Negative experience: This place is bad and will remain bad because of the people who work here, and this person in the picture is uncivilized and should not work in the gym or anywhere in the UAE.

Fantastic experience: Honestly by the far the cleanest and most accommodating gym I have ever been too. I have been treated with the best kind of client service and had all my concerns and questions answered. Also I was very educated on what is my training plan going to be like and I was so excited to get started. So far it’s been going absolutely fantastic and I have a great coach. Looking forward to this journey

Negative experience: We received ill-treatment from a fitness trainer. Moral fitness is more important than physical fitness

Negative experience: Extremely rude attitude from the moment we entered the gym. I work next door and wanted to check conditions and gym itself so it would be convenient for me to join. The man was arrogant like it was his first experience of communication with people. He made sure we won’t go further than reception even. With those attitude he literally arranged ruined mood for potential clients. Good luck to you in your cave. Try to get out sometime to learn how people in real life talk to each other

Negative experience: Ladies and gents, This place (Symmetry Gym) is a big NO NO!!. They have no concept of customer service (very shameful) and treat you like you are doing them a favor by enrolling into their program that is actually a scam to fleece you of an "X" amount but are way too ambitious and cunning to quote you "2X" as the fee. Beware of this fraudulent organization! I wish google reviews allowed people to give "ZERO STARS" as this one star is also undeserving. I shouted at their owner who had the audacity to call me with no knowledge of financial numbers, no explanation on why quoting this "2X" amount which held no justification and on further inquiry in the matter, he tells me as "wasting his time". It sounded like I was talking to a fake accent man with no brains and probably has only muscles. Regards, Hamzah

Negative experience: They advertised 1 week free trial on social media and when I called them up for it, they came up with illogical excuses and declined to provide free trial. Such an unprofessional gym. I really won't recommend this to anyone. You can find out how unprofessional they are by reading the replies they write for negative feedback.

Negative experience: Owner is 100% pakistani, trying to make a living by looting others :) , i know truth pls dont bark too much or you might needed to get another trade license.

The coaches know exactly how to challenge you in an effective and sustainable way. No ridiculous fad-based workouts or bro-science here. Fantastic experience: In short , its a world class service. I was recommended this gym shortly after moving to Dubai from London by a friend and I am grateful. It's a small community of people reaching their fitness goals in a super welcoming space. I have been training with them for four months now and I am genuinely excited by the change I can see in my fitness.

However, after seeing how rude the owner is to negative reviews so I will no longer even consider this gym. Dude chill down !! There are more respectful ways to respond than this...

Fantastic experience: Never been a fan of writing reviews, but I will do my first now. I don't even know where/how to begin with, personally I was never a big fan of Gyms but always bought memberships every year for last 10 years at various gyms across Dubai. I ended up going 3 to 4 times max per month for 6 months and the membership would go to waste. My wife joined Rich & Fit in 2021 and I used to make fun of her for going to this gym. I didnt know that one day all the fun I made of her for 6 months will come back to bite me. I did a trial week in November 2021 on insistence from my wife and Umer..... and I have been hooked up to R & F since then... Looking back at the past 6 months, I can say with all honesty that this is the best gym I have been to. The energy the vibe and the comfort the coaches and staff brings is AMAZING...... THANK YOU UMER, BABS, BASIT,ARLEY,SADIK, DAVID, Bernedette, Jani, Laura... and the BOSS MAN himself Mr. AMIR. Thank you Guys it's been an amazing journey. If you are looking to do something amazing with yourself, I would say just try out a session or two with R & F and thank me later.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone, being a mother of 4 and trying to find a perfect gym where I wouldn’t be judged was a challenge. Got introduced through a friend to Rich and Fit and couldn’t have been happier. Seeing all sorts of body’s and shapes, not feeling like being the only one who didn’t know what the machines were or did. Having to have 3-4 trainers always watching you, making you feel comfortable and becoming part of the R&F family. Everything about this gym is so magical especially the unique specific workout plans for Each and every individual to achieve your results. I look forward to my gym sessions, my achievements have been phenomenal and in 3 months into it I can proudly say I am nearing my dream goal. Fantastic experience: I joined the gym six months ago at my brother’s insistence and was quite sceptical at first. I was asked to trust the process and the results will speak for themselves and that is exactly what happened. The gym has a logical “no-nonsense” approach to everything they do. They train you HARD, set realistic goals, and give you simple and practical lifestyle changes to make to ensure that you get strong and fit. They do not have a one-size-fits-all approach to their clients. Every program is designed based on each individuals needs and goals which changes as you progress. All the coaches – Umer, Babs, Basit & Arley are fantastic. They are all very passionate about what they do and they push you to challenge yourself when necessary and more importantly when to stop. Each of the trainers ensures that you get the most out of each workout. Having been a person that never worked out for a major part of my life, I genuinely enjoy my workouts at the gym and I feel stronger and fitter than I have ever felt before. Rich and Fit has a great atmosphere, nice people and good solid workouts.

Fantastic experience: It’s been almost three years of training here and it gets better with every session. The one gym in Dubai that ensures you train to build your strength- mentally and physically while helping you turn fitness into a lifestyle and not just training sessions.

Negative experience: I got their one day pass and i didnt like the gym. also the indian guy i think the owner have bad attitude .

Negative experience: The PR people are mostly paid to roast people it looks like. They are trying to play on people's insecurities by making them feel they're not good enough to be part of this so called " elite club". Potential customers will be put off by such unprofessional attitudes. Even great billionaires come toppling down. Don't think you're infallible in an over- saturated fitness market.

The place is not overcrowded with machines for extra show-off but the right ones are there to give the desired result. Working out here is always fun and the atmosphere is welcoming and cordial starting from reception to the owner, looks like everybody is part of your journey for transformation.

Fantastic experience: I have high standards when it comes to working out. I trained in top rated gymnastics gyms throughout my adolescent years, with strict conditioning. I work best under pressure and that’s exactly what symmetry gives me after almost 10 years of no proper training ,20 kg and a baby later - it’s a great fit. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by name, the amazing girls at the front desk to remind me of appointments and prepare me a pre-workout coffee. The tailored (super easy) diet plan, which I’m forced to keep up with by sending the trainers photos daily. The staff is knowledgeable, directly involved in every aspect and help you to get where you want to be. This is a no BS gym, if you follow their advice and put in the work - you will 100% see results. If you’re serious about your fitness goals, in my opinion, it’s the only place to train in Dubai without wasting your time. Period.

Fantastic experience: This is the most TAILORED, PERSONALIZED AND GOAL FOCUSED gym in Dubai. Each and every trainer is dedicated to tailoring a program that will help you achieve your goals. All overseen by the big man himself, Mr. Amir Siddiqui, each session has pushed me and made me stronger. Nothing phases these guys, they will get you to the next level. I went in on a whim and after a week was hooked. Worth every fils, these guys picked me up after a surprise back surgery and motivated to get back to the real me. It's a gym that turns into a family. Shout out to all my big brothers: you really are the best of the best in Dubai. Thank you for getting me this far and I look forward to smashing the next set of goals!

I have worked out all my life but feel the fittest and healthiest now. Symmetry is a unique training environment that is super fun and you will see results!

Negative experience: First of all, I am not a member of the gym. I give 1 star because I saw your advert on Instagram and I threw up all my lunch ( 55 AED Turkish Mixed Grill) :( , unfortunately I am not a multi - millionaire. 55 AED is a lot of money for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member in Symmetry back in 2014 till 2016, and start again in 2019. By far this is the only place I have managed to achieve results and changes and this is simply because of the dynamic programs set by experts, The second main reason is how the coaches help, motivate and push during the session. It is highly recommended to join.

My trainers are excellent pushing me beyond my preconceived limits. The staff is super nice and helpful. Fantastic experience: I like to be there every day starting next week

Negative experience: Claims to be the most expensive gym in Dubai, Also having the most expensive personal trainers. To quote their Instagram page "Only 1 in 100,000 people can afford symmetry gym". The gym offers their trainers a wage of only 15dhs per hour, so only expect that standard of training. Even houseworkers are paid a higher wage. Talk about double standards.

Fantastic experience: In general I don't have problems going to the gym and staying fit. HOWEVER after having a baby, putting on 22kg and two surgeries later, my body changed. Before Symmetry I worked out 6-7 times a week and I wasn't seeing any results. AND THEN I FOUND THESE GUYS!!! Within 4 WEEKS, 3-4 sessions a week I was able to lose 4kg. In 7 weeks my body dropped 6% of body fat and I lost about 3.5' inches in my lower belly which is around 9ish cm. I continue my journey with these guys and I can't wait for more results. Now, I still have to do the hard work I still have to stick to principles of heathy lifestyle, but knowing these guys have the perfect formula and recipe anyone can be sucessfull at their gym. Fantastic experience: After having a baby (and some medical complications in the meantime) I've been struggling with my overweight for about two years. Deciding to give it a go at Symmetry Gym turned out to be one of the best (recent) decisions. It doesn't feel like any other gym around (been there...) and there's no nonsense involved, in terms of persuading the client to sign up... whatsoever, quite exceptional. Meal plans are strict but doable, training sessions are hard but refreshing. Best of all, every time you open the door, all you see is smile and all you hear is a warm "hello". A big "Thank You" to Symmetry Team for helping me to get a big step closer to my goal. It means a lot :) And please, Keep Up the Good Work.

Fantastic experience: Going to Symmetry Gym has been an overall life-changing experience. For a long time I struggled to get into fitness and when I finally decided to sign up at Symmetry, I noticed an instant impact on my life in all aspects. More than I was surprised by how I was developing physically, I was more surprised by how mentally life-changing it was. Every session is an extremely refreshing physical and mental exercise, and the relationship with staff members at Symmetry feels more like a friendship than just a client-staff relationship, and that exact community/family-vibe creates an extremely comfortable environment where you are encouraged to come back every time. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms and tried many different formats of workouts over my adult life (I’m 30 at the time of writing) and this is the first time I’ve actually seen and felt real tangible results in a healthy and systematic way. Symmetry gym has redefined my approach to working out because of their method of hard heavy training that is at once effective and safe. Many gyms will push and push you until you break sustaining all kinds of injuries (I injured my shoulder when I did CrossFit in 2016) and many gym will take a safe and whatever approach to your training which will never get you where you want. Symmetry manages to push you to a better version of yourself and it’s always in a safe trust worthy environment. I’m super happy here and I’m sure anyone who gives it a try will be hooked! Fantastic experience: Symmetry gym is the place to go to if you have a goal that you are looking to achieve. I have lost so far in 2 months around 7 kg, and never felt that good in my life. Their system, their coaches and their environment is unbeatable.. The best part is that they push you with your eating habits, diet and routine outside the gym as well, you feel that you have a life coach along your side 24/7. Special thanks to my coach Zulfia whom without her I wouldn't have reached where I am today.

Coach Umar is one of the best trainiers I have ever worked out with, I had the opportunity to train with Ondrje, Nemo and the training master Ghazi who are passionate about sports and can help push you every time you train to new limits. Fantastic experience: The coaches at Symmetry have a level of professionalism unseen and unmatched in comparison to any other gym in Dubai or in the UAE. Each one has their own way of physically pushing past any preconceived limits that you have of yourself. Aside from being just traditional “gym” coaches, they are always there for support and advice 24/7. Umer and Nemo, my two coaches literally spent 2 weeks correcting my form, positioning & technique before moving me towards heavier and more difficult workouts. Your health, safety and overall wellbeing is their priority which inevitably leads to results. They are there every step of the way , unlike other conventional gyms where once you leave , you leave. Symmetry ensures that you are always ready and motivated for the next work out and no two work outs are ever the same. This is literally the “third” place you go to after work and before home and an excellent way to either start or end your day.

Fantastic experience: I've always struggled with fitness. I never knew what I needed to do, eat, or act when at a gym. I spent the last 2 years pretty much sedentary and have always struggled with body image. The coaches at symmetry gym understand that. They push, hard. But they never make you hate it. They push you just beyond your limits, and the next session you feel results. You feel if a tiny bit stronger, you can go a little bit longer. The only regret I have is missing a session! By far one of the best gyms out there

Fantastic experience: I have signed up with a few personal trainers in the past, but I could never commit to a consistent fitness schedule. When I joined Symmetry, that changed and now I hate to miss even a single session. I have never felt that I could get so much out of an hour as I do with them, each one more challenging and more fulfilling than the last. They understand your potential and push you to the best of your abilities. Also, going there everyday is like going home to family as everyone's really warm, supportive and invested in your health. Positive experience: 12 Week Program Review: Great Gym for Personal Training. Within a few weeks , I could already feel the increase in my strength and by the end of the 12th week, my posture and strength have considerably improved. The Program is designed to push you to the limit, wherever possible and to work on your 'need-to-develop' areas. The staff and trainers are friendly. It is an EXTREMELY well maintained gym along with a great vibe and ambience, which is difficult to find in most other gyms. My coach , Nicardo, was friendly, motivating and ready to answer any of my most random questions about fitness and strength. It is expensive; but if money is no object ; you should DEFINITELY consider it !

Fantastic experience: Simply, Addictive! I have visited a few gyms in Dubai but this place is significantly different, yes it’s a gym with machines and stuff but the magic created within by the owner Amir and his team is Michelin Star. From my experience, the first time you walk into the gym, the space is inviting and your made to feel very welcome, you quickly scan the many client testimonials on the wall at reception (many happy faces, so something must be working, right!) your then greeted by a friendly reception team, the coaches come and introduce themselves very naturally. Straight away your put at ease and the whole reason why you stepped into the gym starts to become apparent. My wife initially joined and quite quickly I could see a difference, plus her attraction to return regularly to train. Being very happy with her progress and speaking of these guys in the gym I wanted to check it out myself, to be completely honest after the initial assessment I signed up immediately and knew this was the gym for me. I can confidently say this was unequivocally the right decision, not only does it give me a platform to do something different with my wife but we are reaching our health goals together. Needless to say I look forward to training every Friday. I am at the beginning stage of my training with Symmetry, I am thoroughly enjoying my sessions and loving the recovery pains in between :) If you want to train with a coach who will be selected to fit your character, who will support you through your entire journey in and outside the gym. I would highly recommend the Symmetry Gym, its conveniently located in Gold & Diamond Park, the entire staff and their clients are welcoming which creates a family environment. I have only been here for 4 weeks and have experienced a great change in my mentality and Health, much respect to all the Trainers and Staffs in Symmetry Gym. The trainers are all brilliant, knowledgeable and patient. I have never been this consistent with personal training, but it’s paid off and I am happy, stronger and more motivated than ever.
