All the services were excellent, especially with Dr. Yazdani and Dr. Sepideh – both are highly professional, caring, and take the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. The nursing staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. And my personal favorite – the lovely Tina! Fantastic experience: i cannot emphasize more on how attentive and caring Dr. Shaghayegh is, i've been her patient for over 7 years (only doing routine and aligners now) and from the first meeting till now she is as caring and knowledgeable! thanks to her i fixed my issues when other dentists were only referring me to hardcore surgeries on my gums that wouldn't even promise the results! so me and my family are in complete dental headache free life thanks to her. even during the lightest procedures she always makes sure that i'm not in pain by literally asking almost every minute because of her truly kind nature and worry to hurt anyone. i am personally 100% trusting her, she is incredible professional and a human being!

Negative experience: Disappointing experience – Lack of transparency with dental treatment at New Sense Clinic I visited the Dentist Dr.Shagy at New Sense Clinic , for dental cleaning, whitening, and composite treatment (2 teeth), paying AED 1,150 in total. Before proceeding, I was clearly informed that the treatment (excluding whitening) was eligible for insurance reimbursement, which influenced my decision to go ahead. After the treatment, I had to follow up for over 3 weeks just to receive the paperwork , despite multiple promises and no responses. When I finally submitted the documents to my company’s insurance system, they were rejected because the clinic is not an authorized provider for our network. When I raised this, I was told there are “ongoing issues with our company” and they are “working on it.” I was not informed of this before treatment, which would have changed my decision. Would kindly request for a refund for the treatments to resolve this issue.

Negative experience: If any crew member from emirates is planning to come to the dentist here, please don’t. You won’t get your money back from reimbursement, she is black listed but she keeps trying her luck and she actually had problems with +50 crew member waiting for their money.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience with dentist Dr.Shaghayegh. I’ve been with her since previous clinic. While she looks very nice and approachable in the beginning over time she would become money oriented and not focused on your results and initial plan. I was not satisfied with her service, and I would not recommend her as trustworthy dentist.

Negative experience: I've been Dr.Shaghayegh for over a year now for my aligner treatment, which was originally expected to take around six months. While I initially felt confident in the process and appreciated the quality of care, my experience over time has become more frustrating due to communication issues. There have been multiple occasions where my messages about upcoming visits have gone unanswered, and I often don’t receive any updates about the arrival of new aligners. I usually have to follow up more than once to get a response. When I do get a reply, there tends to be an explanation or excuse, but the consistency in communication is definitely lacking. I understand that clinics in Dubai can get very busy, but I hope more attention can be given to patient follow-up and communication. The treatment quality itself has been good, and I genuinely appreciate Dr. Shaghayegh’s work—but better organization and responsiveness would make a big difference.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Samaneh is the best physiotherapist that I have met so far. I am struggling with back and neck pain since 20 years. Have been to many physiotherapist in Germany, but since we are in Dubai and I had only some sessions with her, I have almost no pain anymore. She is now working on my knocked knee issue. I find her work amazing. She is very competent and dedicated to her work, highly educated and very patient and calm.

Fantastic experience: I have tried physiotherapy sessions with Dr Samaneh and my pain is almost away. I had lots of pain since many years on my back and neck. She is the best physiotherapist in Dubai, due to her kind smile and of course her deep expertise.

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with severe shoulder pain for two months due to wrestling. The pain was unbearable, and despite going through five sessions with another doctor, I saw no improvement. Then I was referred to Dr. Samaneh Arkia, a physiotherapist and after just one session with her, the pain was completely gone. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with similar issues. She’s truly exceptional at what she does.

Fantastic experience: I lost 14 kilos in 6 months ! I had no hopes i had tried every other thing for weight loss and nothing worked. That’s when i tried the DNA test and they gave me a meal plan according to my body , there is so much detail in that DNA test about you it’s crazy how little i knew about myself . Anyways if you are as hopeless as i was before please give this place a try and doctor milad is the best he will give you a meal plan according to your likings which makes it super easy to follow

Negative experience: Never ever do a rhinoplasty with McBody Clinic it's like a butcher shop specially Dr Abolhassan Ghaisari. he Left me with horrible nostril scars and uneven nose. I really regret doing it i asked him to fix a broken nose he cut my nostrils, the presumed doctor did what can never be undone and left me in a psychological turmoil, horrible scars and very very poor communication, no understanding and no comfort. I wish if he could explain to me or take my advise before what we agreed was not what I got. I will never forgive him for changing my life and putting me in this situation. They run behind the money I wish if he toke the money and did not do it. Every time he tells me it will get better but nothing is going better, 2 years and nothing changed. Be careful you will regret. He should not be a surgeon at all

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinic. Clean and well setup with smart and thoughtful interior design particularly in the reception area that is suitable for patients. The staff is well trained to interact with the varying requirements of both clinic and patients. On top of things are reasonable treatment prices. Dr Mazhari keeps her clinic very well equipped with a mixture of both proven and modern provisions of dentistry discipline and is prudent with the comfort of her patients during the treatment sessions. All in all the consensus that it is one of the best dental clinics in Dubai is true.

The first time I saw the new look, the clinic looked like something out of a Hollywood movie! Very classy and upscale. You feel like just spending time there. Good services in a very posh clinic. Highly recommend going for excellent dentists in my experience (Dr.Negar and Dr.Rabab) and good patient care from them.

Fantastic experience: I have started with Dr.Milad 8 weeks ago and I must say I am very satisfied with his work and I have lost 5kg already. The way I eat now is not considered dieting at all. I loose weight while I am enjoying what I am eating. I am very happy with his approach and meal program.

Fantastic experience: I searched via Google for a good surgeon to attend to my hernia repair and I found Dr Alireza who had very good reviews. I was able to get an appointment very quickly him at McBody Clinic. I had a follow up after 7 days after my surgery and everything had gone very well and I was able to make a very speedy recovery. My thanks to Dr Alireza for first class support throughout.

Fantastic experience: I had consultation with Dr. Alireza for bariatric surgery. he managed it without any surgery. He introduced me to Dietitian and recommended genetic test for diet. I followed as instructed and lost 7kg in 2 months now. Thanks Dr Ali for amazing guidance. For obesity issues i must say Dr Alireza is the best doctor in Dubai.

Negative experience: Had my Invisalign done less than a year ago in this clinic , beside misinformation given on my first consultation and twice longer time wearing Invisalign than was prior discussed, I have horrible experience and outcome, that I have to deal with now. Resust : what needed to be fixed was not fixed, my enamel is ruined, and it affected my gum on 1 tooth , other dentist said its result of placement of attachments for invisalign( which might need surgery later on). Prior had no problems with teeth, except is started to move with age.

He is amazing and kind hearted Surgeon. He is so passionate on his profession and advise what is best for his patients. Million thumbs up for his skills and great hands. (Please continue putting smiles on your patients face) A big thanks also to Specialist General Surgeon- Dr. Mouhsen Al Hossein of Kings College Hospital for his great assistance throughout the procedure. Negative experience: In two visits to MCBody I had two unsatisfactory experiences. The first was for a consultation. The technician only asked if I had Botox or fillers and when I said I haven’t had anything she said I could do the HIFU. When I asked for literature or to be shown details about how the procedure works she told me she didn’t know where to locate anything like that and she couldn’t help me any further. She only knew how to use the machine. This was in stark contrast to another clinic I visited where I sat with a therapist who knew the definition of consultation and asked about my aesthetic goals before making recommendations. In the end the other clinic did not offer the collagen stimulating HIFU so I decided to try MCBody as their online reviews looked good. The technician I saw on the treatment day got one quarter of the way through the procedure and the machine failed a few times at which point she said she would have to stop the session. At this time she confided in me that this machine had been faulty and even after reporting this fact the appropriate people they had not fixed the machine. It works intermittently so the machine was able to complete one treatment before me but left me with a numb face and an incomplete session. If management knows that the machine is faulty it is their duty to make sure it is in proper working order so that no clients get only a fraction complete and waste their time, especially after some of us clients must travel 90+ minutes to reach their clinic. Upon leaving I did not receive any empathy for the disheartening experience. The receptionist simply said yes to all my comments and it was clear she just wanted me to leave. I was later called and offered a service that I had expressed no interest in as compensation. That’s it. This is not customer service and I certainly was unhappy with the experience. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go here and I suspect that the positive online reviews are paid for and not from actual satisfied customers.
