Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Was given an in depth and informative consultation session. Staff are very professional and give great tips and guidance on weight loss especially Ms.Manpreet. The centre has state of the art modern equipment. Very quick to attend to clients,you hardly have to wait as they have many doctors and therapists as well as machines. I would definitely recommend this centre for anyone looking to shape up or do beauty treatments.

Negative experience: Helly everyone my self imran If I could, I would have left a negative review for this clinic. It is completely bogus and the advertisements they use are not reflective of their actual services. I believe I wasted a significant amount of money here. The doctor was pleasant and accommodating at first, but became rude after I paid. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate that the treatment was ineffective and more measures were necessary, the doctor was unyielding and unwilling to listen. The clinic staff only seem interested in your money and provided me with an awful experience. Their customer service is terrible as well. It's too easy for them to take my hard-earned money without delivering any results. I sent numerous personal messages asking for action to be taken since they took my hard-earned money, without provide results. Totally money wasted

Within six months, I lost stubborn fat which wasn’t reducing with gym and diet alone….I could see visible difference and so did others who were complimenting me. Negative experience: My wife took mounjaro injection and they promised to reduse 5kg -7 kg minimum but didn't get any result. I visited their clinic but they are not ready to take any responsibility. Ms. Sulekha and the management cheated us.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment and Your receptionist sent me a wrong location that toke me to a random place near jabal ali free zone the location was clearly shared from another conversation, i call her to explain what happened she laughed at the situation like if it’s funny to make me drive almost an hour to come back i was super mad at the situation, anyways there’s a feature on whatsapp called share current location use it instead of forwarding random locations, Im not coming back to this centre again.

Negative experience: It was a terrible experience. Don't mislead people with marketing. When I reached out, the price was different, and they said I needed to take additional sessions to see results. They gave me a diet plan without knowing anything about me and even gave me a non-vegetarian diet plan, despite the fact that I'm a vegetarian.

Fantastic experience: I am the client of HMS fat freezing for the last one year for the fat freezing, RF cavitation, hydra facial and other slimming sessions. Seriously , i got the excellent result from their side. I reduced 14 kg from 78 to 64kg very nicely without any side effects. They gave better customer care service and very flexible to schedule my time for sessions. After getting results , i introduced my mom to them for her skin treatment due to age..that also worked for her. Also her fat freezing and mounjaro was effective in her age. Thank you HMS for the better , friendly customer service and for giving better offers for us. Especially , Ms. Manpreet, Ms Zhea , Ms, Afshan, Ms, Richa and my first consultant Ms Arschiya for introducing and instructed me the suitable treatment for us.

Fantastic experience: I had taken fat reduction session from HMS as well as deep cavitation too. The journey of 6 weeks was very good as I lost almost 5 Kgs of weight and feels good.
