Slim n Lite has their own dietician which is wonderful as you can always discuss your meal preferences and diet plan. Will definitely repeat my meal plan with them in the future!

Team is always available and my nutritionist Nermin is always on call given that iam pregnant and always have questions to ask. Been subscribing with slim and light on and off for more than 5 years and I don't think I'll ever change that. ♥️

Kiram ElTbayli is the best, she is very attentive to detail, explaining every step and celebrating every progress. Even during weekends and vacations, she guides you what to eat and when to eat and how to manage cheat meals and cravings. About the food, amazing variety with lots of options and substitutes. Negative experience: Let me preface my review by stating that I liked the staff at Slim & Light. My 2 star review has nothing to do with the service nor the quality; it’s about the result. It’s been almost two months. I joined the program early June, and we’re now close to the end of July. I’m on a huge calorie deficit plan, 1,200 cal to be exact. I started working out 4-5 days a week along with the beginning of the meal plan. I’m strict with the diet. NOT A SINGLE CHEAT. I’ve never been on a plan before, so I expected results by the end of the second month. Even during my off days, I stuck with the diet and exercised. But to my shock and frustration, I DIDN’T lose a single kilo. Nothing! Zero! Nada! Not a single gram. Actually by the end of the first month, I had gained a kilo. Now for me to be fair, I have to state some facts. I gave birth in mid-April of this year. It’s my third child. I just turned 40. And I have 10 kilos to lose. Considering all the above facts, with the previously mentioned details; I at least expected 3-4 kilo of loss. Not a major expectation I believe, right? Well, turns out I’m wrong. That said, I had thought that my experience was unique considering my age and recent pregnancy. However, recently I learnt from other people (non were pregnant nor had a lot of weight to lose) that they had a similar experience with Slim & light. Instead of losing weight, they actually gained that 1 kilo by the end of the first month. Their explanation, which now makes sense to me too, is that the calorie count for the meals is off. What the dietitians intend for the meal to sum up to is not translated through to the kitchen. As such, I decided not to renew the subscription and look for an alternative provider. With that, I would like to end my review on a positive note. I would like to give high praise to the dietitians, they’re very attentive and nice. The chef is excellent; the food is tasty and of good quality. The variety offered is great. I hope my review is helpful to others wanting to join Slim & Light. I reckon l, based on my experience, it would be a great solution for people wanting to maintain their weights and eat good quality healthy food.

Fantastic experience: If you think dieting is hard and boring, trust me please read to the end as i have had my share of diets in my life. I've been dealing with Slim'n Lite for two months now. I have tried another meal plan before, instead of losing weight i gained weight, which was not the goal. Since the day that i started, Kiram and the team were super supportive from all perspectives, be it mentally to keep it up, or from the meal plan that is fully customized to both my taste and my body needs. Follow ups are literally happening on a daily basis, professionalism is not to be questioned at any stage and level. I am a chef myself, and i can easily say "the food that i am receiving is mind blowing" you can't find that quality or that taste while keeping it healthy. You would wait like a kid for your bags to be delivered (if you love food as much as i do). Results started to show from literally the first week. I can assure anyone reading this that they will not regret visiting at least and checking for themselves, the welcoming atmosphere will make you feel that you're home getting home cooked meals. Fantastic experience: I tried most of the dieting companies around and by far Slim & Lite are THE BEST among all in many ways, the food taste, the varieties (noting that I’m so picky with what I eat) along with the amazing service they provide and their staff are well customer service oriented. My dietitian is Mrs. Kiram and she is amazingly helpful, target oriented and very knowledgeable with your nutrition needs. It’s the only company that I really lost weight with and was able to feel it and see the transition of my body.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 2 weeks that I started my meal plan with Slim n lite, and it was a meal plan to be eating healthy and loosing weight. I have been eating 3 meals and 2 snacks(which included desserts) and eating at each meal carbohydrates even at dinner! And I lost already 3kgs. Looking forward to more delicious and healthy meals helping in reaching my goal!!

Negative experience: I have been their client for 3 months and once I decided not to continue and asked for the deposit, they have told me that I need to deliver the bag to their office which will never happen because that's not what was agreed once I started with them, in addition to that their customer service employees need to really learn how the customer service should be which was the reason that I just discontinued. Dietitian Mireill Ahmad is great though.

Fantastic experience: A month back I discovered Slim'n Lite and I have to this is the best diet food company that I have tried so far. The food I would say tastes almost as good as home food and it is definitely worth the money. I have lost 4 kg since I have started with them. They have a variety of food selection and every week their is a completely new menu for the entire week. Prior to Slim'n Lite, I tried two different diet food companies for 1 month each and the food was not worth the price.

Fantastic experience: Slim’ n lite has changed my life, my eating habits have changed and the results were amazing. I lost 6kg and that without me having the capability to do any exercise due to my knee injury. I have reached 68kg a weight that I wasn’t able to reach for more then 15 years ago. Negative experience: It has been over a month and I am still chasing them to get the deposit back - their 1st excuse is that the cash is not available and the 2nd excuse is that they don't have a driver to cover Dubai area. When it comes to money collection, they have all the solutions, but when it comes to paying, they run out of solutions !! Update: i received the money after two months, the nutritionist there had to personally drive and hand me the deposit. That was nice of her but that is not her responsibility, management should look into that.
