She made me feel comfortable, and the results were fantastic, far better than my experience at the Ajman branch. A special thanks to Lily at reception for her warm and friendly service, and to the manager for being so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend the Sharjah branch. Negative experience: I do not recommend anyone to get dental veneers done there. I had my teeth done after being convinced by the doctor that we would finish the work in one or two sessions. I have been suffering from severe pain and sensitivity in my teeth for four months now, and they made many mistakes. The teeth are not natural at all and are not worth the money, even though the doctor’s behavior was good. However, her work was poor, and this is my personal experience. I do not recommend it at all; you will lose your teeth, I swear.

Fantastic experience: I'm happy of the service given by EMC by Slimming Department. I have seen the result within 2 sessions perhaps of the new machine they use for slimming. The clinic is so clean, and Dr Ehab Elnoamany, is a professional doctor who understand your needs. I would recommend EMC clinic, is just perfect for you if you would like to go for slimming. They have professional therapist, Joan and Venice who will take good care of your body. Thank you EMC for the excellent service!

Positive experience: I have been visiting Eve Medical Sharjah branch for past 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I am undergoing hair laser treatment under Ms. Joy, she is very professional and makes the process easy. She is very in detail when it comes to hair removal and make sure each sessions are done properly. And one more thing... Losing weight and looking for a healthier way to live now isn't easy. Friendly and supportive talker to me through my options. Joann was very helpful and supportive which made me feel comfortable with my choice.

Fantastic experience: Having a chance to take multiple laser hair removal, facial treatments and Cupping sessions at Eve was a wonderful and life changing experience for me and my family. Ms. Lily had been assisting and providing us with the most accurate and useful information to book packages making our experience cost effective. Hijama with the most well versed staff Dr. Sameera had been one of the most effective sessions to get relief. I recommend Eve MC to everyone.

Negative experience: I've had quite a frustrating experience with the WhatsApp team at Eve Medical Center Sharjah. They are incredibly slow to respond, taking hours or even days to get back to messages. There have been times when they don't bother to reply at all, which is extremely unprofessional. This lack of responsiveness gives the impression that they aren't really interested in gaining or retaining customers, almost as if they already have more than enough business and don't care to provide proper support. For a medical center, where communication is key, this kind of customer service is really disappointing. They need to seriously improve their response times and show more consideration for their clients' concerns.

Negative experience: Garbage customer service. You have no idea how much money they've lost because of them cuz im sure many people decided not to go to them because of the terrible customer service. When you message them, you have to send a million reminders for them to respond and sometimes they just don't.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could! They don’t provide any service but take all your money, they couldn’t book an appointment for me in two whole months, every single day, doctor is busy or nurse is busy! Why are you taking my money then? Also, not even providing a refund even after asking constantly! Don’t go to them at all. Be careful everyone! First they will take all your money, and then when you call them, they don’t even answer calls, then when they finally answer, they say we will call you back and confirm, but they never call back! Worst place ever! Worst customer service ever!

Negative experience: If only I can rate 0 star! I definitely can! I'm so disappointed with this "CENTRE"! I will not recommend PATIENT/S to visit this centre! You just waste your time and your penny! They will only practicing you. Skin treatment! They will use high technology machines but they will USE cheap products to refill to the machine! AND some of the products are nearly expiry. They are just changing the labels just to have an excuse that's newly opened. To the managements! Good luck!

Negative experience: The center is very bad, there is no credibility in the prices. When you contact them, they tell you it's a low price, but when you arrive at the center, the price increases.

Negative experience: Staff are giving appointments and when we arrive a nurse takes us into a consultation room and tries to register me in when the appointment was for my son. Then she tells me The doctor is on leave for a month! 1. How can appointments be given and confirmed on the day when a doctor is not there? 2. Felt like, they just wanted you to pay, regardless of proper service or consultation. Not a great experience.
