Negative experience: I ordered from Prep-meal through Careem application. My order was fish and a smoothie, smoothie came with no ice and the milk was rotten- threw it away… The Fish at first seemed fine, while eating I noticed it’s under cooked and not a normal taste. I stopped and also threw it away. Now I’m vomiting for the second time after the meal and having food poisoning because of it. This is poison.

Negative experience: Do not invest anything with this company. The founder Sadhad Hassan has been taking a lot of crowd investments with classifieds on Dubizzle and not paying back neither profit nor the investment. He doesn’t respect any of the clauses in the contract, he try to threaten the investors by quoting lawyer or law firm names and openly says that go to the court if you want to. Sadhad appears to be very pleasant while taking the investments and extremely arrogant when it comes to payments, answering phone calls or responding to the investors. Cases are already registered at police stations and Dubai courts by some investors. He started adds on Dubizzle again, this time with less ROI rate and few screenshots of reports, please do not fall for any of these. When cases are registered in courts, Sadhad is using a law firm to make lawful agreements to pay back the principle as monthly installments over couple of years with zero return. Zero value given for all the stress and frustrations the investors went through. The entire game is very clear now: 1. Take 100’s of thousands of money in one shot from the investors 2. Default their monthly payments 3. Offer them settlements of 4,5 years 4. Force them to go to the court 5. Once case registered, offer settlements within one year as monthly installments with zero return 6. So, investors enjoy stress, frustration, health issues, sleepless nights and Sadhad enjoys millions without any bank rate or guarantee. 7. He is getting away without even paying all such settlements done through lawyers & courts. 8. Mastered the art of escaping from arrest warrants by paying small amounts to the court 9. Mastered the art of being under travel ban for a long time, multiple investors have imposed travel ban on him.

Positive experience: Satisfying healthy prep meals, they have great healthy menu options, and I like the fact that the calories are mentioned into each meals to get a consumption idea. Service delivery on Careem was efficient, on time despite ordering during the busy times. The meals were nicely packed and overall delicious

Negative experience: The worst meal plan in Dubai! They sent my first two deliveries 2 hours later than agreed. The third day they just forgot to send it so it ruined my diet as I already went to work. The quality of food btw is just horrible and I could not finish any of the meals in the first two days. The manager said they will refund me for 3 days and disappeared for 2 months. After 2 months I finally reached another manager who is referring to the refund policy and refunding me for 1,5 days. Never use this plan if you want to save tour time and money.

Negative experience: Update: The calorie count is misleading. Pls see images. Apprx 270gm of hummus and sweet potato dish for 75Kcal. Approx 470gm of eggplant with cheese dish for 268kcal. This is impossible as the basic kcal of 100gm of each is way more than what is published. It's misleading data, please double check your intake before believing what's on the label. Overall food and service is not recommended. 3 times cooler bag was not sent and food was delivered at 5.30am lying outside for 3 hours as morning. After complaining they have still not refunded the bag money since 1 week after 3 followups. As per today's call I am told it will be refunded at end of the subscription. This could have been informed in the initial commitment itself. Now we come to nutritional macro info discripency. Last 2 or 3 times... Wrong macro info has been entered with the correct dish name. Here is an example... A bean burger sent today says 0 fat or chia pudding which has a crazy 600+ calories in one meal for weight loss. Based on my call with Jithin at Prepmeal they are trying to fix these issues. I won't be continuing with them but however I do hope they take this as positive feedback and sincerely act on it to change the right way rather than shifting blames within their organisation and operations teams. Take responsibility, fix it and customers will love to stick with you.

You're supposed to be a healthy restaurant, I would not serve this to my dog!!!!!! Look at the noodles all stuck together like that THIS IS NOT HEALTHY!!!!!!!! Look at how dry they are as well, the chicken was dry as well and had no flavor at all. This is totally unacceptable, and I want a solution ASAP!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have tried prepmeal when i was at work and ever since i started ordering from them, they really have a variety when it comes to meals and all meals are delicious and portions also are good. I decided to subscribe to their meals plan since i really like the food, it was one of the beat decision i made. I have been in contact with Arjun during the whole process, he was very supportive in changing some of the meals from my schedule and made it fit my needs, as well as changing the location of delivery it was not complicated at all, i was shocked that the process is so easy and i love that they respond to you on time. Really like contacting Arjun for any support needed for anything related to the meals. I really recommend trying prepmeal if you want to be healthy and have small portions they are really the best.

Negative experience: I was on a meal plan and I informed the customer care about my macros requirent and that my objective was weight loss which was never respected On top of that the food was delivered to my house in a paper bag without chilling twice even after complaining Customer service did not acknowledge my concern even when I was escalated it I trusted them with my health and I expected more attention especially in the food industry

Negative experience: If I could give -100000 stars, I would. The customer service is very poor, and the communication is horrible. You ask for one thing, and they deliver something else. One day, I found a piece of rubber in my smoothie; I have pictures and videos as proof. They are very sweet in the beginning until you pay, and then you have to suffer for a month. My subscription ended two weeks ago, and I'm still begging them to come pick up their bag and give me back my money. Really disappointing experience, never again, and I don't recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had ordered from Prepmeal, after Seeing some of my office colleagues ordering. Wanted to give it a go, not a huge fan of healthy meal, but after trying here, I am now a regular. I ordered the baked crunchy spicy strips and butter chicken. Ordered the peanut butter smoothie as well. The baked chicken is as excellent, decent sized pieces and filling. The butter chicken so delicious, they have not comprised on the quality and this is healthy. Smoothie was delicious and filling. Overall it was a meal that altered my perception of healthy meals that cannot be delicious. Prepmeal, well you gotta try.

Negative experience: Me and my fiancé had taken a meal plan from them back in October 2023 and our experience wasn’t that great at all. A lot of late deliveries and when asked to deliver at another location at first the person I was in contact with via WhatsApp would agree to deliver at another location but few hours before the delivery they would cancel and blame it on the third party delivery company that they are linked with. After a lot of disappointments I had asked her to give their managers contact number and name and she gave me her colleagues number and a wrong name which is “shafeeka” when their actual manager is Junaid. Upon contacting Junaid he said that he would sort this out and give a call but till now they have been ignoring my messages since I’ve asked for a partial refund and a refund for the cooler bag. We have been very patient and haven’t taken any legal action till now. We are still hoping for them to contact us otherwise we would be forced to file an official complaint for wasting our money.

Negative experience: Terrible quality of food, products and cooking. One week plan and 80 percent thrown into the garbage because of bad smell and taste. Cheap cafeteria level !!! Plus problems with delivery services and refund policies. Not worse even that lower market they are offering.Not recommend even to try!

Negative experience: Food is ok. But delivery sucks big time! The delivery company just leaves them at the doorwithout even ringing the doorbel which doesnt alerts me the food is there so i can place it in the ref. i informed them 4x already but still no avail. And i asked them to change the delivery address, but they still delivered to the same address even though they made it sure it will delivered properly. Prep meal, do proper communication lines with your delivery team or change them. This affects you as a company as a brand, not your delivery team.
