but still we waited for somebody to take the order and in the end we ordered at the counter. The sweet potato that came with the burger was old and with a very doggy taste . So many waiters there , even then manager but no one apologized. Somebody offered to bring new potato but at that point I was already done. At least say thank you as do to my complaint you won’t serve that to anybody else. You should take more care of your clients that come to dine in , not just for the orders that come in online. And fix those tables, they move around as the floor is not flat .

Fantastic experience: Food was an absolute treat especially considering how healthy it is! Calories and macros are listed making it super easy for you to keep track of what you're eating. Obed was a great help and consistently ensured that we were served on time and perfectly. Definitely recommend!!

Negative experience: Very slow service , staff serving delivery companies rather than guests

Negative experience: It took 35 minutes for a shake and when i called to check up on my order the staff who answered my call assured me that my order is being prepared. I waited for another 10 minutes and then i went back to check up on my order again. The staff simply responded that he forgot to prepare my order!! Not to mention the unwelcoming attitude!

Positive experience: Decided to dine in. Food is good but the atmosphere is really not nice. As soon as I walked in to place my order, there were used tissues and straw wrappers on the counter where I had to pay. As I walked to find a table there were several (approx 4) uncleaned tables - people had eaten their food, but the staff did not clean the plates, glasses, or trash on the tables. Not sure if this is the most hygienic place. Also the deliveroo drivers were actively arguing in front of everyone with the staff of the restaurant. Would not come back here again.

Negative experience: Updated review: (I visited again for the food only because of the breakfast sandwich) - but this time ordered more. It was a nice place for breakfast the first time. They have options for those who are aware and conscious eaters. Amazing macros and I love a good amount of protein in my food. However, the quality of the food was lacking. The omelet came with tomato that was weathered and rotten (the changed it for us - but I couldn’t eat the sandwich as well because my stomach was upset) The package was ok, but it’s the easiest food to make. It was large portion as well. The service was a bit slow, but it might be their style, I am not sure. I was just visiting, and need a place with good breakfast and internet, and I came again to give it a fair chance. I noticed that there was a lot of delivery and pick orders or meal prep boxes going on, so they might be focusing on that and not mainly on the dine in experience. The floor was very unclean which to me is a big problem and the ceiling was dripping water the two times I went there. They don’t have a restroom, there is one close by in the mall. Food wise - had a sandwich and milk shack and it was good first day; light, very clean, and everything was proportional. The second day - pink pasta, omelette was horrible and written, the pasta tasted like canned food. The only ok thing was the pancake. They have comfortable seating arrangements which was a plus but will never go again, and never recommend until they change. Note - there was a couple of tables with costumers, and I saw plates going back to the kitchen. After an hour, I had an upset stomach, and my party also had stomach issue due to the food we ate.

Fantastic experience: Very tasty, high quality and healthy food, the portion was good. You can choose how much chicken or meat you need exactly and costume your meal. However the restaurant is expensive not as cheap as you may think, most meals are between 60 and 80 dhs, if you order a drink with it it’ll definitely go over 100 dhs per person. But the taste was amazing, staff are super nice and it’s perfect for fitness freaks

Fantastic experience: If i can give it more than 5 absolutely i will do. The chicken shawrma is my all time favorite. I tried the burger and the snacks that they have both were delicious. This is not your normal healthy restaurant it is more than that. It is a place with unforgettable taste. Usually i would order through delivery app but today I visited the place it is very nice with a friendly staff thank you to ashish and dave Cant wait to taste the other items in the menu.

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. :) so I’ll just list the pros & cons: Pros: -food is good -the menu items & their macros are already added in myfitnesspal so it is easy to calculate your calories intake. -in case you need to replace an ingredient in your meal they will help in letting you know how this is affecting the macros Cons: -it is very expensive compared to other healthy restaurants (approx 150-200) per person. This is not encouraging people for healthy food dining. Also they don’t have the prices on the menu they bring and you would need to go through the online menu! -they give you plastic cutlery when you’re dining in the restaurant! -I didn’t like the juice at all (it was called summer tryst and I ordered it because the waiter told me this is one of the best sellers and it felt like there is a sparkling water in it which doesn’t make it a juice) Anyway I might still visit again, but considering the cons I won’t make it as my first option.

Negative experience: We couldn’t try the food as the place being practically empty with at least 4 hosts standing around, no one retuned to us after giving us the menu. Menu provided has no price you need to check the online menu for details.

Negative experience: Vegan burger wasnt very tasty and the brownie was goos. Presentation was poor, the restaurant was at 30% occupancy and took them 25 mins to make the burger still. Staff didnt understand their own menu. The place is a bit sad. Everything was clean though and staff nice. In reminds me of Kcal, bulk food chain. I wont repeat

Fantastic experience: I like the food and shakes here; food and shakes are healthy & with good protein. The Hulk shake is very likely and powerful, and the quesadilla is also good. I like the snacks here (high protein chocolate muffins and brookie have amazing taste & Izzy cookie is also very nice).

Negative experience: Went for dine in and we were given an iPad with the menu. After we ordered we realized that the QR code menu had more items(that we’d have preferred). When the food arrived, everything was on single used containers - the drink in a plastic cup with a straw, plastic container for the sauce and plastic cutlery. No environmental responsibility, it’s a shame, since the food was good and the place is really cool. Won’t be going back

Fantastic experience: My friend Ray brought me here, he comes all the time to eat healthy high equality food, including snacks and drinks with low sugar. The frappe with protein was incredible. My wife and I really enjoyed the bison wrap medium rare. You can also work here on the comfortable chairs and couches indoors and outdoors. The owner was there and introduced himself, very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: At first i would like to thank the amazing costumer service for the meal plans and the lady handling my subscription, always answering for any clarifications needed when asked. The value of food is 100% worth it, always cooked right and the calories and macros are accurate. First time I ever experience such good service when it comes to food quality & costumer service. This is my second time renewing and i will always continue with protein house. The only issue i have is that the delivery cost to umm al quwain is expensive, charges extra 500 dhs roughly. “Hoping this will be resolved” Other than that all is good
