Fantastic experience: Hands down the best meal prep restaurant i ever tryed and i tryed many from the high end and from the cheap , this restaurant serves the best i liked how they handle the calories and have a customized menu send weekly by whats app they have minimum error and the food quality is top so good its a bit expensive but i guess it worth it . However the dining in restaurant is not my thing its way expensive i think food compared to quality should be less by 20% of the meantime prices to be fair but over all its been a great experience

Negative experience: I recently tried the 5-day meal plan with this service, and it was a huge disappointment. The food was bland, tasteless, and honestly, just not enjoyable at all. After giving it a few days to see if it improved, I reached out to share my concerns, but the response was completely unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging my feedback or offering any kind of apology, they just started talking about the money and how they don’t offer refunds. I never asked for a refund, I just wanted to voice my dissatisfaction with the food. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers’ experience. I definitely won’t be recommending this service to anyone.

Positive experience: Overall service is good and servers are very friendly. Somehow the food in this branch isn’t like other branches. Burger was cooked perfectly just lacks flavor.

If you sit at the table and look at the menu, you will see how expensive it is, and you might change your opinion about it. Positive experience: The food is good but there is no attention to orders or customers. Orders are ignored. Unfortunately, this happened to me several times. I would order and when I arrive, I wait two hours and then they tell me you didn’t order or sorry we forgot your order.

As Professional Jiu-Jitsu Athlete, I need to fulfill my body with good and nutrition food, and Protein House have exactly this combo: delicious food + good nutrients. They have everything writen on the package, wich makes my life too much easier and practice for count my macros (carbs, fats, proteins, calories) and also when I craving for a sweet, they have the best, without sugar but with an amazing taste.

They sell some sport shoes t shirts and mugs. You can also order a cup of coffee as well.. prices are reasonable and affordable. You can have pancakes and breakfast....you need to check their menus...

They served the food extremely late and as we were eating they said it’s closing time and produced the bill expecting us to get up unfinished though they were around 15 more people seated who were waiting for their dinner still yet to be served .Funny bit is instead of being sorry for the extreme slow sluggish service which was their fault they were disrespectful. Very sluggish and awful service!

Fantastic experience: I am not sure why but here in this Al Warqaa Mall, you can find multiple athlete oriented restaurants. I tried Cajun Chicken Bawl in this Protein House and it was tasty. What is more, the protein shake called “Hulk” was just amazing. You can take protein very deliciously.

I’m sorry, but it’s not worth it at all. I do not recommend you and it’s expensive for nothing. Even the juices are no good, honestly, don’t go.
