Fantastic experience: I had a facial with Zainab knowing that I am pregnant and my skin is sensitive and tired, and I needed a cleansing. I have never regretted choosing the British center and I was lucky to have Zainab, who did a skin cleansing suitable for my skin's needs while avoiding the use of any harmful substances during the session. The result was clean and lovely skin, and she was great with the skincare tips. I really recommend Zainab if you decide to do facial there!

Negative experience: I contacted them on Instagram privately to book a session for EMyoung. I was shocked by the response I received.. they told me, 'Sorry brother, the department is currently closed for men.' What does that mean.. this is new to me, honestly. I have dealt with many beauty clinics, but this is the first time I see such a response.. I hope someone from management will contact me and explain what happened because there is no such thing as a closed department for men in beauty clinics.

Fantastic experience: I had a hydrafacial with the specialist who does the facial and her work is excellent, especially in cleaning. I also had a medical dermaplaning with Anna, I like her and I have been doing it with her every month. I also tried the exosome dermapen with her and the results are amazing; it reduces fine lines and slight pigmentation.

Positive experience: I had laser treatment there, it was fairly good but there were many areas that the specialist missed and forgot.

Negative experience: They are not committed to appointments and their services are poor. I took a lip filling package and didn't see any results, and I didn't complete the sessions because there was no benefit at all.

Negative experience: The worst clinic I've ever visited in my life. I had a hard time getting an appointment, and they kept saying there were no available slots. Before going, I informed them I wanted a specific doctor for laser treatment and mentioned the machine I wanted. during my wait, the receptionist said the Candela machine was not working . Why didn’t they call me before reaching there? I chose another machine .. the doctor came and said someone else might handle the procedure because they needed her in the emergency room (: After that, another woman who I think was not specialized in laser treatment came in, and I am still dealing with the wounds she caused on my leg. I do not recommend going to this clinic.

Negative experience: The treatment was harsh and bad, and the two girls at the reception don't understand anything at all. They only work to receive a salary, they have no understanding whatsoever, and their attitude is very, very poor.

Negative experience: The service is very bad. I worked with them for laser sessions and they burned my body more than once. They altered my face; I've been treating it for 8 months and it's still not right. The ones who do the laser are not good at all. I've tried most of them and they knew my body is sensitive, yet they don't take precautions. Very very very bad. They burned me and my friends.

I want my eyebrows to keep moving, and I told her 4 times that I don’t mind some wrinkles don’t inject too much… yet she did inject too much and my eyebrows are not moving! I contacted the center and they didn’t even have the curtsy to apologize for their mistake

Negative experience: The experience is really frustrating, you pay a significant amount for a service that you feel you are being treated poorly. I agreed with them on the transparent braces service since October, and the plan was for me to finish it within 6 months. Up until now, they have added almost two months to my timeline. To receive the braces, I have to constantly chase them to find out when it will be finished and when they can schedule an appointment. Shouldn't the client know how committed the clinic should be to the patient? Or does the client have to run after their rights? The last appointment for the braces was supposed to be on Thursday, but they postponed it to Saturday and then to Tuesday. I attended on Tuesday, they worked on the braces and I was supposed to receive the braces today. I chased them today for the delivery, and of course, I faced humiliation before they told me there was a delay and that I should wait another two days? Shouldn’t they have informed me about the delay and the reasons for the demands for money and other reasons I mentioned? If someone wants to be treated poorly, they should consult them.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible dental care. Worst dental care i've ever recieved. I went there to have a crown done. The doctor did the crown and everything and she kept saying how strong of a material it was and i was very impressed. It was very expensive and i expected it to be very good. It fell after TWO WEEKS while i was chewing GUM!!!! I went back there with the crown that fell and had it put again and it fell again after a little while and caused a bigger issue!!!! Each time i had to go back there the doctor kept drilling mt tooth and drilling until there was nothing left of it and put the crown over it and it fell for the 3RD TIME!!! Aside from the crown, which is fallen at the moment but i will not bother going back there again, i had a filling done there because there was a bit of cavity, and the tooth hurts me way more than it did before i did the filling. Absolute horrible dental care. Do better.

I have tried almost all of their departments; it's one of the best experiences possible. Negative experience: I don’t recommend them at all.. the clinic is very materialistic.. I paid the amount through Tabi for procedures agreed upon with the receptionist and the doctor.. I told them I would do it later, from 23/1 until now every time I went for my appointment they tell me to come back later because the lip dissolving is still ongoing, come back later for the face because it’s swollen, come back later, and every time they come up with an excuse.. I later discovered that the substance they were supposed to inject into my face doesn't even exist, and every time they procrastinate so that I won't reveal that they charged me for non-existent injections and they don't know when it will be available.. So to ensure they get the money, the doctor mistakenly performed a procedure on me and reduced the amount from what I paid and told me there are no procedures for me to do, and I will currently file a complaint with consumer protection.. Additionally, I paid 1700 for the filler dissolving substance, and in the finest clinics in Dubai and elsewhere, this amount is not reached.. When I requested the second appointment for re-dissolving because I didn't get satisfactory results, the doctor and the manager refused.. and the manager is very materialistic.. Be cautious of the doctor, she performs procedures for you and you are shocked by the price and she says by mistake or don’t worry you won’t pay, and then you are shocked at the reception when it’s time to pay.
