Fantastic experience: One of the best Veterinary Clinics in Dubai. Dr. Aziz is a skilled Veterinary doctor with years of rich experience behind him.Last month,when our beloved Yorkie developed a small lump on the neck,we were really worried. Given our dog being an old fella, we were really concerned about the risks of Surgery. But Dr Aziz calmed us &cleared all our doubts patiently and immediately posted our dog for surgery.He stayed late to complete the procedure. Also, he called us during the procedure to tell that even the teeth Scaling & cleaning can be done when our pet is under the Anaesthesia. He did that also skillfully.He made sure our pet recovered well & handed over a healthy & happy pet the next day. Thanks to Dr. Aziz for doing 2 procedures in one go, saving money & time for us.Our pet recovered very quickly & the wound healed without a trace! Also, Dr. Aziz is very friendly & gives advice about various life issues also! We have known him for almost 8 + years & we can vouch on his excellent Clinical Skills & practical approach in treating his furry patients . Thank you Doctor from all of us including Spyder, our beloved Yorkie.

Fantastic experience: As first time pet parents of Cheeku, Simba & Mowgli = 3 felines, (6 yrs, 5 yrs, 6 months : all rescued over the past 3.5 years) we have always had a lot of questions on the 'how to' and 'what to' and 'why to' etc. Dr Azziz, and his astute team, have always been very patient with their answers and all their recommendations have been 100% accurate. Our sporadic medical situations with our cats - from the mild to a couple of serious ones - have always been resolved promptly and completely by Dr Azziz. We find Dr Azziz to be an extremely gifted Vet - a rare breed. As we recollect, our first interaction with him took us some time to understand his 'different' sense of humor ... since then, we look forward to meeting him during the annual vaccinations because he is absolutely brilliant, cheeky and full of life! Our appointments, with him in attendance, have always been leisurely with a lot of attention given to examination and thoroughly checking the overall health of our felines. We have also had the pleasure to have been attended by Dr Ahmed and Dr Umer - both of them mirror the same care and concern as Dr Azziz. The team at the reception (a lady and 2 other gentlemen) along with the support team, are very professional and pleasant to interact with on the phone and face to face. The Clinic is well stocked with pet related goods - including food - which is well priced (some items cheaper than online) and of reputable brands. After visiting quite a few other Vets in Dubai, we find Deira Vet Clinic to be our first and only choice for affordable and professional vet services. Thank you Dr Azziz and team! You make it possible for us to enjoy numerous delightful moments with our healthy pets every day!

Negative experience: Hi my name is cookie the bunny I went to this clinic and saw dr aziz and he said to my owner many bad things about me making me sound like a devil when I was innocent bunny who loved my family sooo much. he said I was diagnosed with mange and it is not curable hearing that my lovely 12 year old owner broke down into tears. he told it is contagious and it is better to give him back that made my poor little heart shatter later when my owner checked the website they showed that Mange is a curable disease and many people have done it now I am stuck where I was adopted just because of one person my family got scared of me and they loved me soo much before gave me soo much love and treats and after that he said the parasites will be everywhere and sold to us the disinfectant that cost another 120 dirhams when there was really nothing wrong with me . and the way he held me and looked at my eye really hurt me he lifted me up without supporting my back .ouch! That

Fantastic experience: Took my rabbit to Deira Veterinary clinic last September for her ear infection. Dr Aziz was appointed to her and although it was both of ours first time visiting a vet, he was patient and explanatory. He had explained what was going on and treated her with care. If it were not for him, my rabbit would have lost her hearing sense by now. She is now very active and reacts to even the slightest noise she hears which she had not reacted to when she had her infection. I am so grateful to Dr Aziz for helping my rabbit and would definitely recommend Deira Veterinary clinic to anyone who has a pet and is looking for a truthful and professional vet for their little pets.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aziz the best vet I have come across in Dubai. He was the only one who identified what was the issue with my cats eye. His experience of 28: plus years shows but he takes the time and makes the pet parent understand what's needed and that's a rare commodity in Dubai today.

Negative experience: I paid 700 AED during the consultantion but my cat has seen 0 improvement for 10 days though I have followed all instructions by the doctor! I called the clinic and explained my frustration and asked for an appointment but the receptionist with little to no empathy told me that I can come for follow up but have to pay 100 AED! First of all please listen with empathy to your client, our concern here is our pets the extention to our families. Second, I wouldn't need a follow up appointment if my beloved cat was treated properly the first visit when I had to pay 700 AED. Long story short, not recommended...

Negative experience: It should be zero rating . Took my cat , Dr Aziz has a horrible attitude in handling a cat , irrelevant diagnosis to the complaint. He believes he’s the only vet who knows everything and on top he wanted to inject antibiotics without any blood work up !! My cat needed rehydration as he was not eating for two weeks . I wasted my time listening to his theories . He refused the basics of starting rehydration and blood work up to know the underlying cause , ie the diagnosis! He told me he had fever but seems his thermometer ️ wasn’t working coz other 2 vets later excluded fever , he told me his stool was black which means he’s bleeding inside when actually my cat stopped grooming himself and surely the poop stuck on him which we usually have cleaning in the past days but not that particular day , got oxidised and became black . Gimme a break . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL . And Deira vet DO NOT REPLY to my evaluation coz there are many complaints against you and I hope the clinic shuts down .

Negative experience: We came in for an emergency case. Our cat was not eating for 8 days and needed rehydration. Even with the presence of a human emergency doctor, that vet there, Dr Aziz, refused to give him normal saline. The vet is very theatrical, emotional, antagonistic & arrogant. He said the cat needed a million things before they could give him normal saline for hydration. He said the cat has a fever of 40C and refused to hydrate the cat... because... that makes sense somehow. He said he needed many drugs even though he was extremely dehydrated, starving & high on fever of 40C. When asked about why we couldn't just give normal saline he started shaking and said he was scared of giving him any treatment. He had an emergency case cat and he refused HIS OWN treatment. He said that if something happens to the cat that I'll blame him for it. Apparently, the doctor doesn't want to take responsibility for the pet's life. How did you become a doctor if you do NOT want to be held accountable. No field of work accepts such behaviour. We were begging him to give treatment and he refused completely just because I questioned why he wanted to give so many drugs to a body that can barely handle anything instead of giving him the basics & going step by step. He knows that the human doctor who came with me & I are not medically illiterate, we both are in the medical field and did our research before coming and we're shocked more by his mannerisms than his fake "diagnosis". The cat wasn't cleaning himself so poop stains would be stuck on his private parts and he thought it was blood ‍♀️ There was some poop stuck to the cat and he thought it was something the cat pooped something black ‍♀️ even though we told him that was not the case. Apparently, he doesn't know that poop that comes out oxidizes overtime and becomes black ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ He failed basic science classes in vet school. He also told me that my cat was BLIND ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ when he didn't even conduct a sight test, as if he knows how to do one. We told him that he can see with the cataracts and his ego was hurt and started an emotional rant. I'm just trying to focus on the treatment and he's just screaming and changing the topic. He was yelling the entire time so I mostly nodded and kept quiet because you can't reason with such arrogant & dramatic doctors. Oh, and best of all, he REFUSED a blood test He thinks he knows everything and gave a "diagnosis" & "treatment plan" without any tests! No scans no nothing! Although, his "treatment plan" wasn't even a real plan. He was just adding and subtracting drugs & injections from the "plan" the more we asked him . He was getting so scared of us & vehemently refused even though we said we'd go through his "treatment plan". A starving & extremely dehydrated cat was kicked out because his EGO is more important than the cat's life. We received not even the most basic of emergency medical care. We took the cat to wonderful vets first at Royal Vet Clinic & then at City Vet (Al Warqa). At Royal Vet, we did a blood test & FiNAlLY hydrated him! He became lively! The temperature there was 39.5... not 40! We were referred to City Vet as Royal Vet didn't have admission facilities. At City Vet in Al Warqa, his temperature was taken and it was 38... No fever! That vet, Dr Aziz, at this Deira clinic, was skeptical about water cooling down the body during fever when the other senior doctor told him so Dr Aziz even said my cat definitely had an infection with NO tests! When he was tested multiple times at the other vets results came out negative! The other vets who saw us were very nice & respectfully answered our questions and encouraged discussions. It was a sign from God that we didn't get "treatment" here. We are so grateful for the other vets who saw & helped our cat & made him comfortable! I'm terribly sorry to everyone else's animal who went through this doctor's medical malpractice! EDIT: This guy is literally spamming everyone's reviews like a psycho

Fantastic experience: My pets being patients at the Deira Veterinary Clinic for several years now this review is long overdue. As a pet parent who has experienced all kinds of situations with her animals at various veterinary hospitals, I want to communicate my full appreciation of this veterinary facility. The veterinarians Dr Aziz and Dr Ahmed are both amazing: very knowledgeable, highly experienced, dedicated and compassionate, always ready to go the extra mile to help in complicated situations. They saved a couple of my cats that I really thought would not survive. In two emergency occasions I went to the clinic without having booked an appointment and was met in each case with great attention and speedy care. The staff Ermy, Josie and Umair is likewise very professional: welcoming, helpful and efficient while always courteous and smiling. A special mention for Leo and his kind and attentive handling of the pets - the easy ones as well as… the not so easy ones! I can’t but wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary hospital to all pet owners. My warm thanks to everybody at the Deira Veterinary Clinic!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never met a more ethical vet than Dr. Aziz, and I had 4 pets, so I’ve met many vets. Recently, my dog developed a Red eye. I took her to a (more expensive) vet next to my house, who was still open at 8pm. He gave her the wrong eye drop and didn’t put a cone on her. The next day, her eye was bad. I rushed her to Dr. Aziz. He treated her, and asked me to keep him posted. A day later, I sent him a video. He called me back and told me to rush her to MVC, as they have an Ophthalmologist. I did. It’s this that saved the day!! If not for his care, diligence and recommendation, she would have needed surgery!! I’m so grateful that there are caring and ethical vets like him! Shorouk Ps. Negative experience: I took my little kitten for a check up due to a lack of eatting, I was told nothing is wrong with him only bloated and they injected olive oil into his tummy and gave him anti-biotics and sent home, literally a day later the kitten got extremely sick , refused to eat and passed away. If they took it more seriously and performed proper diagnosis my little cat would have survived....also I was told day one his left eye is blind....today I found out from another vet that the eye only had cataract that could be cleared. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: Dr. AHMED is most wonderful god gifted person I have ever met in this field, extremely calm, patient and of course knowledgeable in detail on animal behaviour, a true animal lover himself. He will not make you go through anything unnecessary, just exactly and only what is needed. My friends and cousins are in debt to me for recommending him. We need more doctors like him. Do try him out.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this veterinary clinic, and honestly, I had a good experience. Although they are located pretty much in Al Qusais industrial and the fact that I did not meet the vets themselves, I had a good experience. The assistants and receptionists were very helpful when attending my calls and also very professional when I visited their location. I took my bunny to get neutered, which can be a traumatic experience for any animal and their owners. After the procedure was done, my bunny acted as though nothing had happened. I am very happy with the service we received, and thanks to the team for caring for our pets so well. I will be visiting again!

Positive experience: really good serves the doctor was able to help and I was able to go home in peace getting an appointment was pretty easy the prices I can say are and aren't fair some of the food is a bit over prized but over all good clinic treats pets well !

Negative experience: Yesterday, January 14th, I called the clinic around one o'clock. I wanted to see the doctor, and the person who answered was a Filipino employee. He said all the appointments were booked. I told him I have a kitten that is 5 months old and is very sick. He said there was no way because they close at 5. I said I would come and wait, and he said we have one person waiting. I told him I would wait because my kitten is sick, and he refused. I told him I would call Dr. Ahmed, and he said okay. The doctor actually called back, but I didn’t notice the phone, and later, I called back and the same employee answered and told me to have him call again, but he wouldn’t call me back if I didn’t answer the phone. I said I'd wait until 4, and in the end, I went to any clinic to help my kitten because he was really sick, and ultimately, in the evening, he passed away. Thank God. Unfortunately, I used to see Dr. Ahmed a lot, he is really excellent and his treatment suits the illnesses very well, but teamwork is zero and their cooperation with people is really bad. My cat died because of them, and I went before looking for another doctor and registered with them because I knew Dr. Ahmed's treatment was excellent and my kitten was sick and I wanted to go to him, but God forgive that employee; it's all his fault.

Fantastic experience: Very good clinic as far as I know. Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Aziz both are excellent. We know our cat better after meeting these doctors here. Couple of times we visited them for some complaints about our cat and they checked the cat and told us he is alright, no issues, no treatment required. ( I know some clinics extracting money from us for blood test and some treatments, exploiting our lack of knowledge, even suggesting surgery). These both doctors genuinely care for animals. Dr. Aziz taught us how to groom our cat, about washing the cat and many more things. Perfect place for new pet owners who don't know much about pets . You can trust this clinic.

Negative experience: I asked the vet nicely why he was putting my bunny in a trance position while cutting his nails, the vet got offended and told me “we can hurt the owner, but will never hurt an animal” multiple times to me. After few sec my bunny screamed really loud. Like a scream of a crying baby in pain. I can shrugged off the offensive words, but the trauma he gave to my bunny was a BIG NO. This happened few months ago, but still felt guilty of bringing my baby to this clinic.

Negative experience: I tried to call many time to ask for doctor calling back to me if my dog issue can resolve he never call back .just like they try to say come and we will see then we will charge you consultation as I believe.

Negative experience: Very nice vet - not very good advice. told our dog that grinding her food into a powder should be okay since she stopped chewing - that caused her to have more tartar buildup and bacteria. Also said her calcium is low from blood test - but there are other factors to determine low calcium that aren’t from blood test so it wasn’t accurate info. Said her teeth are fine even though they’re rotten. And that her tumor can be benign as long as it doesn’t grow. When we get wrong info of “this is okay” we think there is nothing concerning and we aren’t ready for it when it gets worse. Didn’t note her cataract issue as well. But still a nice vet and gives some okay advice otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ahmed saved my cat's life! He and the whole team were patient, friendly, accommodating and genuinely cared for Simba. Dr Ahmed performed significant surgery on Simba to remove a sports bottle cap he had swollen whole! I must have paid around 4k, including all the X-rays, ultrasounds, overnight stays, soft tissue surgery, meds, food, etc. Honestly, we weren't sure if he would make it because of the inflammation that hard silicon caused in his stomach, but he took the proper steps and now my cat has fully recovered from the surgery and is back to his usual self again! Thank you so much.

My cat was very ill to the point that I didn't think she would survive, but by God's grace and the efficiency of the clinic's doctors, she recovered very quickly. Fantastic experience: The vet staff are very friendly. I took my cat for check up. the doctor was very honest. He told me my pet is going to die soon and even if he did surgery it will be useless as there was no hope because the disease has already spread and it is too late. It was sad to hear that but at least he was honest and did not just scam money out of me when there was no hope. The check up price is affordable. Thank you for your honesty and great service.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I have been taking our seven cats, birds and several strays to Dr. Aziz for over twenty years now. Dr. Aziz and his team- Ermy, Josie, Leo and Dr. Ahmed are simply the best and we trust them blindly with our pets. No wonder, our oldest cat is twenty now. He made it this far thanks to Dr. Aziz's care.

Negative experience: Overcharged for everything

Fantastic experience: Very good service for cat neutering, quick recovery. The doctor even clipped her nails and checked for other health issues, ear mites were found so medicine was prescribed and until now there is no problem with her. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It's been a while when we visited Deira Vet clinic, Probably its more than 1 year 2mos since our fluppy got ill, We visited Dr Ahmed for our cat check up due to teary eyes cause of stain to its eyelid, We got worried about this situation The moment Doc Ahmed check King We are thankfull it was normal and he got some eye drop medicine given for our fluffy one. Aside of that Doc Ahmed able to cleaned and checked King health and weight, its Good to know everything is fine and perfect about his condition. We've appreciated Doc Ahmed Duty as a Vet he was fantastic and cool Vet Doc In town. We got also information and instruction just incase we travel our pet in US by near future.

Fantastic experience: Do you guys have a cure for Kakariki bird broken wing? Please it is urgent. I went to other vet clinics and they said kakariki birds are small and they dont handle broken wing cases for them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Aziz are the best vets I've seen in a very long time. Their genuine love for animals, hands on approach and detailed diagnosis, panel of tests and treatment are above par, and without charging an arm and a leg for it. My 12 yo fur baby, a German Shepherd, was in such a bad state, but felt so calm and safe with them and all the amazing staff in the clinic. Bless you all and I will certainly refer everyone to you!

Fantastic experience: These reviews are 100% correct. The prices here are VERY reasonable compared to every other vet I've visited over the years. We brought our puppy in for vaccinations/rabies. Dr.Ahmed is an AMAZING vet. He is very polite, so professional and you can tell he truly cares about your pet, this is not just 'business'. Your reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. You guys have earned a customer for life, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Im giving 5 stars after just reading all the comments. We are in your area an industrial factory. During beginning of Pandemic a stray Cat gave biirth to 4 kitten in the warehouse in hidden place. and after that 2 kitten died and the mom took the third and disappeared and one kitten last. I kept daily feeding it till it become now big and healthy. I would llike to do the basic necessary care for it if possible to make sure it stay healthy. Can i have a beginner package cost so i will make a buget for it and bring it to you. Thanks

Negative experience: Worst service, worst treatment. We contacted Deira Veterinary Clinic in Al Qusais area, and after explaining the urgent situation of our cat that needed surgery quickly, they agreed. The doctor checked her and told us that the surgery would cause her death, so we had to keep her for a few days while giving her some medications to strengthen her liver, among others. He spoke with great confidence and indeed injected her with some medications. I stayed next to the cat for about an hour, then left for work, leaving her in good condition, only for the doctor to call me two hours later to inform me that she was in very bad condition and might die at any moment. I felt he was trying to absolve himself because he kept insisting that the 'best doctor' would have done exactly what he did, but her condition was very difficult, plus he later discovered she was infected with feline leukemia virus. After the call, I burst into tears, then collected myself and called him again to tell him I was coming to see her. He stammered and said they close at seven. Of course, I didn’t know that they actually close like stores at a certain time, leaving the animals inside the clinic without care or supervision. On my way there, I called the clinic number, but there was no response. I called the emergency number posted on their page, and again, no one answered, even though it was six in the evening. Finally, I got the owner's number to ask for the number of the person who is there at night to take care of the animals, and he told me he had gone home and couldn’t return, and no one stays there at night. I then went into a state of hysteria—how could they leave my cat, who they said was in critical condition, alone? He said in this case, the doctor there would take care of her, and there was no need to worry. When I asked why he didn’t answer the phone, he said he was alone and couldn’t take calls, but since I was going, I would find him. Of course, it was all a lie, and to my shock, when I arrived, the clinic door was locked as if it were a warehouse, and there was no one inside. I knocked on the door and called all the numbers written on it without success. Finally, I called the clinic owner again; he didn’t answer and then turned off his phone. I had no choice but to call the police, who were very understanding. They tried to contact the clinic owner, but of course, it was closed, and they couldn’t force the door open. I found myself in an enviable position with my cat trapped in the clinic warehouse in a critical state, maybe even dead; otherwise, why would they evade me? Unfortunately, I could do nothing but wait until morning. You can imagine how last night was, as if someone were puncturing my eyes every second with an unbearable pain and torment. And how far away the morning was; you can imagine that! I called them in the morning to receive the terrible news, knowing they hadn’t contacted us to inform us. On the phone, one of the workers there told me she died in the morning, but they didn’t know at what time. We went there, and the doctor spoke to me coldly, repeating meaningless nonsense to the effect of 'I waited for you, but you were late.' I bombarded him with questions: why didn’t you call before leaving? How do you leave a cat in critical condition alone? The answer was that 'this is how we work; we don’t have a night service.' So how do you accept a case that requires that? He attempted to rectify the situation by saying there was a nurse who checks on the patients at night to look after them and give them medication. When did she die? Midnight. After a futile discussion, he said she died at two in the morning and wrote in the medical report, which I ensured was prepared at three, as you can see, there was much inconsistency and illogic. I told him that the virus he told us she was infected with doesn’t kill, and a cat can live with it for nine years, so how did she die suddenly? His response was: 'She had some complications because the fetus died in her belly.' So why did you refuse to perform the surgery as the doctor in the other clinic told us? The response was that the surgery would kill her directly. Then the clinic owner came to ask me rudely what the problem was, so I asked him if he was the one who hung up the phone last night when my cat was trapped there. He said rudely as well, 'Of course, since you say I am unqualified and don't do my job well.' Then he asked if my cat suffered from diabetes, can you imagine that he didn’t even examine her or ask about her? Perhaps I forgot to mention some details that might be important. Finally, we filed a case, and the clinic received a warning while waiting for the investigations to be completed.

Negative experience: We initially called this clinic for 2 night stay (cat boarding)for our cat, they said we'll charge you of 50 aed/ night, 1 day before we called again to check if they are open on Fridays they said yes but when we asked about charge they said 60 aed / night!!!! Then i went and asked for 2 night stay they said no; it'll be 3 night stay!!! Why , they replied as we're closed on Sunday as its an official holiday..ok but we need a check out On sunday they said no you can only collect it on Monday!! So you guys will be closing on sunday without pet supervision!! They said no we'll be here but no checking out???!!! In addition; on inspecting the room for holding the cats it was extremely cold with no light!!! When we wanted to talk to a manager on duty they denied that. That's truly non professional behaviour. And this way of treating people wont ever get this clinic any future customers.

Fantastic experience: Our cat his name is king was so sick that time,we went to one vet clinic in abu hail the doctor told us that our cat was having a blockage of crystal,2wks of treatment evrytime we went to the clinic his just injecting pain reliever and no medicine prescription atleast, until we noticed our cat condition is becoming more worst. His not eating anymore & just only drinking water, but king is still fighting its so hard to believe that for 8 days of no eating he survived. We lose hope, and already thinking he will leave us soon. One day i saw him really striving to stand up and tried to eat atleast, until we decided to check the best vet doctor and clinic. Hoping that our cat could survive.We found in the net and read some reviews about Deira Vetirinary Clinic in Al Ghusaiz, we came to know Dr. Ahmed . He was so nice, very expert in his field, he explained evrythng to us gave us a lot of information about the condition of our cat. He checked, performed the emergency treatment since king is in emergency condition. Not eating no solid food taken for 8days, squatting evry minute evry corner in the house, sneezing and vommiting.we really did not expect so its true just like one pet owner commented to Dr Ahmed accdg to her Dr. Ahmed has a magic hand,and its proven i could really recommend Dr. Ahmed based on our experienced in his clinic , ur cat will survived.Dr. Ahmed will even teach you some technique on how to give medicine to ur cat that will make it easy for u. Right now here is king before coming to the clinic and after. Now his totally fine,hyper active cat,lovable,sweet and playfull. Thank you Dr. Ahmed your the best

Negative experience: So i had taken my parrot to this veterinary clinic and i met Dr Aziz. Firstly, when i asked him about the price before starting the treatment he said don't worry about the price and refused to tell me the price. Then, i had basically taken my parrot to trim her nails and since she had a wound in her tail because of biting it the doctor saw her found and applied some moisturizing (That's what he said) and he was very rude in talking and was treating my bird very badly and unprofessionally and i could see that she was in pain. While he was cut her nails, he didn't do the also the right way and she was bleeding and he was showing me that if you do it too deeply it bleeds. Later he saw the wound and suggested to put a collar which he put in very rough manner and my parrot was in pain. After he put the collar, that was also not the right way. I could see that my parrot was getting choked because he put it too tight. He first thought of stapling the collar, which didn't work and then he decided to use the tape. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! When i asked him any questions regarding the bird he would give me blunt and vague reply. After i left the clinic my bird looked very uncomfortable and was choking because of how he put the collar and the collar was hurting her tail wound and she again started bleeding just after few minutes i left that stupid clinic. I went back to the clinic and asked 'DR AZIZ' to remove the collar. Now talking about the cost, which was super expensive and pricey. Firstly, i never asked him about the consultation. Secondly, he refused to tell me the cost before the treatment. Thirdly, He unnecessary charged me for his stupid and unwanted advice which he called consultation. I couldn't believe it that i just took for nail cutting and ended up paid AED 200/-. He charged me AED 40/- just for nail cutting whereas outside they would charge barely AED 15/- and do it in a better manner than what he did. Then, charged me AED 100/- for the consultation which was not required and was nonsense. Then he charged me AED 50/- for the collar where it would cost AED 10/- outside. When i asked why would you charge me AED 50/- he said " Because i also put the collar" I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND the doctor MR AZIZ or clinic. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. That place is more like to loot people and take advantage of their emotions. People like DR AZIZ Seem to be highly dangerous treating pets and such people should not hold any license to treat pets. He Almost would have choked and killed my bird.

Fantastic experience: I took a sick cat there, and when the doctor knew i had adopted her after she was abandoned by her former owner, he offered to treat her for free. I love this place!!

Negative experience: Had visited this clinic on 31st dec 2019 to show my Grey African bird who was suffering from self feather plucking. I was assigned Dr. Azziz who apparently was known to be a nice doc and would be also in treating pet/birds. But my only regret going to this clinic specially with Dr. Azziz, was his way of behavior/treatment to the birds/pets owner. Well am not a doc nor a bird expert due to which I come to the doc to show the pet to get him fixed for whatever amount and give it a good life but here the doc expect us to be a doc the way he talks/coverse with the client is thoroughly Unaccepted and very rude. Am surely never coming back to this clinic cause the way he treat the client rudely. Secondly the clinic is waayyyyyyyyyy expensive. The doc fixed a acrylic collar and charged me 300 solely for the collar which in Sharjah market is for 80, how is it even fair. My friend takes her cat to this clinic with another doc so may be the clinic is good but a BIG NO from me just cause of the doc I was assigned which was the only option for birds. No offense to the doc but Buddy you need some improvement with your way of talking to the clients.

Fantastic experience: Finally we have found our vet !!! After a horrible experience from another clinic we were recommended to contact Dr Azziz who somehow managed to make it all perfect. We gave him my cat who didn't eat for 5 days because of an infection, she was too weak to even walk so he kept her 24 hours and took the best care of her and she is now running and finally eating again. He also took the time to make a couple of phone calls to keep me updated and even called the next day after she came back home to see how was my cat. Wonderful vet who really cares about our pets. Fantastic experience: Have known Dr. Aziz since 2005. I first meet him to spay my persian cat. He explained to me at that time , its better for overall health of the pets . And by ALLAH'S wish she is now a healthy 17.5 year old Senior cat. :)) He has a big kind heart as a human being. And as a vet he has the required knowledge and experience to treat your pets in a calm and gentle way. He always meets his patients with a smile. I saw him today for my 6 year old tsitzu for a constipation . He explained to me what he should eat and how to treat it in a simple way. Negative experience: My African Grey Parrot named Jules has been left in a professional vet shop with more experienced doctors to pass away. Dr Ali told me that my parrot was healthy just by looking at it, not sure how he got the Job. These are birds who hide there illness. It had a PBFD virus which was fetal and day by day the white cells decreased and we got to know this by a blood test done. I sent you videos and pictures and you were suggesting me by telling me the word "Maybe" this just shows how professional ya'll are. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: My 9 weeks old kitten had been puking and literally just sleeping all day so we took her to a vet where they gave her some treatment but it didn’t help. Then we took her to Dr. Ahmad at deira vet and the medicines and food he prescribed worked wonders and helped my kitten recover in no time. Prices are also good. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: After hospitalizing my car for 2 days my cat missing a claw and one 1 fang. His pawn is covered in blood, I don’t understand how this wasn’t notice in the clinic. People we are in 2018 this is a must for all the clinics to have the facilities !! If they are treating in this way the customers imagine how they will take care of your beloved pets!!!
