Fantastic experience: I've been going to the gym for 7 days now, and everything is going well so far. My goal is to reduce 14 kg, and I'm eagerly awaiting the amazing results. Overall, I'm feeling positive about this new journey.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of health issues after pregnancy and postpartum due to which i were always feeling tired and weak.Also my BP became so high and i started medications for the same.My goal was to regain my body strength that i had before pregnacy,when i joined AARS.After 2mnths of workout with the help of my Personal trainer Mr.Rony(some one who knows his job) i regained my body strength,lost a lot of fat.Above these the happiest thing is my BP came down and my doctor 50% reduced the medication dose.Extermely satisfied with my Personal training.Thank you AARS and Rony.

Fantastic experience: Gym has been an excellent experience ever since I joined last year. Trainers are very helpful, I have taken PT with trainer Roni, who helped me in streamlining my exercise routine. I sincerely thank the club and trainer Roni in particular for my healthy lifestyle.

Negative experience: Old machines, less equipment and space is very limited. Over crowded. Not a professional gym but can be use for a basic workout.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym almost 2 months ago. And this is the best and most comfortable for me . The environment of the gym is also very good . And my trainer Mr. Suraj is very friendly. Under his training, i can feel a difference in my body weight and shape only in 1 in a half month.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I came across. Lot of equipments, friendly and positive trainers. My trainer prabin is very friendly and positive person. With his best workout I completely changed my body posture and I feel happy and fit. My heart rate was always above 85. After proper PT, I came out of that problem. Now I have 70 around. I really felt good improvement in my health condition also. Thanks AARS gym for changing my lifestyle and I feel more confident.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member of this GYM since last 4 months, and I would like to say that this is one of the best quality GYM with all the good facilities in Al Nahda 2. Fantastic experience: This is the first experience with gym membership and having a personal trainer.I am really happy to give them 5star rating. The GYM is properly maintained and all the equipment is working fine. My personal trainer Mr.Prabin has extensive knowledge on fitness and nutrition. He tailored my workout plan, which gave me good results in a month and it is quite visible in my body. He emphasized on proper form and technique and ensured that I got most out of the session. Fantastic experience: I chose to go to this gym after seeing all the good reviews. And to be honest the good reviews are very true. The trainers are really good at their job and are happy to help you out so you can confidently approach this gym if you are a first timer like me, confused about where to start. Ever since I joined I have become very confident about working out and do not consider it a heavy task that I have to complete everyday. On the contrary, I see working out as fun, progressing and rewarding. The main reason I feel this way is because of the proper training, support and the most friendly approach I'm receiving, especially from My trainer/ Manger Mr. Arun and Receptionist Ms. Sithara. Fantastic experience: It’s a lifetime experience!! This was my first Gym. Everyone knows about postpartum depression, I was one among them, I gained more weight and had knee pain, In-law’s more hurtful body shaming was the first and foremost reason to get to this gym! I had no idea when I started it, the Gym has all the best equipments, it’s always clean and neat, homely and relaxing atmosphere, spacious. Coming to my trainer Mr. Arun is amazingly talented person ever met! He exactly knows how to train a person as per their body! I’m blessed to have him! I would really like to thanks my personal trainer Brother Arun. He is the best who makes you feel so comfortable and always gives confidence to not give up. His encouragement and constant motivation pushed me to heights I never thought possible. His leadership and sportsmanship are top-notch. He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. The other trainers and staffs here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified!You will not leave disappointed! Such a positive vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Fantastic experience: Hii I am into this gym for a long period. Very spacious and neatly maintained gym. All staffs are really friendly and cooperative. Trainers are always ready to help us and will be with us to make sure that we are doing workouts in an healthy way so as to avoid any injuries. Trainers are polite and professional understanding the trainee requirements and provide the required training to meet their need. place is spacious, neat and have all types of equipment for work out. All staff are friendly and I get trained by Anwar and am pretty happy and satisfactory with his training skills. This gym gives a positive vibe.

Positive experience: I have been almost 2 year doing Jim in AARS CLUB. I had good experience with trainers and especially front office staff. Very spacious and new model equipments positive side comparatively nearby Jim. They implemented all COVID 19 protocol . I hope you might maintain all these things ahead.

Positive experience: By far the best facility around Al Nahda 02, Dubai. This location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (AARS) to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and enjoying my workouts. Can get a little busy during evenings.

Fantastic experience: Good place with wide range of equipment and also with music system to connect your device too. Clean facility with disinfectants adequately available to work equipment before and after use. My trainer is Arun and he’s great as well. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I worked out here for 4 months nd lost 7 kgs. First month I did heavy exercise still I didn't reduce. My trainer was less interested in training me. He just gives some exercises and go away. Whether it is done right or wrong he doesn't take care of. He roughly gave a diet with no tips. Later I changed the timing from evening to morning and then the trainer was different. His name is Bipin, he was very helpful and motivates and that really helped to loose weight. The trainer should try to motivate people and be around them with advice, is my suggestion. So, I have a mixed review avout the Gym.

Positive experience: I joined AARS Body Building Club in Al Nahda 2 as a beginner, a month ago. I can feel super quality environment to do my workouts and the staff who are in place are friendly and work upto professional standards, especially the trainers and staff who are coordinating with me. Fantastic experience: Aars gym is too good , I was want abudhabi gym also sharjah but this gym is very very good, Trainer & receptionist behaviour is excellent . There is enough space to play gym. Already recommended my 3 finds .

Fantastic experience: Spacious and well equipped gym for beginners as well as pros. They have all the facilities expected, at a much budget friendly package. The trainers are friendly and always ready to help which is the key. There is pool available for occasional usage and sanitizers located at key positions. One suggestion would be to arrange more regular size weights in dumbell and bars as well.

Negative experience: To be honest the Gym is not equipped enough with good equipment. The service is very poor. The way they handled customer is not good. While taking membership they will promise one thing then they will refuse to honor the promise. Saying its not mention here and there. They don't have value for their own words. They will not do proper paperwork and later blame it on you.

Fantastic experience: this is one of the best gyms that I have been to ever. Good variety of equipment and really helpful instructors. always clean and hygiene. if you want a nice affordable gym and you live near the area, this is your best choice.

Fantastic experience: AARS is the cleanest and well sanitised gym in al nahda 2 , wall spaced out and all modern equipment, the coaches Siddhart and Vipin are very supportive in reaching personal goals and always motivating . They explained the science behind their routines and provided nutrition plan as well . Great ambience and overall place to work out for beginners and experts alike.

Fantastic experience: One of the best and huge gym I have ever seen so far. From the receptionist to the trainer all are amazing and supper supportive and the price deal is unbelievable. My rating would be 10/10.

Positive experience: The health club is well equipped and a big plus for residents in al Nahdha areas of Dubai. Covid restrictions are well managed . Some suggestions :- (1) maintain a list of covid vaccinated members this would prompt other members to get vaccinated, make the place more safer and be re-assuring to other members (2) This can be used as advertising tool by AARS for their marketing campaign and help new members to join looking for a safer place (3) Trainers are busy I guess they need to spend some time giving general tips and guidence to members currently only if PT they interact otherwise not much ..(4) Not everybody can afford PT but if trainers can offer even basic tips and guidence , walk the gym , talk and interact with members more that will give them confidence and they will also bring new members (5) due to Covid situations maybe I feel some trainers are lost and not motivated , management should do their best to keep them motivated as they are the front force for AARS and determine the success for members and the health club..

Positive experience: This has to be the best and most equipped gym in Nahda area of Dubai. Its quite spacious with all facilities, proper equipment's, separate Cross training area, nice trainers and most importantly affordable rates. Also there is a pool which is included along with the membership.

They have a wide range of gym equipment available. They also have a swimming pool and locker room and sauna services. The gym is neat and clean and well-maintained. Fantastic experience: The gym is located close to my apartment which is very convenient. Also, I like the look of the studio equipped with quality workout equipments and the staff maintained the cleanliness of the space which is very important nowadays during the pandemic. Positive experience: AARS is one of the best gyms which i found nearby Al Nahda and Al Qusais. It's well occupied with all the equipments and have very helpful and professional trainers who provides personal attention for you if needed. You can also be provided a personal trainer upon request. During this pandemic they follow all the safety regulations and takes very much care. Also they have very good packages for long terms. Swimming pool is another attraction of the gym. If you are a work out enthusiastic i suggest you to walk in to AARS Gym.

Fantastic experience: Not a huge fan of gyms but Aars really changed that mindset of mine...friendly staff with great trainers...my favorite being the zumba sessions. It's so well equipped, modern and clean. Great place to transform your mind and body.

Fantastic experience: I have had a really pleasant experience with AARS gym. The personal training provided by the instructor has shown me quite a good results within a short period of time. There are various equipments available for all to choose from and during these covid time the gym has followed all covid regulations for safer experience.

Fantastic experience: From a long time I was looking for a Gym in my neighborhood which does not only look professional and clean but also can retain me for more than a month. I have never continued my workouts more than a month before joining Aars.. And I expected the same when I enrolled myself 4 months back. But I must say this gym is beyond what I expected... The entire crew, management and all the staff contributes to its success and a special shout-out to my trainer Mr. Gokul. He is an amazing trainer and the sole reason why I could continue for four months and will continue in future... I guess if a lazy bag like me can continue and work on myself in this Gym then anyone can !!

Positive experience: I've recently joined and it's been 2 weeks. 1 point minus for not having WiFi for customers. I realised it when I had to send an urgent email and I was out of mobile data. Otherwise, Amazing place to workout and sweat. They have most of the equipments required. This place reasonably spacious, fully air-conditioning, great ambience and music. Most trainers are encouraging, helpful and professional. I think it's the best choice if you're in Al Nahda area.

Positive experience: High quality gym, with nice ambience and standard equipment’s. Well qualified and experienced traniners with 100% cooperative mentality is an advantage. Administration and cleanliness is an additional quality. Overall 8/10.

Positive experience: Aars Bodybuilding club is a great gym that is for everyone. The trainers present in the gym are all professionals and provide strong and rigorous training. I have opted for personal training sessions with Ms. Naseem who provides exceptional training. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Nyz place for workout, especially zumba is superb. Zumba trainer Ms. Naseem , she is very supportive, professional, friendly and energetic coach. She make the class how we want it! Dis s really great for beginners. Zumba is not silly with the right instructor, u can truly blast while blasting calories. Fantastic experience: One of the best Gym in Dubai. I like the gym envoirement and the staff are very professional. I am very happy and satisfied in this gym. They are taking all safely precautions and monitor everyone inside the gym and keep frequently clean all the equipments for better safety.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, easily accessible with enough facilities even though the space is slightly limited. Variety of free weights and machines available. Training accessories such as lifting belts are present, but there is no dip belt to add weights for dips and pull ups. Also no ankle straps for cable machines. Very reasonable prices, overall worth attending regularly.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Al nahda 2 during this time as they r taking extremely good prevention. All gym facilities are included in the fees which is nominal . My experience with trainer naseem has been excellent so far as she gives undivided attention to each and every client and gives the workout suitable to each body type. If you have any health issues she takes that into consideration and gives the suitable exercise. Highly recommended gym

Fantastic experience: AARS all Group classes are truely professional and the Gym is well equipped with professional trainers. Naseem's Zumba classes are awesome. Shyam & Rahul's group classes are so energetic. I recommend all to join to be fit and healthy. I really enjoy.

Fantastic experience: The gym has all the equipments to provide you complete fitness. My personal trainer designs different workouts planned for my body type and requirement. I have already achieved half my goal of losing weight in just 1 month. Timings are great and I'm looking forward to get more fit in the coming days.

Negative experience: Good gym but there is one gym attendant who is rude, need to work on his communication skills. Just telling not to this and that, rather than showing what should be done properly.
