Negative experience: My experience with them is very, very bad. There is no credibility at all in their words or prices. I traveled from Abu Dhabi to Dubai specifically based on the types and prices I was given, and in a chat between me and the employee, in the end, she tells me, 'No, you misunderstood.' I honestly do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I visited Klinika Sabah and I don't want to go to another clinic. The clinic is incredibly comfortable; I felt at home with their warm welcome and service rated 10/10. Special thanks to Dr. Susan and her assistant Faiza. The doctor is amazing, Mashallah, and she has a light touch, don't let her leave, haha. Assistant Faiza also did not let us down, honestly. Thank you, Klinika Sabah, and may it get better and better, God willing.

Positive experience: The clinic is excellent in terms of reception and services. Honestly, Dr. Iyad is an artist in every sense of the word and is very patient. He tells you if something fits or not, and he would never do something excessive. He listens before starting any procedure, an artist, an artist, Mashallah. But there is one minor issue, which is the delay; everything else is great. Dr. Sabah does not hold back with great offers, and Dr. Omar is also an artist.

Negative experience: Girls, I swear to God, they scammed me and I paid about 60,000 and the procedure turned out to be a lie. I contacted them and they ignored me, and when I spoke to Sabah, she avoided me. My advice is to stay away from this clinic. I saw many women complaining when I went there, and when I asked Ilham, she said it was the girls' fault and tried to convince me, but I later discovered that the girls were telling the truth and they are the scammers. Don’t underestimate yourselves; I regretted it more than ever. O God, I have conveyed the message, O God, bear witness. For the record, I have all the evidence, I consulted several doctors, and they all told me Sabah scammed me. On top of that, Sabah took the money and ghosted me. Just so you know, I will file a case against her, and many girls have filed cases against her and won, even the doctors who used to be with her filed cases against her and won. My advice is not to believe her; she is a liar and a scammer.

Negative experience: One of the worst hospitals I've dealt with. There is no credibility, no proper approach, and no respect for the patient. On top of that, they are delaying the refund; it's been two months and I still haven't received the amount I paid. No one responds when we contact the officials, and if they do respond, it's with a lack of enthusiasm, as if they are the ones paying us for the procedure. I hope Dr. Sabah stops advertising for the hospital and focuses on administrative matters, because the staff she has is not qualified to deal with patients in a smooth and logical way. Thank God I didn't carry out the procedure with them, and I'm waiting to get the refund which seems like it will take a year to get back. Furthermore, I agree with the written comments; they want to charge the patient huge amounts for anything, even if it’s not worth it. I would like to file an official complaint against the hospital due to the poor staff working there, and I hope some of the employees receive training on how to deal with people without mentioning names. The star I gave was forced because the hospital does not deserve even one star in my opinion.

Positive experience: Great experience and I recommend visiting the hospital. The service is excellent with the doctors and all the staff.

Negative experience: The worst hospital and no one else should contact me and tell me to delete the comment. You blocked me from email so people won't see my comment. It's fine, you only care about celebrities and no one deals with you. I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Omar and unfortunately, he took 8000 dirhams for nothing but waiting for hours in the hospital, and then they take the phone and rate themselves. This is the result of eyelid surgery with them.

Negative experience: My recent experience was bad compared to previous years. I took the offer on June 4th. I was honestly interested in botox and got filler in my chin. The filler created a bump and it burst, and it comes out whenever I press on it. When I went for a touch-up for the botox (which is what matters most to me) and told the doctor, he said it's normal... it's the first time this has happened to me and it was painful. Of course, the improvement in the offer was not noticeable at all, but I wasn't as concerned about that as I was about the botox. The important thing is that after a month and a half, the botox faded. Usually, it lasts with me for 3 months in other places, and it's the same Korean product, but the price is much lower. I regret this experience. I am paying the installments but there is no result. I don’t like to write a bad review, but this is my experience and I was upset about the amount.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the worst clinic I have dealt with in terms of following up on appointments and the long waiting times. The substances they inject have an immediate effect that disappears quickly. They are commercial, focused on making you pay and then discussing the types of materials they use. If you change your mind, it's too late for you. One of my friends was not informed that they had promotions. It seems to depend on whether someone feels like telling you or not.

Negative experience: The worst clinic I've dealt with. I had a belly operation in 2021 and dealt with someone named Maryam. Literally, all she cared about was money. I used to consult her before the operation, and she was always present. When I asked her about the doctor, she'd say he was traveling. I had to see the doctor only once. Before the operation, I had the procedure done, and the doctor messed up my belly button, creating a terrible result in every sense of the word. I suffered for three months afterward from pain and exhaustion, and the outcome was extremely bad. I communicated this to the doctor, who told me to wait for a year. After a year, it got worse and worse. Then he told me to pay and he would redo the operation for me. I contacted the clinic, and they repeated the operation in 2022, but nothing changed. The operation was still terrible. Imagine, even after the second operation, I'm still suffering from pain in the belly button area, and the cause is unknown. My belly is not in shape and is bloated, despite working out and keeping fit. May Allah forgive them for what they've done to me because what happened was truly horrible. If there was a rating lower than one star, I would give them that. They responded to me with conflicting information without even confirming anything.

Fantastic experience: Overall, the style and interaction from all the staff are very classy.... As for Dr. Elias, he is very skilled and a fantastic artist; his hands are gentle and his work is excellent.

Negative experience: I booked 5 PRP hair sessions at the clinic and paid for them in full. After the third session, the staff member interrupted me while I was with the doctor and told me to pay for the session! Even though she knew I had paid for 5 sessions. When I told her that I had paid for all the sessions, she said, 'I will check and get back to you!' As I was leaving the doctor's office, she told me that honestly, I should pay for an additional session because the doctor took blood from me twice! Or we will count it as two sessions out of the 5 sessions you paid for! It is well known in all clinics that a PRP session is counted by the session, not by the number of blood draws! The doctor took 2 or 3 vials but the price is determined by the session only!! Honestly, this does not make sense. I felt like the staff member wanted to make me pay money by any means necessary! I did not like this treatment at all.

Negative experience: I visited the clinic for a skin cleansing appointment, and the price for the service was extremely inflated. I paid 838 dirhams for a cleansing that lasted 20 minutes!!!

We all ask her what she did, and she says it was a beauty injection with Dr. Iyass at Clinica Sabah. Mashallah, I'm going to book an appointment with him after seeing what he did for Mom, and she always tells me to go to my doctor because he is the best doctor in the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had fillers done with Dr. Ayas, he is amazing at his work. A person who fears God and is not materialistic at all, only does what is necessary with precision and care.

Negative experience: Honestly, I do not recommend anyone to do contouring, tightening, and liposuction with them. They took money from me under the pretext that they would perform liposuction, and there was no change at all. When I went back to see Sabah herself, she told me to come back in 3 months to see the results. If you’re not satisfied, we can redo it. I swear I completed the 3 months and when I called to make an appointment, they said there was a new procedure that I would have to pay for, which was almost 40,000 for the previous payment. I asked them about the procedure done by your doctor, and I swear he made my body worse. I called Sabah and she tried to brush it off. I asked how she could say to come back in 3 months and now they want me to pay for everything. I opened up and read the reviews, and they tried to brush me off. So I do not recommend anyone to go there. I went to the Bilaroma clinic and they corrected it, thank God, Lord of the worlds.

Negative experience: I had lip filler done there, the worst filler I’ve had in my life, for the first time it moved and clumped the filler in my lips and it all went up. I started having lumps and bumps on my lips, I told the doctor several times and he said as long as it’s not visible, it’s fine. This time they didn’t use Juvederm, I don’t know why since I always use that material and it usually works perfectly for me and I didn’t feel that the texture of my lips changed, but the material I had done there made my lips as hard as a rock. I contacted them and they said come in and we will refund you the money, but what about the money I paid? Plus, my sister paid 6000 there and didn’t benefit from it at all. Thank you.

Negative experience: They don't have a commitment to time, and when it comes to following up on appointments, it doesn't matter, of course. Every time there's a delay, I just stay quiet and let it go. The last incident happened today; they had called me the day before to confirm the appointment a million times, and I had booked the appointment a week ago. When I arrived on time, they made me wait half an hour, and after half an hour, they told me to wait another hour because the doctor was in surgery and would be late. This is not my fault; the doctor is in surgery. You don't respect the appointment times, and you have no discipline; you don't respect people's time. Please don't keep calling me more than a million times and causing me distress just to get there on time. You all should take a time management course, including those who work at the reception, and organize the appointments before you inconvenience others.

Negative experience: I was shocked by the poor level of cleanliness in the clinic. The floors were covered in hair and dust, and the cleaning staff was mopping with a mop that needs to be replaced constantly without using a vacuum cleaner first to suck up the dust or hair!! The air conditioner is dripping water, indicating it needs maintenance.. The cleaning staff needs someone to teach and train them to clean the rooms, and the staff should take the details of weight, height, etc. along with a nurse!! The area is hot and the bathrooms (pardon the expression) need obvious cleaning as they do not seem to use any cleaning and disinfecting materials! The smell of the clinic is like Dettol, as if you just entered a toilet.. The management of Klinika morning, I hope you will look into the clinic's situation.

Dr. Iyass truly deserves appreciation; I never felt pain and there was no kind of exploitation. He informs the patient about what they need, and if they don’t need it, he wouldn’t agree to do it. He explains everything in detail. Regarding the clinic, all the staff are very cooperative, especially the receptionist, Yara, who was very sweet and had a classy approach.

I did a treatment which already expensive while they said is offer just to not give me my discount from my discount card and I said it’s okay .. Dr told me results are sure and will be there during one month .. after one month nothing change at all my skin got worst all area he touched till now I have pain in it and my money goes on paying for my pain nothing change at all … I told them they didn’t even care at all or call or apologize or anything .. unfortunately I waist my money.. حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل
