Fantastic experience: Did my ultrasound today before closing Dr.Sawsan Merhej was very accomodating and very kind even im very late need to close the clinic still she wait for me..Kabayan assistant also is very well manner and very kind very approachable valet man also was very handly and kind same as the Dr...i can recommend them for everyone...

Fantastic experience: Got my 4d ultrasound last Sept. 24,2024 here .I didn't expect that coming here would answer all my worries regarding my pregnancy (27weeks) with Dr. Sawsan. Dr. Sawsan she is a doctor with a heart ♥, she will treat you like she knows you already before u meet! My big kudos to this doctor and am so much grateful for having you guys with my journey. Every penny you've spent is worth to be here and highly recommended clinic to every pregnant woman out there ❤️

We also received a video of our session and digital photos of our gorgeous bear! And an EID discount too! Thanks to Dra.Sawsan and the staff for being so nice and accomodating. Well recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had the loveliest experience for my 4D scan! Valet service was so handy. The receptionists/nurse were so lovely and addressed me by name as soon as I entered. Dr Sawsan is absolutely fabulous! My baby was being cheeky and hiding so she let me go and have a sugary drink and walk around but baby was the same! So they’ve rebooked me for a free follow up to try and see baby’s face. Whole experience was lovely and I’ve already recommended to friends. One already booked in and another also booking for this week!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful 4D scan experience with Dr Sawsan Merhej yesterday. It was lovely from the moment we pulled up outside the clinic and someone was there to valet my car. Reception staff was warm, welcoming and polite. Nurse Sonja was very caring and kind and even entertained my toddler throughout the scan so I could enjoy the experience. Dr Sawsan Merhej was calming and warm with a lovely bedside manner. She didn’t rush and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we were seeing on the scan. The facilities were modern and clean. I would 100% recommend this clinic to friends and go again myself in the future.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed while I write this. On Tuesday (16/04/24) while it was raining so heavily, all I asked was if I could leave my car on the pavement just outside the clinic till the tow truck comes. My car got stuck, and with the help of people so as to not block the road I pushed it towards the pavement, I requested if the car could be outside the clinic on the pavement for just 30 mins. I was very rudely told to immediately move away my car. In view of consideration and how much everyone was helping each other out, for the staff to treat me like this felt very bad. I live in the same neighborhood and I will not, and tell my friends as well to never visit a clinic which showed no kindness in time of need.

Negative experience: On 16/4/24 (Tuesday) it was raining heavily. I live in the neighborhood and only requested if I could park my car outside their clinic for 30 mins till the tow truck comes. They spoke to me really rude, arrogant and with a lot of inconsideration. They told me to move my car away immediately. In a time where everyone was helping each other, they were nothing but absolutely inconsiderate. If I need to go to a clinic, I will go to any other one on the same street, and I reccomend same is done by everyone, at least that’s what I will tell my dear ones. If the team in this clinic can’t be kind in time of need, and be nothing but arrogant and selfish, they don’t deserve to be part of a community Dubai strives to have! The anger is coming from how rude everyone was ina. Genuine time of need. The comment below by the owner says they weren’t open, but it was 10 am on that day and we spoke to their staff, they went inside to ask the management too if we can park, and they came back rudely telling us to move. We rather a proper investigation is done. We aren’t lying here. Neither would accuse if weren’t sure. Please ask your security and in charge. Added a picture, with your shutter open for reference.

Negative experience: It seems like a spam clinic, they called me for free consultation and gave me price for what I asked for after I conducted the consultation which it was only advice and they gave literally different prices like double or more I said that I'm not interested they asked me to pay for the consultation which I really didn't get any thing ! this clinic cares only of collecting money

Fantastic experience: Was an amazing experience at Dona Medical Clinic, their receptionist Hadeel is very professional and friendly and their gynecologist Dr. Sawsan was experienced and professional she made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I tried their Hydrafacial with Thimar she was amazing I felt my skin breathe for the first time in ages. They also have a free vitamin test where they check all your vitamins and mineral and even the collagen levels and it's for free!! I will recommend this clinic to everyone I know♥️♥️♥️

Negative experience: I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, they distributed vouchers and I called them to take appointment, after I reach they told me you already used one voucher before , (but I had two), I came from Abu Dhabi and they returned me back. It's awful experience. They need to mention in their vouchers that each person is eligible for one time use only. They care only about money they don't care about their customers and reputation.

She is also available on WhatsApp in case any questions arise. Not a single doctor here in Dubai does that. And I really liked the clinic with its quality equipment. Negative experience: Tried fixing appointment with clinic for 3 days at the end agreed that doctor will wait till we will arrive however once we reach halfway clinic called canceling the appointment because apparently doctor had to leave however working hours of the clinic is till 8 pm and we was 30 min away from the clinic at 6:30 pm. Very unethical to keep changing timings agreed to wait and then cxl last minute while we are on the way. From the receptionist you will never understand till when doctors are working it’s either 3 or 4 basically it seems doctors wanted to go home early so pushing patients out is standard practice. Very disappointing.

She is one of the best Gynaecologist I met and well experienced. She is calm and approachable. Since we couldn't see our baby' s face during 1st visit, she gave another appointment free of charge to do the scan again. Medical facility is very clean and it has professional staff. Easy to book an appointment.

I appreciate Dr. Sawsan's patience since our baby gave her a hard time but Alhamdulillah she's able to capture a great shot. The clinic is so elegant almost like a hotel feels. Negative experience: You are told that the analysis and imaging are done by a radiologist, and when you finish and pay, the report is different from what was agreed. When you contact them, they don't find a solution and they don't respect their customer by calling them back.
