Fantastic experience: I have had a pretty good experience with Live'ly. My deliveries were always on time and the Dietitian was extremely helpful and always happy to assist me with my menu changes.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service no options the team on WhatsApp doesn’t even bother answering and the dietitian aya literally lies to your face

Positive experience: True the system is so outdated, but this Is the only edible healthy food with right results if you stick to the plan without cheating

Positive experience: I didn't have a great experience with them, there are many companies now in dubai worth trying.

Negative experience: All they care about is money and horrible customer experience.

Fantastic experience: Perfect nutrition center, very professional, food very tasty and the results were as expected. I enrolled many times, it’s a place I like to go back to it every while.

Negative experience: Why there are no option to return the payment for the bag online why we have to come and collect our money cash now during Covid … bad option I got shocked come and collect your money this was the feedback

Fantastic experience: I’ve been the customer of Live’ly for more than 2 years as a daily meal plans customer. Their food is very good for a healthy food, very attentive to customers’ comments and very professional, i truly appreciate all of their efforts.

Negative experience: Pretty horrible customer service- management is so bad even the employees speak negatively of the company and how stringent their policies are, they need weeks advance notices for anything which is not feasible at this point! years ago their meals were good not sure if thats the case now never got to that point thanks to the pretty bad customer service which just had a very hostile attitude..

Negative experience: Worst experience ever, misleading information, playing with words on the menu, very low portions with loads of carbs, worst quality of food and when you complain nothing is done. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED and NOT WORTH The money!!

Negative experience: The most unprofessional nutrition service in Dubai- worst management! Worst customer service! They canceled my balance AED1000 worth of package just because I was 7days late resuming it! Think twice before signing up with them! Or maybe , hire a lawyer so you can protect yourself!

Fantastic experience: Good food, really accurate calories calculations abd worked well for me Slow paced diet ( if without sports ) but suited me better than other companies
