Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Ryan International Clinics recently, where I underwent dental scaling and polishing as well as a laser hair reduction session using the Candela machine. For my dental treatment, Dr. Vamasri was extremely professional and gentle. She explained each step of the procedure in detail, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Nurse Sojiya was equally wonderful — very caring and attentive, ensuring I felt at ease the entire time. The dental procedure was smooth, painless, and the results were fantastic. For my laser hair reduction, Nurse Gopika handled the session. She was highly skilled, patient, and took the time to explain the process, aftercare, and what to expect. The procedure was very comfortable, and I felt safe under her guidance Thanks to your team from the reception to at the end.

Front office staff is extremely welcoming, cooperative and friendly. Technicians are well experienced and know their job very well, especially Ms. Sudheena. Negative experience: Dear Greeting I have been a customer at your medical clinic for the past 7 years, but I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I have received. I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic to any potential customers. The staff members lack the necessary experience and skills to properly serve customers. Despite promises to call me back on three different occasions, no one from the clinic, including individuals named Manager Asif and Anas, has followed through. The new management at the clinic has failed to effectively oversee operations. Earlier today, I was given an appointment for 8:00 PM by a staff member named Joslie, only to be told upon arrival that there was no record of my appointment. This is unacceptable, and it is clear that time is being wasted due to disorganization and incompetence. I sincerely hope that you will address these issues promptly and take necessary actions to improve the overall service quality at the clinic. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to VPM clinic for a while now and I am extremely satisfied with their services. Very competitive prices and highly qualified personnel. The dental department helped me out with a dental implant issue that no other clinic in Dubai could solve. I won't go into details but they surely went the extra mile. They really do care about their customer and they are quality-driven rather than business-driven , which is something very rare to find nowadays. Don't doubt it, just go there and thank me later!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Doc sadhana was my doctor, though she was a good doctor but excuses on every session abt my skin plus they hv very limited stock. All the time it's out stock etc etc. Done microneedling with 4 sessions but not even a Lil change. Even my face greeting more rough and got acne. Don't waste your money with them..

Negative experience: The worst place ever they took my money for the consultation however when I went in to the doctor she doesn’t have the product and she told me sorry we are out of stock we need to apply it takes some days so how about the consultation fee that I paid oh sorry that’s not returned as you saw the doctor. I said that’s not my mistake if you don’t have the product from the depart you should tell that’s we don’t have products not go inside just to take the fees I will raise a complain to Ajman authorities I’m not recommending the place to anyone go to alternative place instead
