Fantastic experience: I tried many healthy food restaurants in Dubai, majority of them taste really bad which makes you hate your diet! I was a regular customer at another famous restaurant, which is promoted by many famous body builders, and i was ok with the food until i found this one on Talabat and i thought i would give it a try, and that was it. I am hooked! The food tastes unbelievably amazing! sometimes i wonder if this actually healthy food, cuz its too good to be true (kidding), their shawarma (both chicken and beef) tastes better than any shawarma in Dubai, burgers, hummus, pasta, grilled chicken, caesar salad, caesar wrap, everything on the menu is so delicious! Hands down the best healthy food outlet in Dubai, no need to look further!

They provide easy digital menu display. And even kind enough to grant me discount for my first visit. I will definitely come back to try another delicious and healthy menu choices. Also trying their meal plan. Wow what an options. Pleasantly surprised. Thank you for offering healthy organic options. Only advise with parking; park few 100s metres before you reach restaurant as right in front of the entrance there is exit of service road, not sure about valet parking. Overall 100% recommended

Positive experience: I've been struggling to find a place where i can keep my calories in track, then i found lifter life, i usually order from talabat, they have the best pasta with really low calorie ( hopefully it's true) the Filipino waiter was so nice, helpful and he knew the menu well, i really liked his energy thank you, but what i didn't like that probably they're focusing so much on delivery when i went there the place was hot and i i wish they had gluten free pasta but overall it's nice

Fantastic experience: Intially we picked this place because of high rating, as we walked in we were not certain as it was empty but giving it a try was the best decision. First the food was delicious and didn’t take forever, the service was fantastic. Mary she was hosting us, and she was so sweet, very passionate about the menu and took great care of us from the beginning to the end. As we ate, we realized they are so popular on delivery. Non stop they were passing the order to the drivers. You must try and you will love it too! We had arugula salad, sea bass, chicken Asian bowl, and chicken shawarma. If you want to go healthy, have delicious food and fantastic service this is the place to be. Besides Mary the rest of the team was so positive and sharing their happy energy with us. Enjoy! Negative experience: I ordered the breaded fish and homemade chips and the fish tasted horrible and the bread crumbs were like saw dust! I would not recommend this meal. I ate about 1/4 of the dish and left the rest I wasn’t asked once was the meal okay! Would not recommend and will not be going back. My girlfriend ordered the bbq chicken and rice and ate most of it although felt the chicken was like rubber and the bbq sauce was literally plastered all over it. Overall poor experience after having high expectations

Fantastic experience: Have been on the meal for about 3 months and i can confidently say that is is great. There plenty variety, and the meals taste delicious. Most importantly, the service provided by lifter life is top notch, for the whole 3 months so far, their rep. (Dalia) follows up everyday to make sure that the meals of the following day are to my likeness, and if i would have any comments about the meals, Dalia deals with those comments immediately! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the outstanding customer service provided to me by Sunil, the restaurant supervisor, apart from the tasty yet healthy food selection. Sunil had helped me a lot to make this first healthy brunch initiative of our company, a success, given a short period of time (LESS THAN 24HRS). Although they don't do corporate catering such as this, Sunil went above and beyond his job, worked till late discussing suggestions to satisfy what I want to happen for this program. Hence the turnout was clearly impressive - how much more if the job was given to them in a standard period of time. I haven't heard of this restaurant before, but thanks to Google and the good reviews, I got to know them. Definitely worth recommending to my family and friends, and I would certainly love to visit one of their restaurants one day.

Fantastic experience: Been getting meals from Lifter for 2 weeks now, good us great but the main reason for the 5 stars is Sunil the manager. He is so good at customer service, I faced issues and he made sure to get them sorted. Can't rate him enough and one of the best I've met in 9 years in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: My son (16 years old) has just finished is 8 weeks plan and combined with workout he lost 7kg. He has also learnt to eat better, in a healthier way. The meals are delivered every day fresh and very good, a lot of variety. He was also followed by their nutritionist Dalia, who was doing a follow up weekly on the meals and delivery.

Tried their avocado salad, steak with side of asparagus, and protein chocolate mouse and all tasted very fresh and tasty unlike most healthy chains across Dubai that lack quality and taste so bland. Their chocolate mousse is one of the best guilt-free desserts I ever had and their food portions are enough as well. Highly recommend this place and will definitely go back…

The food quality and variety is something I never experienced in any other diet food services in Dubai, at first I was hesitant as most of the diet Resturant and meal plans services are only good for the first week, until you sign a contract and you will be shocked of the amount of oil/ dryness of chicken they served, unlike lifter life you never get to be bored of the food as it’s always fresh and the taste makes u want to continue with them. I highly recommend lifter life and definitely worth every Money spent with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to go on a calorie deficit for quite sometime. But every time i start i end up breaking my diet within a week or two, because i dont have the time to weigh every single thing i consume. After doing alot of research, i found lifter life to be the most convenient and most affordable. The website has a link that directed me to Dalia the nutritionist, who has been incredible. She guided me into what i need to do, to reach my goal. Her care and constant checkup throughout the first month was very helpful. Doing a subscription with them helped me stay consistent and increased my persistence to reach my goal. The second month came, and i was thinking of not continuing, so i spoke to dalia, and she motivated me to continue till i had reached my goal, and gave me some tips to stay focused. In my 5th week of my diet, I REACHED MY GOAL. Honestly, i wouldnt have done it in such a short timeframe. I lost more weight in the last 4 weeks than i have in the past year of me starting my journey. Thank you Dalia, and the lifter life team

Negative experience: So I went there after a friend recommendation for Gluten-free meals and I was extremely disappointed! I called before I go to make sure they offer Gluten-free dishes and the one who answered said they have GF pasta and other suitable dishes. First, the waitress didn't have a clue about what Gluten is, she even suggested having shawarma wraps. I asked for someone who has more knowledge so she called an Arabic speaking guy. Guess what? He was even worse! He also didn't have a clue about Gluten allergy, moreover, he kept saying false information. Like insisting that some salad (that has toast on it) is suitable and gluten-free, and that the steak dish they offer is not! When we just asked for the GF pasta, he denied that they even have it (although being on the menu). Then he clearly stated that they can't guarantee our safety if we order any dish (even if it's theoretically gluten-free).

Fantastic experience: I brought my husband here as he as he’s recently into healthy food and he loved the place and the beautiful set of dishes, since I am vegan I was very happy with the grilled falafel and they were nice enough to let me have a side of vegan freekeh free of charge . Love it !
