Fantastic experience: Did a cool sculpting treatment at DNA Health & wellness. Service and facility are great, follow up as well. Would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of treatment and I am sure other treatments are top with them as well.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my third visit to DNA Al Wasl. After trying multiple clinics in Dubai I am so happy I have found DNA! The clinic itself is not just aesthetically pleasing but very clean and comfortable, on entering I was very impressed with the coffee bar and barista, they make coffee just as good as an actual coffee shop but complimentary! The reception staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, greeting me by my name and registering my arrival efficiently. My absolute highlight of my visit was Harriet, she is a professional in her field of skincare, very knowledgeable, transparent with information and an outstanding bedside manner, that made my visit feel very organic and comfortable. I really believe it’s rare to find a clinic that ticks all the boxes but DNA did so today and I highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience: I spent 2 hours there to get the perfect treatment for my skin! After a consultation we decided to get a combination of hydra & carbon facial, followed by microdermabrasion, extraction, mask and another laser treatment. They really took the time to give me the best result possible and am more than happy with my experience!

Fantastic experience: Impecable service from the staff from moment you walk in, you will receive a warm welcome and variety of refreshments. The clinic is exceptionally clean, I regularly do the fitness energy IV, the treatment last about 35 min, and you can read or watch Netflix, they even provide popcorn , the nurses are super sweet, and what I like most is that they mix the vial in the IV in front of me. Was happily surprised to get a complimentary foot massage. They also have a wide range of beauty services, I did Botox for my eyes and neck with Dr Leandro Junqueira and I am very happy with the results. Place is amazing, highly recommend.

While my drip was being prepared, the staff took the time to explain exactly what it contains and how it would benefit me, which I really appreciated. The attention to detail was amazing! Negative experience: I recently visited DNA Health & Wellness in Jumeirah for a blood test that cost over 800 AED. Given the premium pricing, I anticipated a high standard of service and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. Upon receiving my results, I was informed that an additional 400 AED would be required for a consultation to explain them, with the initial 800 AED covering only the test itself. This lack of upfront clarity is concerning, particularly since other clinics I have used previously include result explanations as part of their standard service. The additional charge seemed to prioritise financial gain over the quality of patient care. Additionally, despite assurances that results would be available the same or following day, I experienced a three-day delay and had to reach out to the clinic myself to obtain an update. While the clinic’s facilities are aesthetically impressive, the overall quality of service did not justify the premium cost. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DNA Health & Wellness.

Fantastic experience: To begin with, the service at DNA is amazing, everyone is very kind and very professional, the facilities are beautiful and very instagrammable, but more importantly, the treatments have been very helpful, I had an IV for the skin glow and It felt incredible, they are always attentive to your well-being and the comfort is exceptional.

My 1st interaction with it was 2020 for a facial combo (hydration - RF) and from all the other places I went around the world I felt my skin embrace the techniques , the technology and the product DNA HEALTH CENTER USE. The positive vibe creates a good energy and is an addictive experience. I go very often for facial treatments - laser, Hydration, oxygen, RF and is because Michelle. She is very helpful, taking time to analyze me and recommend suitable procedures as I spend a lot of time on the beach. She is considerate by recommending and adjusting my facial treatment in such way that it is helping maintaining my skin glowing and heathy and not completely limiting my passion for WATERSPORTS. She follows up with me, informing me of promotion or recommending me other services in the clinic. RECENTLY I decided to try the functional medicine approach with Dr. NASR & I was amazed of his patience to actually listen to me. I did a full blood check up and as I had some minerals and vitamins deficiency, I got a personalized program for IV - I STARTED WITH LIVER DETOX + Iron + Vitamin D. Incredible but after 2 IV , my body inflammation reduces, my period was almost 100% painless, stressed reduced, my muscles started to show and much more. I have to mention that the IV EXPERIENCE IS UNIQUE. The nurse is very gentle and very attentive and knowledgeable. As well you can watch Netflix, have popcorn, snacks, coffee, infused water . I can’t stand needles but this IV TIME , it passes in a moment due to such amazing treatment I strongly recommend this place for the quality of services , products , staff training and the advance technology they use, but most of all for efforts to anticipate customer’s needs. Negative experience: Good Evening Dr. NASR I am very disappointed with DNA Clinic in handling my issues, I have lot of problems with the Nurse & Reception staff, there are many delays in providing information, the doctors report is still pending, all my health issues are not addressed properly, I have to constant keep following up for further steps, there are lot of delays I am facing. My husband & I wanted to DNA to be our main clinic for all our health related issues, but after several months of follow up on various matters we are not very happy with the overall service that we received. Every time we visit your clinic we need to pay upfront & then claim for our Insurance, whereas on other clinic its direct billing, we are ok with that but the hassle we need to go through to get the reports etc etc it’s not worth it. We thought visiting a private Clinic like yours we will get Personalised Service, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Negative experience: I am totally disappointed about the treatment results : did 3 full laser hair removal as touch-up after my previous hair removal treatment. The existing hair seem to fade after the sessions, but 1 month after my last session, most of the hair is back. Either the device is old and out of power or the setting used was wrong. I never had this issue with the previous hair removal treatment in different clinic and with different devices .

Negative experience: The nurse didn’t know how to put the IV she was not confident. Suddenly I felt an electric shock down my fingers. I asked to remove. She didn’t know what was she doing. I left clinic angry no one bothered to call back to check. I thought this electric shock was only temporary but it continued till next day everything I hold I have electric shock in my hands even when I don’t move it’s there. Be careful not to give yourself to such places. If this doesn’t get fixed immediately and back to normal I will sue them !

Negative experience: Totally overpriced. I payed 5k aed thinking I would deal with the gut problem I had. The treatment I had with them basically didn’t do anything. All the problems are still there

Fantastic experience: I have had 5 laser hair removal with the therapist called Valeria and let me tell you she is fantastic! I had zero pain every single time. She is just magic! I was always scared and wouldn’t trust anyone with delicate areas and obviously I heard a lot of horror stories which made me procrastinate laser hair removal. Now that I found Valeria it’s like my life changed, I forgot that I ever had hair in those areas I had laser done. Negative experience: Very disappointed with their service & abt correctness of their reports. They assured me that doctor will call & they will try to fix the issue. But we didn't received any call bcoz they r not valuing the customers , but only cares abt money which paid by these customers. Nether myself or my husband recommend this place to anyone. And surely I will not leave this matter without involving MOH.

I like that I can add on the IV drips at the same time, it saves a lot of time. Complimentary foot massage was just another lovely touch to make for truly pampering experience.
