I never feel hungry, I was full energy and happy also I use Ideal fit snakes , all was so delicious and keep me full. Fantastic experience: I joined the IPD weight control program with IdealFit for four months, and it was honestly a great experience. Not only did I reach the weight I was aiming for, but I also managed to change my body composition—something I thought would be really hard at my age (over 40). I am super pleased after 3 months to share my experience: I managed to shed 19kg within exactly 90 days out of which 16kg was pure fat!!!!!! I dropped from XL size to M size on all my clothes. Helped me to reach a waistline of 38” from 44” or 95 from a weight of 124. After 2nd phase of the program, I had to change majority of my wardrobe as they have become too lose.
