Negative experience: If you’re wondering whether you should subscribe to Right Bite, don’t. While the food sometimes tastes good, it’s quite clear their consultations weren’t designed to keep your health in mind nor will they be tailored to you as a person. I’ve been with Right Bite for 4 years. I’ve been on 1,200 calories the whole time and 3 years of which have been the high-protein plan. My in-body analysis results have not changed in over a year despite me increasing the frequency of exercise gradually. They didn’t stop to think I’ve hit a plateau or that my body’s metabolism has slowed down so much because my body thinks it’s starving. During the past 6 months, I’ve upped my exercise to 6 times/week (90% of the time I was strength training) but not only did I not gain muscle, I actually gained a kilo of fat. The dietician’s solution? Let’s reduce your calories some more for you to go into a higher calorie deficit despite my mentioning that I’ve been getting dizzy and have little to no energy. At one point I was even told there are some people who are on 900 calories and “do well”. If you value your health, look elsewhere for meal plans.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service - after 30 min of waiting for my food, canceled my order and said they can’t do anything about it. Left my office hungry. Really disappointing
Negative experience: Since August, I’ve been trying to subscribe, but there’s an issue with the application and website during payment. I contacted customer service, but they couldn’t provide a solution. I decided to give them another chance this month and try again, but unfortunately, the same problem persists with no solution or attention given to it.

Fantastic experience: one of the best ,, the food taste is beyond yummy and the food varieties are amazing, also the restaurant vouchers they give so you can enjoy ur weekend with friends and family is a wonderful idea

Negative experience: Terrible packaging, yogurt spilled everywhere in the carton bag and it got wet and torn from the bottom. This is the second time this happens, never ordering again.

Fantastic experience: It’s been two weeks since I subscribed and tbh everything is perfect and professional from the friendly use App which I can track my calories to choose and change and the meals and to pause my subscription moreover to the delivery accuracy and the driver on time and finally the delicious taste food and quality.

Negative experience: Literally the worst customer service and very late with orders I’m waiting for more than 2.5hrs and still the food is not here

Negative experience: Like others who have written on here, please be careful with this organisation. The food regularly arrives very late, meaning it has been in 35 degrees with just two small ice packs which are melted. My pregnant wife has started to get sick. I alerted the company in writing and they didn’t even have decency or service to respond to my communication. It is simply like they don’t care about their product, their service or the health and safety impact their food product is having on people. The company and staff make promises and then doesn’t fulfil them. All these are on recorded phone lines and in email.

Negative experience: The worst meal plans and the worse business we’ve ever encountered. First we signed up for a meal plan for breakfast and lunch. Food quality but quite bad but we thought will finish the month anyway. We decided to change the meals to dinner and lunch. They told us to buy a new plan and they’ll refund the money of the old plan. Sounded a bit strange but ok, we did that. Guess what, the money was never refunded. We followed up with them over 20 times, no jokes, all they say is the money has been refunded and they send us a number from a spreadsheet that it’s refunded, what a joke. 2 months goes by, no signs for the money, I decided to file a credit card transaction complaint, Rite Bite advised the bank that the money was refunded as credit not as money!! What a joke of a business. We traveled for the summer and had it paused. We had 1-2 weeks left on the plan and will thought will continue, the last meal my wife had smelled a bit off but we thought maybe it’s the box, Chicken meal, it was. Guess what, the worst food poisoning in the world, 4 days of constant diarrhea. Whatever happened and I gave up on getting my money back. They’re thieves. Whoever is reading this, save yourself a hospital visit, and never fall for a refund scam!!!!
Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service. I was expecting my delivery between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m., but it arrived at 10 a.m.(without any notice) , by which time I had already left for work. While delays can happen, the lack of response from customer service is unacceptable—they ignored my messages completely. Moreover, the boxes arrived damaged, leaving me uncertain about the condition of the food inside.

Negative experience: I tried ordering so many times through talabat and I have never gotten my order , their preparation time is not accurate at all , it could take up to an hour or more.

Negative experience: I have asked NOON to cancel this order and they confirmed that it will be canceled due to excessive delay in delivery. All of a sudden the noon delivery guy decided to deliver the order after long time and it arrived very cold! The worst part is that after noon confirmed that my order was canceled, I ordered from somewhere else. I ended up having 2 orders! I love your food but the delivery service was disappointing

Negative experience: WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PICK UP THE COOLER AND RETURN MY DEPOSIT? You have till Friday or else I will open a case at the consumer protection center. It’s been three months now !!!! And also you still owe me credit for skipping meals which I want in CASH.

Negative experience: I signed up for a month subscription meal plan expecting variety and quality, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The portions were extremely small, and the meals lacked any diversity—essentially the same food over the entire month. The salads were repetitive every week, and the meals were far from tasty. One particular incident was especially frustrating: when I ordered *kosa waraq enab*, I received only two pieces for the entire meal. To make matters worse, the food didn’t match the appealing photos advertised. I felt no joy or satisfaction while eating—just a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this meal plan to anyone looking for good, wholesome meals. Update: Right Bit is the worst service and food I’ve ever used. Even after the meal plan subscription ends, they never refund the deposit. I would never recommend them. I will be reaching out to the Consumer Law Protection Center regarding this unethical conduct.

Negative experience: After my plan was finished they did not pick up the cooler and refund the deposit, “in case “ I want to renew. I asked them to pick up the cooler at least 7 times with the same exact response being the driver will pick it up tomorrow. My deposit wasn’t refunded and my cooler has been sitting outside in the heat for 2 months which I will now just throw away. Go for Kcal, they are a more professional and better managed company.

Negative experience: The food was thrown outside the villa yesterday and I complained about it and the same issue today but plus without calling after 1 hour and half I found out that the food is out side the villa please everyone understand that we are in uae and you know how is the weather and it’s food it will get spoiled and to be honest I don’t want to get food poisoning in this weather I don’t care anymore about the money my most important is my health we are you humans you don’t need to treat us like this

Negative experience: I’ve been with Right Bite some time ago and recently i tried to renew my subscription.. the juggled me between sales, customer services, nutritionist, only to tell me that we can’t help with your request 8 days later.. while the quality of the food is ok, dealing with Right Bite is a very difficult and frustrating experience. You are much better off trying different providers from my personal experience

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the food offered by the restaurant , so far I never received something I didn’t request which is great, and whenever I mention an allergy they always call and ask for specific information and get the order correct. the only issue I have is in one of the dishes, the acai bowl, they removed it from their menu, it was the best acai I tasted from any restaurant, also the peanut butter on it was great, I tried contacting them to return it but it is yet to be returned, I hope they get it back! But overall great service and great food so far. Also I’m seeing many of the reviews don’t even mention the quality of the food and rating it 1 star? That’s really not fair, if you are looking to assess the restaurant look at the reviews that mention food and the quality of it.

Negative experience: Shame on this restaurant who doesnt know what professionalism is and what is ethics! I have placed an order on deliveroo and half an hour later still the order havent moved from the restaurant. They call me after 40 mins saying the items are not available is this for real? The lady says well we are too busy and we couldnt call you earlier is this an answer for real? I will write a review everywhere about this restaurant and i wouldnt recommend it to my enemy!! Negative experience: Very disappointed by the inconsistency of this restaurant and how it is declining badly compared to the old days I have received my spaghetti in a plate full of meat and it seems they forgot to put the spaghetti in the plate. And this is not the first inconsistent order i receive but i have made my decisionNever ordering again in my life.

Negative experience: Started my meal plan 4 days ago and already missed 2 days. Although I requested the delivery to be between 7and 9 am the delivery decided that I should have my breakfast at 11 am. spoke to customer services twice yesterday and they promised that things will get resolved as a result the meals reached after I got to the office today.

Negative experience: Iam absolutely disappointed - I paid for 20 day plan based on the recommendation. 1st day - received the same food for Lunch and Dinner. 2nd day - just side dishes and NO Lunch and Dinner. Spent several days trying to reach to them. They didnt call back or just received a message saying 'no options for you available due to your allergies'!!! Finally reached someone, who assured me that I will have Lunch and Dinner but when I got the bag - NO food!!! It's unacceptable and disappointing. How can the company NOT deliver smthng you made the person pay for in advance??? And just say 'we don't have options for you and send the empty bag with some sides'??? I don't recommend anyone to buy the Plan in here!!!

Fantastic experience: RightBite doesn’t feel like you’re on one of those boring meal plans all over the place in Dubai now. Diverse menus touching so many cuisines, great flavors and great application to select/skip/schedule meals. There are a few things that can be done to bring the application from great to perfect but aside from that, I highly reccomend this place.

Negative experience: Writing regarding the Knowledge Village branch since they don’t have a presence on Google. Staff is not trained at all how to handle inconveniences. Charged me for 2 meals when I clearly ordered 1 and kept arguing that I ordered 2. Did not offer a professional solution for the problem apart from saying she’ll pay with her own money next time. Right Bite train your staff pls for those scenarios and offer realistic solutions that don’t induce any guilt for either your staff or customers

Negative experience: The meal plan is good, but the team have a REAL bad communication, is like the really don't talk to each other. Today I received two calls for the same reason, and the second person didn't know anything about what I spoke with the first person, and one person says one thing and the other person says a different thing. Is the third time it happen to me in one month already. And they keep calling me for the cooling bags, and the bags are being one week outside of my door and the driver is being ignoring them.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up for Right Bite to help start eating healthy again. The process is so simple and App based with your meal choices being customizable to your dislikes/allergies. I choose the lunch, snacks and dinner package and have been enjoying the delicious, well flavoured, and high quality food for a week now. A cooler is dropped at my door every morning and they have made everything so easy with constant support and follow up. Negative experience: Horrible experience: Signed up for a month’s subscription. I have selected my menu based on their available selection. Eventually I ended up receiving food that has nothing to do with my selection. Couple of days later, it got more weird. I started to receive 3 meals of chicken every day. The snacks are chicken the mains are chicken.. When I called customer center, the feedback was “Ah, we changed our menu, didn’t you receive our SMS? Let me check. Oh Sorry! We didn’t send one”. I was promised that the feedback is going to be taken into account and I will receive a call back. Never happened. The dietician called me to ask me if I want to renew. I gave the same feedback. Again, she told me that the issue will be escalated and I will receive a call. Additionally, some of the food I have received was not fresh. Their delivery times are not suitable. I have tried various diet boxes, changed from time to time to try and to have variety. they all have pros and cons. But RightBite I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY!

Fantastic experience: I've been on the Right Bite plan for 2 weeks now and I love it, love the fact that there is so much to choose from (dishes from all over the world!), the flexibility of the plan (you can swap or even skip a meal if you have dinner plans) and the simplicity of the approach. Negative experience: My husband and I took 3 months meal plans with them each of us (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks) they preferred to lose potential customers than to return the deposit of the lunch bags. (300aed) and apparently it is known that they just rip you off with this deposit. -You will have to remind them with your free consultation visits with the dietitian. -One time they sent me chicken burger which is disgusting and the chicken smells very bad (zankha) and i informed them immediately because it was my only lunch! And instead of replacing it, they were (thanks for your feedback)! -Their customer service team is very bad. Not supportive or helpful at all, they called me to ask for renewal, i told them i dont like your support they were ok thanks for ur feedback! -You will get bored later on from the food, and the carton boxes smell. Only good think is that, Samar, Their Dietitian is just amazing!

Positive experience: I have been with right bite for many months due to the variety of food options, the good quality ingredients and really good taste. I noticed though that there have been some worrying changes recently. First, the quantity of food in some meals is actually less vs before and yet the number of calories on the pack shows the same. Second, the variety seems to have decreased as breakfast options for example are now visibly less than before. I am in the Athlete plan and I would actually consider changing now for the first time due to these changes which made me doubt the transparency of the company. Finally, the customer service is slow and do not have enough information to answer simple queries. Moreover, they just seem to give any answer in order to check the box rather than make an effort to give a real answer to the inquiry. I hope Right Bite rethinks this by revisiting these changes especially when it comes to their meal plans. I have also noticed that their customer service only responds to reviews with positive feedback and much much less to ones that have issues. Excellent customer service is not optional but a given standard for any top establishment let alone Right Bite.

Fantastic experience: I have been with RightBite for almost 3 months now. I was very apprehensive of the meal plan but my experience has been exceptional, the support team is wonderful, the nutritionists are very helpful, the food tastes great, there is a lot of variety and above all it is helping me reach my goals for a healthier lifestyle. Fantastic experience: In 2008. I started to use the meal plans from Rightbite. I have sinve enjoyed the food a few times per year for a month at a time. It helps me to control my weight and detox whilst exercising or dieting. It has gotten easier over the years to subscribe and I can, of course, recommend without hesitation to try it out.

Fantastic experience: I have tried probably 5-6 meal plans from different companies in dubai, but none of them comes even close to the quality of right bite. The quality of the food, the taste is amazing, the variety is incredible and even after 2 years doing right bite, I don’t get tired of the meals because of the options and taste. Service is always on point and any of my requests are always attended. All the nutritionists are superb and very attentive. I always recommend right bite for anyone that wants to loose weight or only eat excellent food

Negative experience: the worst service ever experienced before. customer care is totally absent, especially when needed. one day I happened to receive food with mold and despite my complaints they totally didn't care. I needed to pause the plan for more than a month due to business trips and they completely canceled my subscription, notifying me with an email that was totally wrong with the dates: the email indicated that I still had 15 days and instead after 3 days they canceled my subscription. I asked to get my subscription back or a refund if the first wasn't possible, but they totally ignored me and made fun of me, creating inconvenience and poor service. The only option they gave me was to renew the subscription and then pay again, and therefore lose half of the previous subscription. I decided not to continue with them, and asked to get the deposit for the cooler bags given back initially. Guess what the answer was: we'll let you know! If you are looking for flexibility, fairness and customer care, this is certainly not the company for you. Their main objective is certainly to make money, certainly not to provide a quality service.
Positive experience: Excellent timing of delivery- quick follow up- flexible meal plans and diverse options compared to other providers. This is my 4th round with them. Please bring your cheescake dessert to the meal plan service.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Tried and tested many meal plans, however, none are as close to Right Bite. Renewed more than 3 times now. Amazing variety of dishes, when speaking about “weight loss” you assume you’ll be restricted and always hungry, but right bite is completely opposite. Delivery is always on time and food packed neatly. Love the app and how easy it is to use. Seeing the menu well in advance and being able to modify is just perfect, you’ll always find something to fulfil your cravings. the weight loss plan for sure helps you to lose few extra kgs and the best thing, that even if you stop the plan you don’t put it on as easily.

Negative experience: I struggled to reach out to customer service when i just wanted to ask about the rates and the discount that they were having, Yet i went ahead and subscribed Food is Tasty and Deliveries are mostly on time, which is perfect and is the most important part But the customer service is horrible, no one gets back to you in a timely manner or ever! I booked an online appoitment with the dietition and waited for 15 mintues without anyone attending it!! texted them on WhatsApp and as usual "No Reply" which is very dissapointing and disrespectful somehow for me at least because I blocked that time out of my Calendar for the appointment! To be honest the people on their social media "instagram" are the only ones i could get promt replies from!! Also, at the begining of my subscribion i recieved something like a welcome call providing some information, twice from two different people which shows the gap within the CS team Get the customer service Right, i would say It really matters!!
Negative experience: It started off well, would admit RightBite has a good selection on the menu. Unfortunately (ofcourse for me) over the last couple of months their food quality got worse. Did raise the same with the team but all they said was sorry as the Chef didn't see the problem anywhere else. This case was of the food which was hard and dry (fish). The last straw with them was a significant size of plastic (attached) which was in my food that I bit into. After raising this issue, all i got was yes we investigated and found nothing. Not the answer I was looking for, they couldn't even tell me where this piece came from. Really sad quality and honestly not a place I would recommend, it take one bad experience to stop. Wish Right Bite would be more transparent with their investigation (which they claim they did) and handle the issue better.

Negative experience: Do not use this company for meal delivery. They are dishonest and terrible customer service. For almost 2 months my friend is still fighting for the cooler bag deposit and after almost 2 months of ending the meal plan they literally just picked up the bag. Every week they said "We'll issue the refund now".... it still hasn't happened.

Fantastic experience: I registered in the regular meal plan with them. The food is really delicious and it makes me full. I thought I was going to starve when I started dieting and I will not eat delicious food, but this meal plan changed my perspective. I'm actually enjoying the healthy food I'm eating now. They also have a wide variety of meals so you don't get bored because you're rarely repeating any meals in a long time. The app is very easy to use and changing the meals and the days is flexible. They have a very good customer service too. One of the most important points for me was my allergies since I have allergy from all types of nuts. I was afraid if I registered, they would not consider this in the meals, but they are actually very careful with this and I didn't have any problems with the meals they sent me so far.

Negative experience: WORST place to order 9 out of 10 times they mess up your order. DONT ORDER from this scam shop. They can’t even follow basic instructions. If I could give negative rating I would have. In the last 4 days they have messed up my order 2 times and even before when I ordered they always mess up. You are better off ordering from Kcal or Krave / they never mess up order and food is always too notch. STAY AWAY from this place.

Positive experience: I’ve only been ordering their lunch/ dinner meal plan so can only rate based on these 2 meals. They are by far one of the better (if not the best) in Dubai. The meal options are excellent and the food has flavour. I tend to order Indian/ Middle Eastern favourites and they never disappoint. I’ve rated 4/5 because there’s always room for improvement and they are on the pricier side.

Negative experience: I have been a regular customer of right bite since 2018 and they had more variety of choices back then than what they have now which is really disappointing. The menu selection I am having for my Lunch monthly package is is very limited and repetitive. Some dishes are repeated for 5 days in a row, and the menu selection is very limited and contain mostly fish and meat. I have raised this issue with one of their customer service agent few days ago, before renewing my package, but it seems that no action has been taken as the menu options are still limited. I was thinking of trying other meal plan companies, but decided to give Right Bite another chance, which I am currently regretting. I contacted the customer service again through email, but it seems that I was ignored yet again which says a lot about there customer service. I’m currently struggling to finish my current monthly plan as I keep skipping days. The menu selection is very limited and contains food that I don’t enjoy eating. This is not the right bite quality service that I was used to, hence I do not think I will be renewing my package for next month as I do not think it’s worth it.

Positive experience: When we think of diet we think of veggies and tasteless food. But right bight offers delicious selections that suits ur taste with wide range of options. Losing weight is becoming easy with their food plans. Consultation with a specialist to see the person preferences and goals. Highly recommend. Negative experience: Right bite is the worst company i ever worked with. I left them last year because i was frustrated & now i tried them again. I really regret that new month with them.The customer service team realy doesnt care about anything. Even if you complain still nothing happens, they take it very lightly. The delivery team also doesn't follow instructions i asked for. I wouldnt recommend right bite to anyone.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed after one week trial of the meal plan. I fell ill from food poisoning half way through and couldn’t continue eating their meals. There are much better options in the market. The food is not great at all and overpriced for what it is. Customer service is not in touch at all, even after reporting the issues. Will definitely not continue after the one week trial. Update: Now after 2 weeks +, I am yet to receive my deposit back. Messages are not responded to.

Negative experience: One star for the service, we’re subscribed for the school lunch and snacks. My girls food wasn’t delivered as they didn’t have her name on the list despite that it was paid and I informed them myself that she’ll be in school and needs her subscription activated. This is not the first time we have issues with them, I twice asked for a call from the manager or owner no one cared to call back. Now I don’t trust the quality of their food as their customer service and follow up is really bad. Not to add the payment strategy is so confusing, you pay for the days off, no follow up with the parents, no coordination between the school and them, and apparently amateur and unorganized work within the company itself.

Negative experience: Don’t like to give negative reviews but their customer service actually forced me to do this. I would say the food is OK. Especially I liked the soup every day on lunch. Unfortunately with the chosen plan (breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks ) the protein level was super low. The portions are quite small too (had a similar plan from a different company even with less cal and bigger portions). Customer service is not giving any advice / recommendation, they are more interested to send you invoice and get money. If you wanna loose weight - follow the calories and macros - Right bite is completely a WRONG CHOICE. Having followed their meal plan strictly I didn’t loose a single KG. This Tuesday I requested an empty bag collection, their customer service representative informed me that bag would be collected on Friday morning and aed 100 deposit will be returned after 14 days (“after 14 days” is a very vague date - it falls into category of “after 3 months/ after 3 years”). Well, it is Friday and yes the bag is still with me. My messages in WhatsApp are being no more even delivered to CSR.
