Negative experience: I can't even give it one star, it's really a shame. I had to do it just to activate the post. It's chaotic and disorganized, the appointments are terrible, very bad, one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. Their only goal is profit; they give you an appointment and then keep laughing at you and moving you from room to room just to make you leave. And those five minutes they tell you to wait for the doctor turns into two hours. They don't care whether you have a baby with you or not. The cosmetic doctor has no respect for the patients; his attitude was very bad, and there was no respect or appreciation. What happened to me today makes me never want to consider receiving any treatment there, even if they offered everything for free. I waited for 4 hours with a baby after the initial appointment. The treatment I wanted only takes 5 minutes, but I was moved from room to room without any consideration. Everyone who came after me was treated first because they were getting expensive treatments; they fear losing a patient who pays a high price and make those who need simple treatments wait. In the end, the doctor left for lunch and abandoned the patients. When I tried to tell him that I had a baby, he didn't even bother to respond or turn his face away and say a word or even apologize for the delay. He just turned away and went to his room as if he didn't hear anyone. Is it really possible that there are still doctors like this? When I told them I wanted my money back, they refused, saying it was already in the system! The important thing is that I got my money back. I'm shocked by such bad treatment from these doctors, unfortunately.

Negative experience: Worst clinic to ever go to, even if the services are for free i wouldnt recommend to even try visiting. They have so much attitude, they will always change ur appointment date,time anf change the technician ur used to working with without even informing you & when you ask for your right they will pit the blame on the customer as usual. Whenever u ask for a supervisor she is never there as usual. !!!!! WORST CLINIC EVER

Negative experience: The center has changed a lot since the time I last visited. My sister told me that everything had changed, but I didn't believe it until I saw it myself. Unfortunately, they care more about you taking promotions, even if you don't need them, than about you getting something you actually want. The most important thing is that you pay, even if you're not convinced, just to go through the process so they can secure their profits. They send an employee to you who moves around and brings you anxiety while talking, and the doctor speaks, and you don't understand why or what their role is. This is not comfortable for the patient. The same employee grabs you upon entry and tries to point out your flaws, making you dislike yourself so that you do something you’re not convinced of. Because of this, I didn’t take any offers, I didn’t pay, and I’m not even thinking about going back to the clinic again.

Fantastic experience: مركز أوركيد الطبي في الشارقة أفضل عيادة تجميل على الإطلاق سواء من حيث الطاقم أو المواعيد أو الجو او الأسعار ، و اللي عنده شكوى من شيء بإمكانه الذهاب والشكوى في العيادة، الأبواب مفتوحة و بيرضونهم بالتأكيد، لكن اللي يريد لفت الانتباه و الصياح في المواقع بالتأكيد عنده نية سيئة في نفسه وبالنهاية ما بيحصل على اللي يبغيه بهذه الطريقة الرخيصة ، مركز أوركيد الطبي ليس "من" أفضل المراكز الطبية ولكنه "أفضل" مركز تجميل في الشارقة على أعلى مستوى من الاحترافية والتعامل والتجهيزات والأناقة والأسعار التي لا مثيل لها. It is the best cosmetic clinic ever, whether in terms of staff, appointments, atmosphere, and everything. Anyone who complains about something can go and complain at the clinic, the doors are open and they will definitely be satisfied. However, anyone who wants to draw attention to the sites definitely has a bad intention in themselves and will not get what they want in this cheap way. Orchid Medical Center is not one of the best medical centers, but it is the "best" cosmetic center in Sharjah at the highest level of professionalism, dealing, equipment, elegance, and unparalleled prices.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Orchid Medical Center for five years. Honestly, I have tried all their services. First, the Botox they offer is very excellent and lasts more than 5 months. Honestly, the materials are good. I recommend dealing with them; they are very excellent.

Negative experience: Good work but never went in at the appointment been 3 times here and you have to wait at least 40 minutes after your actual appointment time to get in actually so there is no point of taking appointments at this clinic cause you’ll still wait for an hour or more to see the doctor.

Negative experience: One of the worst centers in terms of service and treatment. They take your money and don't provide any service. I advise everyone not to deal with them. After they take your money, they don't give you appointments and they make you sign papers. They understand the meaning of paperwork. Be careful, people!

Negative experience: Very, very bad experience with teeth cleaning. I don't know if the materials are unsterilized or if the cleaning method is wrong, but it caused me severe inflammation in the gums, redness, and terrible pain. This has never happened to me before, and now I'm on medication with awful pain. I mean, we pay money to get sick and lose even more. I do not recommend this place. I am waiting for the botox results, and I will share my opinion about that too. I do not recommend botox at all. They persuaded me to get the most expensive type because they said the results are good. Imagine, after I did it, the lines didn't go away. They say it takes time for the results, but I only saw a shine on my forehead, and the lines are still there. I will not forgive them for a single dirham they took from me without me seeing results.

This is the first clinic I've entered where I asked for a service and they fulfilled it just as I wanted and more. The first credit goes to sister Rawan because she understood my request and directed me to the right person. Dr. Samah is beautiful in heart and soul, and without any flattery, today my gratitude goes to Dr. Samah who amazed me with the result that I personally never imagined. I suffer from a dental problem and I have a phobia of dental clinics, but despite all my fears, the treatment started and finished in record time without me feeling it. Mashallah, her hands are gentle and her spirit is beautiful, making you feel comfortable and relaxed during the treatment. In any other clinic, my treatment would normally take months, and some might refuse, but Dr. Samah made a huge miracle for me in approximately 10 to 15 sessions, and the clinic prioritized my treatment because I was traveling. I recommend everyone who wants to see results and be in safe hands, especially those who have a phobia of dental clinics, to go to Dr. Samah. Of course, I cannot deny the service and the classy reception from all the girls at the reception, and of course, the reception and Dr. Mona’s follow-up is heartwarming... Thanks to everyone without exception.

I had a consultation with Dr. Bashar and had Botox, filler, and a glow injection done. All the products were opened in front of me. I thank Nadine, she was very cheerful, and I was scared, but she held my hand and reassured me. I truly felt comfortable and finished, and now it has been over a month, and I am very happy with the results. I appreciate their honesty, but the waiting time could be a bit long, and a small note is that the reception needs to have more staff than what is currently available so they can provide better service... Positive experience: The center is nice, the services are good, and the prices are reasonable, but they have a problem with the reception; they don't smile and don't know the basics of dealing with patients. If there was proper management, they would have noticed this issue. There are two cheerful girls who are welcoming, and their smiles are attractive: Nadine and Rawan.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this clinic. I had bought a full out package for laser and was never told if I cancelled an appointment within 48 hours that would be deducted from my session. Never even signed a paper. They made me sign one a year later and tried to back date it. Which you cannot do. Had me waiting for 20 min to talk to a manager …who was also the receptionist. She kept lying to me. Until I told her I will take legal action she started to say okay I’ll forgive what has happened. Instead of stating it was their fault they didn’t make me aware of this rule until a year later and then tried to deducted. They also never told me this until I arrived to the clinic, I’m coming all the way from Dubai. Horrible staff honestly not welcoming at all. Don’t pay attention to the details. And the manager fully lied to me saying I heard the phone call you made and she told you the rule. When I asked her I would like to hear this call as well she refused. Unbelievable. Lab techs are super friendly though

Negative experience: Every time I inquire about a service and ask to book with them, they tell me to pay now and that they will give me a discount, and then I can consult with a doctor. Honestly, this is not a professional approach at all. We should consult first and then pay. Why should we pay while we are still at home and we don’t know if the one we have chosen is suitable for our case or not? We hope you review the customer service style of your staff who respond on Instagram and calls, because I have canceled my reservation twice due to their approach.
