They really took the time to listen to what I needed and gave great suggestions. The staff’s behavior was very professional, and they spoke very kindly. The atmosphere of the shop was also welcoming and pleasant. I truly appreciate their service and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Fantastic experience: I have got an excellent experience in terms of the diet and hospitality with Dr hussam and Dr mohamed. As for the results they are very surprising I was 95kg a month ago and with there dedication I lost 5 kilos in fat "i haven't been to the gym yet". Negative experience: 17.07.2025, I visited the Dr. Nutrition branch at Crystal Plaza in Sharjah and had a disappointing experience. When we arrived, no staff were present at the counter. We noticed someone in a room at the back who saw us, but they made no effort to acknowledge or assist us. We waited at the front counter for about 20 minutes, but no one approached us or even asked if we needed help. The staff member continued their conversation, completely ignoring our presence. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Negative experience: من احسن مراكز تعاملا دكتور كثير شاطر الحمدالله بفضل الله وبجهود دكتور وصلت للوزن المثالي انصح كل شخص حابب ينزل وزنه يخوض التجربه مع مركز نيوترشن. في فتره قصيره تخلصت من اكثر من 20كيلو الحمدالله برنامج الدكتور مشبع وممنع ومتوازن اضافه الى منتجاتهم جدا راءعه ما في حرمان ابدا شكرا دكتور نيوترشن

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with dr. Nutrition after trying everything which i could to reduce weight. I was 118 kgs 2 months back and now have reduced 13 kgs in 2 months. Their products and diet plans are amazing if you follow them correctly. My treating Dr is Mr. Hussam and he is an amazing person and nutritionist. He encourages all his clients and motivates them to achieve their target. He has a pleasing personality and is a true asset to the company. Negative experience: One of the worst sales staff on the floor is there when you go. I went on 3rd Feb about 8pm. This guy did not even say HI upon entering the store and kept attending to one Arabic guy with snail speed. I personally had to say HI and request him that I am looking for specific item. This guys needs some more training. Unless you are Arab you won't be attended properly.
