Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the customer care center. The representative spoke to me in a rude manner, as if he were a frustrated customer himself. Instead of understanding my issue, he bluntly suggested that I could return my order if I was unsatisfied. Additionally, the agent's explanation was poor and unhelpful. They claimed to offer competitive prices for their supplements, yet I found that local pharmacies had prices that were 20-40% lower. In conclusion, I do not recommend ordering anything from them.

Fantastic experience: They are also polite, patient, and friendly. That is my overall observation when buying there; it is truly a customer service.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with their delivery service why did you partnered up with NAQEL express one of THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANIES EVER DONT EVER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY they will never deliver your package the drivers are very rude and even if you complain they won’t do anything and they lie to you by saying the same excuse that they always do I Waited more then 10 days and they still didn’t deliver my package and they told me to wait still now I canceled my order and waiting for my refund

Negative experience: This is the second time I am facing issue with the same person over there. Mr. Ahmad has some problems with the customers I feel. Don’t know he behave same with others. First time (October 2024) when I went to check the body analysis he pretended he didn’t see me. He was just standing at his counter and other guy was dealing with another customer came for help after he finished with his customer. Second time (yesterday 5/12/24) when I visited he was rude and was saying first give review and then can do body analysis. . Logic?? First review and then service … And when I was trying to do review it was in Arabic and he himself put 5 star even though I said I can’t understand Arabic. He wasn’t even bothered to change the language and didn’t let me give my review. Even at the machine he wasn’t friendly. Luckily another guy who was very friendly came to help. Very disappointing customer service from him.

Negative experience: This is the worse experience i have ever come across. i ordered on Thursday & select the payment mode "Payment via Link" i suppose to pay via link upon delivery. i reach out to them asking about my order. one the agent reverted that my order is cancelled due to payment was not made? it's been 4 days now. nothing received about the cancelation or payment issues. why you keep options for online payment if this options is not valid or acceptable. i will not recommend at all..

Fantastic experience: I have started my diet last week and I have lost 5 KG in just a week. The food they gave me was amazing diet plan which I was looking for. I ate perfectly better than last time. The snacks they give you it combines with the food plan they give you it’s great. That’s how I am losing weight while going to the gym. Ahmed was helping for my diet and whenever I ask him question he answers my questions very well. I am so happy to have him here and helping in my diet the price is great and they are flexible. They are perfect for losing weight.

Negative experience: I ordered a product online, and I received a confirmation by mail, WhatsApp and SMS that it will be delivered within 3 working days. After 4 days of them receiving my money I get a message saying that my order is cancelled and I still didn’t get a refund back. Customer service is very poor , honestly worst experience.

Negative experience: "I had a bad experience with the customer service. I had placed an order, but later I wanted to replace one of the supplements with another one, but unfortunately, I couldn't do it. I contacted their call center, and the agent told me that it was not possible to replace the supplement. Then, I tried to reach out to them through their chat board, and they promised that someone would call me back, but no one did. In order to replace a single product, I had to keep chasing them."

Negative experience: They have a big problem in customer service. The diet is not authentic, you can find it online, they gave me keto diet and i found it taken copy paste from google. All the specialists (they are not doctors) are males, no females specialists work there, as it is better for many female customers.
