Negative experience: I made an order on Wednesday for next Monday and 2 times mentioned that I need the delivery Sunday evening - an evening before. Do you think they deliver? Sunday evening no delivery, Monday morning no delivery. Look like a joke

Negative experience: I have never had a worse experience. - food and bag were left for hours infront of my house without anyone letting me know it arrived. - received the wrong food - agreed on a plan and number of days , yet after payment everything changed to what suited their drivers to deliver. I don’t usually write negative reviews , but this experience was just horrible. Wish I could give them something below a one star.

Negative experience: Well, my previous review was deleted as per the supervisor of prep n co requested and promises assurance of high quality service, I had two incidents since my first one I decided to not get back to them till the studio I do my training promoted them. I said to my self let’s give myself try and hopefully it’s better now. Today is my first day of the meal plan and I haven’t get delivered on time as I have been informed of human error from Prep n Co of inputting city location which is Abu Dhabi and meal was on delivery route to Sharjah and I got a message from logistics at 5 am i am awake to handle this mess with them & I spoke with Mr. Mohamed this morning he was offering a solution to be delivered by afternoon which is not acceptable since I woke up very early this morning. the supervisor communicated me back and she suggested to arrange a voucher replacement meal from their local partners or added a day which I don’t find it useful really. Thus I agreed on voucher from one of the partners restaurant they have in Abu Dhabi only for three main meals for today without snack and my monthly subscription is for 3 main meals and one snack. the snack will be added later on plan. However, they worked hard to keep me as client to them I am really disappointed with their quality of handling and managing whole process that customer has to keep calling and following up with them as other companies each customer has an account manager or supervisor to ensure in term delivery is confirmed and to be delivered on certain time in advanced, it stated clearly that delievery is in Abu Dhabi and tried to tell me on the system it was only street name nothing about city. Now its 11 30 am I just received a call from one of their deliveries from their end to get three meals breakfast, lunch and dinner from their partners resturants. Most probably it be delivered in the afternoon around 12 pm or later so wasted. My advise is to wait for them till they improve their services as a company. Their staff has a weak skills to handle the situation. delay on responses and reply to messages which lead to miscommunication and one person handling whats app messages is not event convienent. The clinets basically pay your meal plan and including proper service has to be the same or higher.

Fantastic experience: I've been on the Keto diet for a while now, and while I love the way it makes me feel, finding new and exciting meal options can be a bit of a challenge. That's why I decided to give prep and co keto meal plan a try, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The first meal I tried was a grilled salmon with roasted asparagus and a side of cauliflower rice. The salmon was perfectly cooked and had a nice char on it that gave it a smoky flavor. The roasted asparagus was tender and had a nice crunch to it, and the cauliflower rice was a great substitute for regular rice - it had a similar texture and was really filling. The second meal I tried was a pork chop with green beans and a side of mashed cauliflower. The pork chop was juicy and flavorful, and the green beans were cooked just right - not too soft, not too crunchy. The mashed cauliflower was a real standout, though - it was creamy and had a nice buttery flavor that made it taste just like real mashed potatoes. But perhaps my favorite meal was a steak with creamed spinach and a side of crispy bacon Brussels sprouts. The steak was cooked to perfection and had a nice char on it that gave it a rich, smoky flavor. The creamed spinach was velvety and had a nice kick of garlic, and the Brussels sprouts were crispy and salty and had a great crunch to them. Overall, I would highly recommend prep and co keto meal plan to anyone who wants to stick to a Keto diet without sacrificing flavor or convenience. The meals were all delicious and tasted like they had been made with care and attention to detail. And the fact that they were delivered right to my door made it all the more appealing. So if you're looking for a way to make your Keto diet a little more exciting, give prep and co keto diet plan a try - you won't be disappointed!
